Fatty oil accumulation in vegetable soybean seeds and its thin-layer chromatography

monoacylglycerides, diacylglycerides, free fatty acids, phospholipids, tocopherols, pigments,
sterols, waxes) in soybean vegetable samples. Samples were taken from two groups: grown in an
experimental field and in protected ground of the Federal Scientific Center for Vegetable Growing
in the Moscow Region. Both groups were observed in the phase of technical ripeness and in the
phase of complete biological ripeness (finally ripe seeds). Soxhlet method as arbitration in
analysis was used as suitable for the extraction of lipophilic substances. It was determined that
the fat content in the technical ripeness phase in most soybean samples averaged 10.5%. In the
phase of biological ripeness, the highest accumulation of fatty oil was observed in Hidaka and
Nordic (17.6%). The oil content in vegetable forms of soybeans was consistently lower than that
of grain varieties: in the phases of technical and biological ripeness by 55.6% and 22.0%
(in relative values) respectively. Thus, he accumulation of oil in seeds is determined mainly
genetically. The refractive index of vegetable and oil soybean was established equal on average
1.4755. According to this finding the soybean oil can be classified as semi-drying.
Thin layer chromatography (TLC) was used to study the lipophilic components of soybean fatty
oil. It was found experimentally that the best separation of the components is achieved using an
eluent system: carbon tetrachloride: chloroform in a 2: 3 ratio. It was found that the main fatsoluble compounds are the following (in order of increasing Rf in the chromatogram):
phospholipids, monoacylglycerides, triacylglycerides, tocopherols, fatty acid esters. As a finding
of the research vegetable soybean cultivated at 55 Β°N in both technical and biological ripeness
phases significantly accumulate crude oil in the seeds. This crude oil contained Ο-6, Ο-3,
phospholipids, and vitamin E

The introduction of financial technologies has a significant impact on the development of companies in all sectors of the economy. The financial gurus of the Russian Federation and world experts agree that the financial institutions of all countries will undergo radical changes in the coming years. Companies, regardless of their size, form of ownership and type of business, are being brought into the orbit of new financial technologies; the ways of doing business are also changing. The government program of 2017β2025 βThe Digital Economyβ is becoming a new benchmark and a kind of compass in the world of money circulation. The introduction of financial technologies gives rise to new risks not previously considered. The paper provides examples of principally new approaches to risk assessment and emphasizes the increasing importance of using large amounts of data. The author examines the scope of new uncovered risks of corporate development, defines concepts and systematizes such risks at macro and micro levels along with their comparison. The study compares risk assessment approaches of reputed international expert organizations, such as the World Economic Forum, COSO ERM, leading international consulting companies and the Bank of Russia. Authors of previously published works only listed new risks without developing particular criteria for their assessment, though emphasizing the big practical potential of the latter. Based on the analysis of characteristics of non-covered corporate development risks arising with introduction of financial technologies, the author offers her own approach to classification of assessment criteria and a version of the working classification of criteria for assessing two of the most important non-covered corporate development risks: the cyber-crime security risk and the IoT risk. The assessment criteria are understood as a verbal description of risk consequences and a βqualitativeβ assessment of probabilities without conversion to quantitative indicators. The process approach in a deyatelnyost of industrial company
Β© Medwell Journals, 2017. The study is devoted to historical and methodological issues of application of the process approach in the practice of industrial enterprises. It is concluded that the development of industrial production and the increasing complexity of consumer preferences, evolving tools and process approach, from the division of labor in the sequence of manufacturing operations to the build process in the form of networking-based infrastructure platform. The process approach is the most important sign of improved management of not only individual institutions but also their associations. The process is called a set of interrelated or interacting activities which transforms Inputs into Outputs (ISO). The yield of the process (product) is of value for the consumer. When people talk about the process approach is meant primarily that the management of the process and each of the works included in it (activity subprocess, the process of a second or subsequent levels or function) takes place with the use of special instructional techniques, fairly well developed and avoids many error. Thus, scientists have presented three basic value creation process. The first-a chain of value creation which is strictly a serial production process of creating a specific product. Sustainable advantage of the value chain is achieved through constant monitoring of these parameters, reduction of all types of costs, improve business processes and increase production quality. An important criterion for the chain-is effective. Workshop of value creation aimed at solving consumer problems which causes non-linearity of the production process and presenting it as a set of specific projects. It becomes an important degree of uniqueness of the problems to be solved and which determines the market size and the size of the value created and the level of qualification of the personnel. Value creation chain is considered as a process of creating infrastructure, uniting consumers wishing to be temporarily interdependent while remaining generally independent and separated in space and time. In this case, there are two production processes: the process of creating and maintaining infrastructure and multiple processes of the same type of interaction of users with each other. A key feature of the network of value creation - the maximum operating efficiency of existing infrastructure and increase the value of its customer base both for the participants and for third parties. With the development of the economic environment of the organization functioning, use of computer technologies in production processes is changing the organization of the process itself: from a linear sequential set of activities goes into the organization's unique network of interactions. In the late 60's process approach found its application in the description of the design and modeling stages primarily software. A number of developed tools based process approach: SADT (Structured Analysis and Design Technique)-technology of structural analysis and design; WFD (Work Flow Diagram)-workflow diagrams; DFD (Data Flow Diagram)-diagrams of data streams; ERD (Entity Relation Diagram)-diagram "entity-relationship"; STD (State Transition Diagrams)-state transition diagram. These tools allow to visually represent various processes (workflow, information and resource flows) in the form of graphic models made it possible to optimize processes in order to reduce the development cycle. With the introduction of the process approach in the industrial activity of the enterprise it is important to adhere to the following principles: the principle of the relationship process-reveals the interconnectedness not only stages of the process but also the network of processes in a controlled process. The principle of demand process-takes into account the relevance of the process and its individual stages and phases and focus on a particular demanded result. The principle of documenting processes-allows to standardize the process to get a basis for changes and further development of the process as an information bank documented analytical data; the principle of process control-defines the process boundaries, its timing and the planned key performance indicators. The principle of responsibility for the process-uses a variety of specialists and staff and delineates areas of responsibility for the process and its results. Thus, the process approach is one of the tools of production activities is not only an individual of any enterprise but some entities including cluster. Application of a matrix of BKG in an assessment of a market line item of the company

In study development of approach to carrying out the portfolio analysis in an assessment of a market line item of the company allowing to expand analytical ensuring adoption of strategic decisions for the account of an external environment of the company reveals. Development of the portfolio analysis was carried out from a line item of a priority of strategic reference points of management as necessary condition of implementation of effective production business activities of the entities in modern conditions. Application of the portfolio analysis assumes an assessment and the analysis of external and internal environment of the entity and also use of analytical methods in implementation process of strategy in single system of indicators that is necessary in case of adoption of the strategic decision and touches on issues of integration of traditional methods of management into single process of strategic management. Matrix of BKG (BCG Matrix) the tool of the strategic portfolio analysis of a market position of goods, the companies and divisions proceeding from their market growth and the occupied share in the market. Possible Existence of Neutron-Proton Halo in 6Li
One of the most recent results was the determination of the proton halo in the first excited state of the 13N nucleus using of an analog of the MDM method for the charge exchange reactions (3He, t). It turned out that this state has the same radius as the mirror state 1/2+, 3.09 MeV in 13C.This observation allows us to take the next step and try to apply this approach to measure the radii of states. The increased radii in the isobar - analogue states of the 6He-6Li-6Be triplet, which may also have a halo structure, are not excluded. As a first step, we analyzed the published differential cross sections for inelastic scattering of 3He + 6Li with the excitation of the 2.19 MeV, 3+ state at energies 34 and 72 MeV and 3.56 MeV, 0+ state at energies 24.6 and 27 MeV. Probably the state 0+, 3.56 MeV has the same radius as its βBorromianβ isobar analogue 6He and is neutron-proton halo. The predicted enlarged radius because of the more extended wave function p - n, apparently, does not take place. We recall that the spatial structure of the 6He nucleus was predicted to be quite complex, in which correlations of two types appeared: βcigarβ and βdineutronβ. The question arises: does the structure of the state change so much when passing from 6He to the isobar-analoguein6Li,whichrequirestheintroductionofaspecialkindofβtango-haloβ
Application of game theory to strategic decision-making in Russian companies

Game theory involves the efficient and effective decision-making due to its Mathematical basis. The purpose of this study was to investigate the efficiency of the use game theory in "Svaznoy" to determine the optimal price and volume purchases two types of smartphones in 2016. We used Mathematical methods and market research in our study. The result of the research was to determine the exact price and the exact volume of purchases as well as the calculation of the effective and enforceable methods of using game theory. The developed method can be used by specialists in various industries to design and develop its activities in the field of strategic planning
Regional market of medical equipment: Perspectives of development
Β© Medwell Journals, 2016.The level and quality of life of population are determined by the state of its health and that of health care system which largely depends on material and technical base of health care institutions and their provision with medical equipment. In countries with developed market economies, medical industry is one of the leading sectors in terms of revenue from the export of its products. At the same time, the share of domestic enterprises in the Russian market of medical equipment and medical products is reduced. For this, in high-tech segments the import share is 100% of total consumption of products. Despite the development of the latest achievements of medical science by the leading medical institutions of the Russian Federation, quality and effectiveness of medical care currently is not satisfactory. This is due to insufficient public funding for health care with high (up to 80%) level of depreciation of current medical equipment and need in supplying medical institutions with new medical equipment, low susceptibility of management to social and managerial innovations in the social sphere in general and health care in particular. The study investigates the problems and development prospects of regional market of medical equipment. Interpretation of the content of regional market of medical equipment is given, its dual nature is revealed the segmentation of medical equipment market is presented in view of features of producer and consumer behavior within the territorial localized formations
The efficiency of the russian economy and multidimensional modeling

The researcher construes the efficiency of a macroeconomic system as a state of being close to the "ideal" functioning of the macro-system, attaining strategic objectives and long-run development priorities for the innovative modernization and social capital of the economy, the availability of efficient mechanisms for competition, sustained minimization of corruption and formation of efficient market establishments. The results obtained enabled the researcher to come up with a set of activities aimed at bringing the level of socio-economic efficiency of the Russian economy in line with that of the developed countries of the world
