The topic of the article is sport volunteering within the framework of World Football Championship 2018 in Russian Federation. The aim is research of youth interest in taking part in World Football Championship 2018 as volunteer. The questioning was a research method and source of this paper. Sport volunteering in Russia especially in Sverdlovsk region is one of the most popular kinds of volunteering, also majority of respondents do sport at least like amateurs, that’s why the participation in some sport events as volunteers is interesting for them. The most interested in volunteering on the World Football Championship part of population is youth, especially students. The organization «VolUral» is enough famous in Sverdlovsk region. The conclusion is the youth interest in being volunteer in the World Football Championship big enough but it could be waiting more amount of those who wishes considering the event scale.

Pleomorphic archaeal viruses: the family Pleolipoviridae is expanding by seven new species

    Get PDF
Established in 2016, the familyPleolipoviridaecomprises globally distributed archaeal viruses that produce pleomorphic particles. Pseudo-spherical enveloped virions of pleolipoviruses are membrane vesicles carrying a nucleic acid cargo. The cargo can be either a single-stranded or double-stranded DNA molecule, making this group the first family introduced in the 10(th)Report on Virus Taxonomy including both single-stranded and double-stranded DNA viruses. The length of the genomes is approximately 7-17 kilobase pairs, or kilonucleotides in the case of single-stranded molecules. The genomes are circular single-stranded DNA, circular double-stranded DNA, or linear double-stranded DNA molecules. Currently, eight virus species and seven proposed species are classified in three genera:Alphapleolipovirus(five species), Betapleolipovirus(nine species), andGammapleolipovirus(one species). Here, we summarize the updated taxonomy of the familyPleolipoviridaeto reflect recent advances in this field, with the focus on seven newly proposed species in the genusBetapleolipovirus:Betapleolipovirus HHPV3, HHPV4, HRPV9, HRPV10, HRPV11, HRPV12, andSNJ2.Peer reviewe

Instantaneous Pole Velocity and Global Models

A new approach to estimating the velocity of the pole moving is considered. The method uses the model-calculated spatial distribution of the (vector) horizontal component \textbf{H} for a given year and its change relative to the closest epochs. The velocity equation is obtained from the expression for the time dependence of the position of the pole H(λ(t),ϕ(t),t)=0\mathbf{H}(\lambda(t),\phi(t),t)=0. Here λ(t)\lambda(t) and ϕ(t)\phi(t) are the geographic coordinates of the pole at time tt. The velocity between epochs can be found using the Hermite spline, which gives a smooth line that keeps the velocity vector in each epoch. We use IGRF and COV-OBSx2 models to find the horizontal component.Comment: This is an extended talk from XIV International Conference and School {\guillemotleft}Problems of Geocosmos 2022{\guillemotright}, October 3-7, 2022, St. Petersburg, Russi

The unexplored diversity of pleolipoviruses: the surprising case of two viruses with identical major structural modules

Extremely halophilic Archaea are the only known hosts for pleolipoviruses which are pleomorphic non-lytic viruses resembling cellular membrane vesicles. Recently, pleolipoviruses have been acknowledged by the International Committee on Taxonomy of Viruses (ICTV) as the first virus family that contains related viruses with different DNA genomes. Genomic diversity of pleolipoviruses includes single-stranded and double-stranded DNA molecules and their combinations as linear or circular molecules. To date, only eight viruses belong to the family Pleolipoviridae. In order to obtain more information about the diversity of pleolipoviruses, further isolates are needed. Here we describe the characterization of a new halophilic virus isolate, Haloarcula hispanica pleomorphic virus 4 (HHPV4). All pleolipoviruses and related proviruses contain a conserved core of approximately five genes designating this virus family, but the sequence similarity among different isolates is low. We demonstrate that over half of HHPV4 genome is identical to the genome of pleomorphic virus HHPV3. The genomic regions encoding known virion components are identical between the two viruses, but HHPV4 includes unique genetic elements, e.g., a putative integrase gene. The co-evolution of these two viruses demonstrates the presence of high recombination frequency in halophilic microbiota and can provide new insights considering links between viruses, membrane vesicles, and plasmids.Peer reviewe

Charm-sea Contribution to High-p_T \psi Production at the Fermilab Tevatron

The direct production of J/ψ(ψ)J/\psi(\psi') at large transverse momentum, pTMJ/ψp_T \gg M_{J/\psi}, at the Fermilab Tevatron is revisited. It is found that the sea-quark initiated processes dominate in the high-pTp_T region within the framework of color-singlet model, which is not widely realized. We think this finding is enlightening for further investigation on the charmonium production mechanism.Comment: Conclusions not changed, to appear in J. of Phys.

Regional aspects of sectoral digitalization : problems and prospects

    Get PDF
Purpose: At present, high and sometimes record indicators have been achieved for the individual branches of agricultural production. Further intensive development of agriculture is due to the search for new ways to increase labor productivity and lower production costs which is the main aim of this research. Design/Methodology/Approach: The methodological basis served as a systematic approach, which ensured comprehensiveness and purposefulness. Analytical, abstract-logical, economic-statistical, monographic and experimental research methods were also used in this work to examine problems and prospects of sectoral digitalization. Findings: The agro-industrial complex demonstrates the growth of production indicators and is on the rise. The target indicators, laid down in the Food Security Doctrine, have already been achieved by many indices. To a large extent, it is due to a significant increase in the agro-industrial complex. Practical implications: A proposed platform that would ensure a breakthrough in further technical modernization of production, can be created only if the technologies are improved based on their digitalization and orientation towards a specific consumer. Originality/Value: The pin-point introduction of digital technologies in agricultural production confirms the high efficiency of the full innovative technical modernization. The proposed digital transformation of management in the agro-industrial complex of Russia is the value of this research with its originality compared to other ideas.peer-reviewe
