XÁC ĐỊNH TỈ LỆ LÝ TƯỞNG CỦA CÁC AXIT AMIN CHỨA LƯU HUỲNH SO VỚI LYSINE TIÊU HÓA HỒI TRÀNG TIÊU CHUẨN CHO LỢN LAI THƯƠNG PHẨM GIAI ĐOẠN 30 – 50kg

 Tổng số 72 cá thể lợn có khối lượng trung bình 32,9 kg được sử dụng trong nghiên cứu này. Lợn thí nghiệm được bố trí vào 6 nghiệm thức dựa vào khối lượng bắt đầu thí nghiệm với 6 lần lặp lại mỗi nghiệm thức và 2 con lợn/ô chuồng nuôi (tỉ lệ đực cái 1/1). Tổng số 6 khẩu phần đã được thiết lập trong đó khẩu phần 1-5 có 1,0% SID Lys được cố định là a-xít amin giới hạn 2. Các khẩu phần từ 1-5 có 5 mức tỉ lệ SID SAA:Lys khác nhau (50%, 55%, 60%, 65% và 70%) được tạo ra bằng cách bổ sung DL-Met. Khẩu phần 6 được thiết lập có nồng độ tất cả các loại a-xít amin đủ đáp ứng nhu cầu với 1,11% SID Lys. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy tỉ lệ SID SAA:Lys tối ưu trong khẩu phần có sự khác nhau khi sử dụng các chỉ tiêu nghiên cứu khác nhau và các model thống kê khác nhau. Trung bình cho tất cả các chỉ tiêu nghiên cứu (ADG, G:F, FCR và PUN), tỉ lệ SID SAA:Lys tối ưu cho lợn 30 – 50 kg trong nghiên cứu này là 65,2%. Pegylated interferon may be considered in chronic viral hepatitis E resistant to ribavirin in kidney transplant recipients

International audienceBackground: Hepatitis E virus (HEV) may be resistant to immunosuppression reduction and ribavirin treatment in kidney transplant recipients because of mutant strains and severe side effects of ribavirin which conduct to dose reduction. Sofosbuvir efficacy is controversial. Peg-interferon 2 alpha (PEG-IFN) is currently contraindicated due to a high risk of acute humoral and cellular rejection. The present study assessed, for the first time, the effect of PEG-IFN in a kidney transplant recipient infected with HEV. Case presentation: The patient had chronic active HEV that was resistant to immunosuppression reduction and optimal ribavirin treatment. He developed significant liver fibrosis. PEG-IFN was administered for 10 months, and it was well tolerated and did not induce rejection. A sustained virological response was obtained. Conclusions: We conclude that prolonged treatment with PEG-IFN in kidney transplant recipients infected with HEV could be considered as a salvage option
