L'arxiu patrimonial Fontcuberta (segles X-XXI)

Aquest article analitza la importància dels arxius patrimonials catalans, fixant l'atenció en un d'ells: l'arxiu Fontcuberta. Se n'estudien les característiques principals, la seva organització i la seva utilitat per a la recerca històrica. La documentació del mateix arxiu és la que proporciona informació per a conèixer-lo amb profunditat. Aquest arxiu, a més, és un complement per a altres arxius patrimonials, en posar de manifest la importància que té l'estudi exhaustiu de la documentació conservada en aquests arxius.This article analyses the importance of Catalan heritage archives, looking in more detail at one of them: the Fontcuberta Archive. We study its main characteristics, how it's organised and its relevance for historical research. The documents contained within this collection offer information that reveals more details about the archive itself. This archive also complements other heritagearchives, highlighting the importance of an exhaustive study of the documents kept in such archives

Notaris i cultura escrita al Camp de Tarragona: L'escriptura gòtica en els manuals notarials (segles XIII-XIV)

This article analyzes the uses and the diffusion of the writing between the notarial group during the last medieval centuries. The study is based on the notarial documentation and its analysis, which referring data to the morphology of the gothic writing are come off. This is called described as notular to also be in favor into the hands of the notaries and of their peculiar character of writing used for the extension of notes in the notarial registries. In addition it presents/displays all the own characteristics of the catalan, own gothic writing of these last medieval centuries

La destrucció de patrimoni familiar a la Guerra del Francès: les cases Fontcuberta i Pasqual de Vic (1812)

Podeu consultar el llibre d'actes del congrés a: http://hdl.handle.net/2445/166325[cat] En aquest article s’estudien dues declaracions testificals que fa Miquel de Fontcuberta, d’Oriola i de Pasqual amb motiu de la destrucció del patrimoni mobiliari de dues cases que posseeix a Vic. El context és la Guerra del Francès i el motiu per fer aquestes declaracions és denunciar els estralls de la guerra. Els documents es conserven actualment a l’Arxiu Fontcuberta i mostren l’interès d’un noble vigatà per la conservació del seu patrimoni, uns mobles, llibres, arxiu i relíquies que s’han vist afectades pel pas dels francesos per la ciutat de Vic. En l’article s’inclouen les transcripcions d’ambdós documents.[spa] En este artículo se estudian dos declaraciones testimoniales que realiza Miquel de Fontcuberta, d’Oriola i de Pasqual con motivo de la destrucción del patrimonio mobiliario de dos casas que posee en Vic. El contexto es la Guerra del Francés (Independencia) y el motivo para realizar estas declaraciones es denunciar los daños causados por la guerra. Los documentos se conservan actualmente en el Archivo Fontcuberta y muestran el interés de un noble vicense por la conservación de su patrimonio, unos muebles, libros, archivo y relíquias que se han visto afectados por el paso de los franceses por la ciudad de Vic. En el artículo se incluyen las transcripciones de los dos documentos.[eng] In this paper we will be looking at two witness statements made by Miquel de Fontcuberta, d’Oriola i de Pasqual regarding the destruction of family belongings in two houses of his property in the town of Vic. The context is the Peninsular War and the reason for making the statements is to report the damage occurred during the war. The documents are currently in the Fontcuberta archive and they show the interest of a nobleman residing in Vic for the conservation of his patrimony, some pieces of furniture, books, archive, and relics that had been damaged when the French passed through the city of Vic. Transcriptions of the two documents are included in the paper
