A promoção de saúde e seus impactos no envelhecimento ativo sob a ótica da teoria de Nola j. Pender: um relato histórico / Health promotion and its impacts on active aging under the view of Nola j. Pender's theory: a historical report

Introdução: O Envelhecimento Ativo é o processo da otimização das oportunidades de saúde, participação e segurança, com o propósito de aumentar e promover a qualidade de vida do idoso e a elevação da autonomia. O enfermeiro que atua no campo da gerontologia, na equipe multidisciplinar de atenção a saúde do idoso, contribui para estimular e favorecer o autocuidado e bem estar do indivíduo. A utilização da Teoria de Promoção de Saúde de Nola Pender sistematiza a assistência prestada e desenvolve mecanismos facilitadores durante a consulta.  Objetivo: Avaliar a efetividade das ações de promoção à saúde da pessoa idosa implementadas a partir do MPS de Nola Pender. Metodologia: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa, com abordagem qualitativa e cunho descritivo. Os descritores utilizados foram: Promoção da Saúde do Idoso, Enfermagem e Teoria de Enfermagem. Tendo como base de dados BVS, MEDLINE e BDENF. Os critérios de inclusão são publicações completas, escritas em português, inglês e espanhol, com recorte temporal de 6 anos (2010-2016) e em formato de artigo. Já os critérios de exclusão são artigos anteriores a 2010, em outro formato ou duplicados.  Obtendo para analise o total de 289 artigos, porém após os filtros restaram 16. Resultado: A enfermagem utiliza os mecanismos que enfatizam a promoção de saúde e a cultura, traçando assim, estratégias para melhorar a adesão ao cuidado em prol da saúde e qualidade de vida, consequentemente, o profissional reflete sobre sua função diante das metas e, a partir daí, traça planos que visam incentivar o idoso sobre as suas atividades diárias, reduzindo o isolamento e o aparecimento de doenças. Conclusão: A enfermagem identifica os agravantes e implementar métodos que contribuam para solução e prevenção de patologias futuras. A família, parte primordial no envelhecimento ativo, deve ser envolvida no processo de cuidado para a maior efetividade das ações de promoção de saúde auxiliando para que tudo aconteça de modo tranquilo e prazeroso. 

Women: Discrimination, violence and struggles in contemporary Brazil

The present paper delimited as a general objective to analyze the theme of women in relation to discrimination, violence and struggles in contemporary Brazil. This is a qualitative work, with a bibliographic nature, in which we revisit studies that deal with women and their struggles for insertion in the labor market, as well as the current conditions for the insertion of women in the commercial field. The relevance of our study lies in the current condition of women, who, according to the Brazilian Federal Constitution (1988), have the same rights as men, and it is necessary to discuss the subject. Given the degree of vulnerability of women in the context of domestic and family violence, it is of paramount importance that studies be developed that focus on ways to protect women against all forms of violence, bringing in their scope a range of possibilities for reflection. Our results pointed to a great scarcity that still exists in work opportunities for women, but despite the great discrimination, violence and struggles, in the twelfth century they have been gaining insertion and representation

O gerenciamento de estratégias de prevenção de lesão por pressão pelo enfermeiro: um conjunto entre a arte e a ciência do cuidado / The management of pressure injury prevention strategies by nurses: a set between the art and science of care

forma são planejados os cuidados preventivos para lesão por pressão em pacientes internados nas unidades de terapia intensiva (UTI). Métodos: Trata-se de uma revisão integrativa da literatura nacional, em um recorte temporal de cinco anos. Foram selecionados 11 artigos com a combinação dos descritores: “Lesão por pressão, “Unidade de Terapia Intensiva”, “Cuidados de Enfermagem”. A busca pelos artigos foi realizada nas bases de dados BVS, Lilacs, PubMed e Ibecs. Resultados: após um processo de seis etapas de filtragem de buscas, foram selecionados 11 artigos para a construção da revisão integrativa, possibilitando os autores elucidar estudos que puderam contribuir para o ajuste dos vieses da prática profissional de enfermagem. Conclusão: Com esse estudo pôde-se concluir que mediante a revisão de literatura bibliografica, os desafios são amplos em prevenir a lesão por pressão no ambiente de terapia intensiva, visto que necessitamos de qualificação profissional, desenvolvimento de competências, gerenciamento do tempo, gerenciamento de recursos humanos, adesão ao planejamento da assistência. 

The letters, teaching and pedagogy of the environment: How to think harmoniously the human-animal-nature relationship

The present paper is part of a discursive study in the field of human sciences to rethink the devastating practice of bird depenage in the contemporary world. Our intention is to conduct a research focusing on the large area of Letters, to observe how some practices constitute weight for the regeneration of the environment. Therefore, in what we call the pedagogy of the environment, we propose to discuss what large electronic portals have evidenced about the human action of bird depenage, alerting to the consequences of excessive practice. This manuscript allows dialogue between the fields of knowledge of languages and nature sciences, from data devilgados by the PORTAL ANDA. We focus on critical looks to discuss the depenage of live birds for the human consumption of feathers. All work involves processes of animal suffering and human satisfaction, being possible to reflect, through ecocriticism, how to deal harmoniously with the environment

Brazilian Education, National Education Parameters and Quality for Education: New Horizons

Under emergency conditions in the Brazilian educational system, since the turn of the 21st century, the National Curriculum Parameters consist of guidelines elaborated by the Federal Government with the purpose of guiding education, being separated by discipline. It is understood that reflective practice and critical involvement, in the context of extracting recreations in teaching, support debates and the development of teachers\u27 productions and educational projects at the school, encourage reflection not only on pedagogical practice, but also about the planning of classes. Therefore, the objective of this work is to re-discuss, under the spectacles of the dialogic approach, some national parameters of education that govern Brazilian education, considering the expansion and potentializing of studies already carried out on the subject

The management and effectiveness of professionalization: An educational-based Epistemical study

This academic paper was developed with the aim of analyzing the management challenges for the effectiveness of professionalization. Managers of companies and educational units must contain all their demands in a unit in the administrative sector, so that there are no gaps or divisions in the separation of problems, such as lack of communication and difficulty in working as a team. Therefore, thinking about the actions of managers is immensely important for a good forwarding of professionalization. This is a bibliographical and documentary research, with a qualitative interpretive nature. With regard to the conditions for the effectiveness of the management process in the Brazilian business and educational fields, it became effective for us to carry out a bibliographic survey of existing studies on the subject since the turn of the 21st century. It is argued, therefore, that it is necessary to adopt a more professional and qualified management for the development and concreteness of the professional subject, as well as all those involved in the administrative system

Challenges of public education in Brazil: Notes on school, the family and the community

This paper proposed to delimit as an object of study the “Challenges faced by Public Education in Brazil”, without the purpose of verifying the quality of education in the national territory. We understand that it is necessary for the school, the family and the community to walk together, so that socio-educational quality can be achieved. Therefore, an analysis of the main productions available on the subject is necessary. Although access to Elementary Education is practically universal, Brazil still faces the great problem of the precarious quality of education offered in its schools. Thus, the general objective of this work is to analyze the strategies that can be used by the school, the family and the community to implement the qualification of public education, specifically in Paraíba. Thus, subsidies to exercise and studies on the subject arise. This work is bibliographic and documental, under a qualitative approach, since it is understood as a social quality strategy and legal regulations through documents and bibliographic materials related to the strategies can be used by the school, family and community, to carry out the qualification of the public education, in Paraíba

Reflexões sobre a didática no ensino superior para a formação de docentes / Reflections on didactics in higher education for teacher training

O texto aborda sobre didática, como uma ciência aplicada no processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Este estudo procurou analisar a ideia de que a didática sendo aprendida e aplicada funciona como elemento favorável para a construção qualitativa do docente, do discente e do processo educacional. Foi realizada uma revisão bibliográfica onde foi estruturado em 3 tópicos. Inicialmente foi abordado uma breve retrospectiva da didática, como a arte de ensinar. A seguir apresentou-se a didática na formação do docente do ensino superior, buscando refletir seu papel no processo de ensino/aprendizagem, entendendo que esta acontece à partir do entendimento das ações práticas, das orientações teóricas e dos valores e atitudes decorrentes da interação com a realidade social. E, por último, os desafios da prática docente. O presente estudo demonstrou que a didática é fundamental, é um instrumento facilitador, o qual propicia a interação e o crescimento das partes: universidade, aluno, docente, sociedade

O financiamento dos sistemas universais de saúde e seus impactos na atenção ao usuário idoso. Uma análise à luz da saúde pública / The financing of universal health systems and their impacts on care for the elderly. An analysis in the light of public health

A presente pesquisa trata-se de um estudo no campo da saúde pública, onde abordará questionamentos acerca de acesso, universalidade e economia entre os sistemas universais de saúde. A temática em questão vem sendo pauta de debate e grandes órgãos mundiais, como por exemplo, a Organização Mundial de Saúde (OMS). O estudo possui como questão norteadora: De que forma os países que possuem sistemas universais de saúde lidam com o financiamento da saúde pública dando ênfase à população idosa? Seu objetivo geral é analisar de que forma os países que possuem sistemas universais de saúde lidam com o financiamento da atenção à saúde da população com ênfase à população idosa. O objetivo específico é descrever de que forma os países que possuem sistemas universais de saúde lidam com o financiamento da atenção à saúde pública com enfoque na população idosa. Método: foi realizada uma revisão integrativa. Logo, foram percorridas as seguintes etapas para realização de tal método: 1ª Fase que consiste na elaboração da questão que norteará o estudo. 2ª Fase que realizam busca de amostragem com base nas literaturas. 3ª Fase será a coleta de dados. 4ª Fase consistiu na análise crítica dos estudos selecionados. 5ª Fase foi a discussão dos resultados e a última e 6ª Fase consistirá na apresentação da revisão integrativa. Conclusão: Pôde-se notar, com o resultado trazido pelas discussões da presente pesquisa, que a Organização Mundial de Saúde (ONU) segundo suas prerrogativas legais expõe sobre os direitos de saúde da pessoa idosa e em caso de descumprimento suas penalidades legais. No entanto, apesar das propostas concretizadas a respeito das prioridades assistenciais estreitadas no momento da proposta de sistematização do cuidado universal dos sistemas mundiais de saúde, a saúde da população idosa permanecia oculta nos debates apesar de seus direitos prioritários, como a saúde da gestante e parturiente que teve foco diante aos debates

The challenges in the application of educational strategies for doctors in the Programa Mais Médicos do Brasil (PMMB): An analytical-descriptive study

This article analyzes the challenges faced for the application of educational strategies for physicians in the Programa Mais Médicos of Brasil (“More Physicians”) and the contributions of these professionals to the work processes of Family Health teams with a focus on achieving comprehensiveness of health care and the expansion of health care. access to hard-to-reach regions. It is a documentary analysis of a descriptive nature, which includes from laws and regulations, norms, opinions, letters, memo, personal diaries, autobiographies, newspapers, magazines, speeches, radio and television program scripts to books, statistics and files schoolchildren. The results indicate that there is a need for dynamic flexibility in educational actions, focusing on the needs of the population and regions that host the program to reduce care inequities and favor the strengthening of bonds between staff and users in order to provide comprehensive care . Among the challenges, we can highlight the program\u27s contribution to the reduction of practices segmented by professional categories, subordinated to the (bio)medical figure and knowledge, with limited interprofessional and team-community interaction in the construction of common care and interconstitutive knowledge. However, it could be concluded that the contribution of the doctors of the “Mais Médicos” Program in Brazil, in addition to reducing inequities and expanding access to healthcare for the population, also contributes to the deconstruction of the hegemonic medical model, taking into account the importance of interdisciplinary knowledge for the success of comprehensive health care. In addition, it reiterates the importance of dynamic actions focusing on local and territorial reality for educational strategies, as territories have peculiar characteristics, developing the critical-reflective process of professionals and capable of solving demands in different regions
