Rare decays of BdB_d mesons into four charged leptons in the Standard Model

We present first theoretical predictions for various observables related to the Bˉdμ+μe+e\bar B_d \to \mu^+ \mu^- e^+ e^- decay within the framework of the Standard Model. Our study encompasses the branching ratios, differential distributions, and forward-backward leptonic asymmetries. To obtain these predictions, we account for several contributions: resonance contribution from ρ(770)\rho(770) and significant contribution ω(782)\omega(782); contributions from four charmonium resonances: ψ(3770)\psi(3770), ψ(4040)\psi(4040), ψ(4160)\psi(4160), and ψ(4415)\psi(4415); additional contributions from the "tails" of J/ψJ/\psi and ψ(2S)\psi(2S) resonances; non-resonant contributions arising from virtual photon emission by a bb-quark of BdB_d meson, bremsstrahlung, and weak annihilation. In our calculations we employ the model of vector meson dominance (VMD) to assess the resonance contributions accurately. We provide the predictions for the branching ratio of the Bˉdμ+μe+e\bar B_d \to \mu^+ \mu^- e^+ e^- decay both with and without the resonant contribution from ω(782)\omega(782).Comment: arXiv admin note: text overlap with arXiv:2112.0609

Selection of Conductive Film Thickness for Submicron Metallization

    Get PDF
The integration scale increase is accompanied by the proportional decrease of all sizes of elements of an integrated circuit (scaling law). As a result, the width and thickness of metallization conductors decrease. Depending on the topological norm, the thickness of metallization becomes less than 100 nm. The results of research on the effect of conductive film thickness on the basis of Al-Ti-Mo on resistance of layers are presented. Films with the thickness of d = 3–100 nm are obtained by electron evaporation. The critical thickness of metallization is defined, after the exceeding of which a sharp increase of layer resistance is observed. The effect of material metallization on the critical value of the thickness is determined. The carried out calculations and research of the reflexion factor of metal layers well coincide with the results of the experiments

Study of Microrelief Influence on Optical Output Coefficient of GaN-based LED

    Get PDF
This work is devoted to the investigation of the influence on the light output coefficient of antireflective coatings by different configurations of the micro-relief formed on the light output surface of a GaN-based LED. The technology of the micro-relief fabrication in SiO2 -based antireflective coatings was developed with the use of electron-beam lithography (EBL) and contact photolithography. Simulation of the influence of the micro-relief of various proportions and configurations on the optical output coefficient was implemented. It was discovered that the micro-relief made with electron-beam lithography and contact photolithography increased the optical output coefficient

Objective: to improve approaches to forming a strategy for the development of a national innovation system. Methods: the work uses a set of methods and approaches, such as the system economic theory, the space-time analysis andsynthesis. Results: the results of the implementation of the Strategy of Innovative Development of the Russian Federation until 2020 was analyzed, which enabled to formulate conclusions about the low efficiency of the results of its implementation. The essence of the national innovation ecosystem and the approaches to its formation were determined. The necessity of applying the ecosystem approach in the formation of the national innovation system is substantiated, recommendations on the system economic theory application in building an integrated national innovation ecosystem are presented. An approach to the organization of the national innovation system as a quadruple helix is proposed, which will ensure the connectivity of its components. The analysis of the possibilities of using digital technologies to develop innovative connections based on ecosystem principles is carried out.Scientific novelty: it consists in the application of systemic economic theory and ecosystem principles that allow taking into account the institutional and socio-economic conditions specific to Russia for the development of the national innovation system.Practical significance: the research results presented in the article can be used to create a strategy for the innovative development of the Russian Federation for the future, as well as for the development of the national innovation system as a whole

DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION AND THE SHARING ECONOMY

Some aspects of digital transformation as a component of industry 4.0. have been analysed. The distinctive features of past industrial revolutions have been shown through historical retrospect. The characteristics of current changes in the development of the economy, related to the global industrial Internet infrastructure, Big Data, cloud technologies, machine learning (Machine Learning), artificial intelligence, acting as drivers of changes have been noticed. Special attention has been paid to the consideration of the sharing economy (sharing economy). The sharing economy in Russia and abroad has been analysed, and also most popular types of solutions for the sharing economy have been given, presented by structure: solution / description / examples of foreign sites / examples of Russian sites. It has been concluded about the stability of the trend for the development of the shared economy

Serious Video Games as Psychosocial Interventions for Psychosis

    Get PDF
Psychosocial interventions for people with psychosis, such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, are an important and effective therapy to prevent relapses and assist with normal day-to-day functioning. However, there is a significant lack of provision of these therapies for this group, due largely to a lack of resources. Digital interventions offer promise in terms of increasing access to psychosocial interventions without the need for a large increase in resources. However, it can be challenging to ensure that people engage with therapies via digital means appropriately. This paper identifies existing examples of serious videogames for psychosis and highlights a number of challenges in developing future examples. Our future research will focus on investigating whether the development of serious videogames that embed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy may provide effective, engaging and accessible ways to sustain and improve mental health

Culture as an attribute of digital transformation

The article comprehends the concept of digital culture that appeared with the beginning of the information/digital era at the end of the last century. The paper considers digital culture from the point of view of the general resource of the knowledge society and as a new social ecology that determines the experience and capabilities of people at the present time, when the digital network environment has brought new practices, opportunities and threats. Speaking about culture in the context of information and communication technologies, the authors emphasize that its influence is even more significant, since the way it is used can affect the change in the essence of our communication and cultural models and become a support for the digital transformation of organizations. Digital culture is understood as the way that society uses to receive and process information. It is required to comprehend and create a new digital culture as a guarantor of the implementation and adoption of changes in the context of widespread digitalization and rethinking of business processes, distribution channels and relations with consumers, leading, in turn, to a change in the value proposition and the consumer segments themselves. Based on the analysis, the authors formulate and substantiate five main reasons why building a digital culture should become a key problem for the successful development of any organization: 1) digital transformation will not be complete without the development of a thriving digital culture; 2) insufficient organizational culture is detrimental to success in the digital age; 3) a strong digital culture is a competitive advantage for an organization; 4) a strong digital culture is the key to business longevity; 5) using a digital culture can increase employee engagement in the work process
