Managing Work Productivity Through Global Competence

This research was conducted to determine the role of global competence in practice in the industrial world on work productivity with motivation as a moderating variable that influences it with this type of applied research using quantitative methods Partial Least Square Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) explaratory prediction using SmartPLS software , the results of the research In this case, there is a significant effect between Global Competence on Work Productivity, while for the motivation variable as a moderating Global Competence on work productivity, it has a very small effect, namely 0.817 but has no effect at a significant level of 0.005

PERAN GURU PJOK DALAM MENINGKATKAN POLA HIDUP SEHAT SISWA DI MASA PANDEMI

Abstrak Pada akhir tahun 2019 lebih tepatnya pada bulan Desember, telah dihebohkan dengan suatu kejadian yang membuat resah banyak masyarakat di dunia yaitu munculnya Corona Virus Disease atau biasa disebut dengan COVID-19. Seluruh aspek kehidupan seperti bidang ekonomi, pendidikan, dan sosial budaya serta hal lainnya berubah menyesuaikan situasi dan kondisi pandemi saat ini, contoh kecilnya yaitu dari pembiasaan memakai masker, mencuci tangan dengan sabun, menjaga jarak, mengurangi mobilitas dan menghindari kerumunan. Adapun tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran guru PJOK dalam meningkatkan pola hidup sehat siswa di masa pandemi. Melalui metode/teknik purposive sampling dan menggunakan instrumen angket/kuesioner untuk penyebarannya kepada guru dan siswa SMPN 4 Lamongan, data yang berhasil didapatkan akan diolah oleh peneliti menggunakan Skala Likert dan uji validitas menggunakan korelasi produk momen sehingga hasilnya sebagai bentuk evaluasi kedepannya terkhusus kepada guru PJOK untuk memperhatikan pola hidup sehat siswa di sekolah. Hasil penelitian yang peneliti lakukan menunjukkan bahwa guru PJOK sangat berperan dalam meningkatkan pola hidup sehat siswa di masa pandemi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan kesimpulan, maka peneliti memberikan saran-saran sebagai berikut: guru PJOK harus lebih tegas ketika ada siswa yang tidak mentaati aturan sekolah, sekolah menerapkan kantin adiwiyata guna mendukung pola hidup sehat siswa di sekolah, pengajaran yang merata oleh guru PJOK terkhusus materi kesehatan dan pola hidup sehat. All aspects of life such as the economic, educational, and socio-cultural fields as well as other things change according to the current situation and conditions of the pandemic, a small example is the habit of wearing masks, washing hands with soap, maintaining distance, reducing mobility and avoiding crowds.. The purpose of writing this article is to find out how the role of sports teachers in improving students' healthy lifestyles during the pandemic. Through purposive sampling methods/techniques and using a questionnaire/questionnaire instrumen for distribution to teachers and students of SMPN 4 Lamongan, the data that has been obtained will be processed by researchers using a Likert Scale and validity test using moment product correlation so that the results are a form of future evaluation, especially for sports teacher to pay attention to the healthy lifestyle of students at school. The results of the research that the researchers conducted showed that the sports teacher played a very important role in improving the healthy lifestyle of students during a pandemic. Based on the results of the analysis and conclusions, the researchers provide the following suggestions; sports teachers must be more assertive when there are students who do not obey school rules, schools implement adiwiyata canteen to support students' healthy lifestyles at school, equitable teaching by sports teachers, especially health materials and healthy lifestyles. Al-Qur’an adalah kitab Allah yang diturunkan kepada umat manusia sebagai petunjuk bagi kita semua, yang mana diturunkan kepada umat Nabi Muhammad Saw mulai dari berabad-abad yang lalu hingga sampai sekarang ini. Al-Qur’an di dalamnya banyak sekali mengandung isyarat ilmiah yang berguna bagi umat manusia. Oleh karena itu sebagai makhluk Allah yang dikarunia akal pikiran, sudah seharusnya menjadi tugas kita untuk mengungkap apa yang ada di dalam al-Qur’an yang menjadi isyarat ilmiah bagi kemajuan ilmu pengetahuan. Quraish Shihab dalam Tafsir al-Misbah, hakikat musibah adalah sunnatullah dalam menguji setiap manusia dan merupakan nikmat yang tersembunyi dari Allah Swt. The spirit of renewal voiced by modernists in the Middle East is so strong that it affects K.H. Ahmad Dahlan to establish the Muhammadiyah organization. Muhammadiyah was established to accommodate and transform ideas for renewal to the people of Indonesia. Muhammadiyah emerged among Indonesian people who experienced anxiety and social, religious, and moral concerns. In understanding the texts of the Koran and hadith and looking for community-oriented values, this organization uses proportional reasoning. However, the appreciation he gave to reason was not as high as the Mu'tazilah as a rationalist. Therefore, Harun Nasution called this organization adhering to the traditional theology style of Ash'ariah. Muhammadiyah's theological thinking is relevant to his renewed thinking. The relevance of his theological thinking with the thought of renewal is seen in two aspects, namely: first, style. Pengaruh Komunikasi Interpersonal terhadap Self- Esteem Korban Body Shaming: Studi Kasus

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal terhadap Self-Esteem korban body shaming. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan SPSS 25. Adapun sampel yang diambil adalah mahasiswa Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UIN Raden Fatah Palembang angkatan 2017 berjumlah 77 Mahasiswa. Data diambil melalui analisis Regresi Linear Sederhana. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan membuat kuesioner melalui google form dan menggunakan Whatsapp sebagai media penelitian. Penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa kondisi self-esteem korban body shaming sempat merasakan kesedihan yang mendalam, down, namun karena support dari orang-orang sekitar korban kembali bersyukur dengan bentuk tubuhnya, bangga, dan lebih mencintai dirinya. Korban berhasil melawan body shaming dengan cara mengabaikan cibiran dari orang lain, korban tetap percaya diri dengan berprestasi, menyibukkan diri melakukan hal-hal positif, dan mampu menginspirasi plus size women lainnya untuk tetap percaya diri dan bangga terhadap dirinya. Maka dari itu ada pengaruh komunikasi interpersonal yang signifikan terhadap self-esteem korban body shaming (studi pada konten Youtube kitabisa.com “curhat perempuan plus size melawan body shaming) dengan hasil uji t yang menunjukkan bahwa thitung > ttabel atau 5.487 > 2.000 dengan signifikan 0,05 dengan tingkat korelasi dan kekuatan hubungan variabel X dan variabel Y maka didapatkan nilai R = 0,366 dan termasuk dalam kategori lemah, sedangkan hasil analisis regresi linear sederhana Y = a + Bx = 21,855 + 0,290

THE ANALYSIS OF PEOPLE’S PERCEPTION ON PURCHASING CLOTHES IN A THRIFT SHOP

This study aims to find out people’s perceptions on purchasing clothes at thrift shops and the reasons people purchase clothes at thrift shops. To address the research questions, mixed method research is applied to get a more complete picture. The data was collected quantitatively using questionnaires to obtain the participants’ reasons for purchasing secondhand clothes. The questionnaire was distributed to 40 participants. For the qualitative data, the writer interviewed 10 participants to get data on the participants’ perceptions on purchasing clothes in thrift shop. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that most of the participants perceive that purchasing clothes at thrift shops can give them some advantages like being able to follow fashion, feeling comfortable and getting cheap prices and unique clothes. They felt that wearing secondhand clothes did not make them look worse because most said the clothes were as good as new or reasonable. The statistics showed that they agreed with the questionnaire that they buy secondhand clothes for recycling, wish to pay less, bargain hunting, search for a fair price, and gratification role of price. Representasi Profesionalisme Jurnalis Dalam Film The Journalist (Analisis Sepuluh Elemen Jurnalisme)

Journalism has many interesting sides to be made into a film. There are many films and dramas that raise the theme of journalism, one of which is the film The Journalist. The Journalist, which was first released in Japan on 28 June 2019, was directed by Michihito Fujii. The film, adapted from a novel of the same name, tells the story of a young journalist named Erika Yoshioka who is asked to investigate a case about a new university construction plan that has many irregularities in it. This research is entitled "Representation of Journalist Professionalism in The Journalist Film (Ten Elements of Journalism Analysis)". This type of research is qualitative research with the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique. This research focuses on scenes that represent the professionalism of a journalist. In this case, the researcher used the ten elements of journalism from Bill Kovach and Tom Rosenstiel as a reference to analyse how a professional journalist works, how the journalist applies the ten elements in his work as a journalist. These elements are: submission to the truth, loyalty to citizens, verification discipline, maintaining independence from news sources, being a monitor of power, providing a public forum, making important things interesting and relevant, broadcasting comprehensive and proportional news, having to follow their conscience, and citizen journalism. The result of this research is that the film The Journalist represents the professionalism of a journalist in working based on the ten elements of journalism from Bill Kovach and Tom Rosenstiel. There are scenes that provide examples of the application of the ten elements of journalism. Erika Yoshioka's character in this film illustrates how a professional journalist works.Jurnalistik memiliki banyak sisi menarik untuk dijadikan sebuah film. Terdapat banyak film dan drama yang mengangkat tema jurnalistik, salah satunya film The Journalist. Film The Journalist yang pertama kali dirilis di Jepang pada 28 Juni 2019 ini disutradarai oleh Michihito Fujii.
