Pemetaan Area Bisnis Usaha Menggunakan Metode Kohonen Self Organizing Maps
Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Ambon.

In this thesis we want to respond to the main question «How the moviment of lay
people, attached to the Congregationsraised in Portugal after the Second Vatican Council,
have been envolved in mission activity in Africa»? The first chapter will address the
apostolate of lay people, in the perspective of the Second Council of Vatican. On the
other hand, we will address how the question of development and independence of the
nations, became an importante idea of the mission. Also on the same chapter, we will
address the historical path of mission in Africa, after the Second Council of vatican. The
second chapter will address the context of the Catholic Church of Portugal, and the
historical path of Portuguese mission in Africa. The third chapter will address how the
masculine religious congregations in Portugal, have been envolving lay people in mission
dinamics in Africa, showing up the activity carried out by these moviment of lay people.
Finally, we will address the similarities and differences, of these new moviments of lay
people

Do Compression Garments Enhance the Active Recovery Process after High-Intensity Running?
This study examined the effect of wearing waist-to-ankle compression garments (CGs) on active recovery after moderate- and high-intensity submaximal treadmill running. Twenty-five male semiprofessional rugby league players performed two 30-minute treadmill runs comprising of six 5-minute stages at 6 kmh21, 10 kmh21, approximately 85% _ VO2max, 6 km h21 as a recovery stage followed by approximately 85% _VO2max and 6 kmh21 wearing either CGs or regular running shorts in a randomized counterbalanced order with each person acting as his own control. All stages were followed by 30 seconds of rest during which a blood sample was collected to determine blood pH and blood lactate concentration [La2]. Expired gases and heart rate (HR) were measured during the submaximal treadmill tests to determine metabolic variables with the average of the last 2 minutes used for data analysis. The HR and [La2] were lower (p # 0.05) after the first and second 6 kmh21 recovery bouts when wearing CGs compared with when wearing running shorts. The respiratory exchange ratio (RER) was higher and [La2] lower (p # 0.05) after the 10 kmh21 stage, and only RER was higher after both 85% _ VO2max stages when wearing CGs compared with when wearing running shorts. There was no difference in blood pH at any exercise stage when wearing the CGs and running shorts. The results of this study indicate that the wearing of CGs may augment the active recovery process in reducing [La2] and HR after high-intensity exercise but not effect blood pH. The ability to reduce [La2] and HR has important consequences for many sports that are intermittent in nature and consist of repeated bouts of high-intensity exercise interspersed with periods of low-intensity exercise or recovery
Upper and lower body anaerobic performance of semi-elite Rugby League players
Aim: The aim of this study was to measure the upper and lower body anaerobic performance of semi-elite Rugby League (RL) players. Methods: Twenty-two semi-professional RL players and 24 physically active but untrained men completed two Wingate anaerobic tests (WAnT) on an electronic arm ergometer and a cycle ergometer separated by three days. Percent body fat was used determined from the sum of six skinfolds and upper and lower muscle cross-sectional area (CSA) was calculated from anthropometric data. Results: Upper and lower body absolute peak (P=0.035, P=0.002) and mean (P=0.005, P=0.031) power were higher in the RL group compared to the control group. Upper and lower body relative peak power was higher (P=0.022, P=0.047) in the control group compared to the RL group. Peak and mean power (relative and absolute) were higher (P≤0.05) in the lower body compared to the upper body. Peak and mean power relative to upper and lower muscle CSA was higher (P≤0.001) in the upper body compared to the lower body for both groups. Conclusion: Semi-elite Rugby League players have well developed absolute anaerobic power, but relative to body weight upper and lower body anaerobic power is not well developed. The upper body is able to generate more power relative to body weight and muscle CSA compared to the lower body during the WAnT. Future studies should examine the upper body anaerobic performance of elite RL players and other sports that have similar upper body demands
