    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh kepemimpinan melayani dan budaya lembaga Terhadap keunggulan bersaing Melalui keterlibatan karyawan Sebagai Variabel Intervening pada “ELTIBIZ” Palangka Raya. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah eksplatori (research explanatory). Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 39 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial model Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial least square (SEM-PLS) serta uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan melayani secara langsung dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan, namun pada keunggulan bersaing tidak berpengaruh nyata. Selanjutnya budaya melayani secara langsung dapat meningkatkan keterlibatan karyawan kerja dan keunggulan bersaing. Keterlibatan karyawan yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan keunggulan bersaing. Selanjutnya keterlibatan karyawan yang tinggi dapat terbukti sebagai mediasi hubungan kepemimpinan melayani dan budaya lembaga terhadap keunggulan bersaing

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penguasaan TI, keramahan, kemampuan jejaring dan entrepreneurship pegawai tetap dan pegawai tidak tetap di Rektorat Universitas Palangka Raya. Responden berjumlah 153 orang, terdiri dari 63 orang pegawai tetap dan 90 orang pegawai tidak tetap. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner setelah sebelumnya dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Wawancara mendalam dilakukan kepada beberapa karyawan untuk mengkonfirmasi data-data yang ditemukan. Data kemudian dianalisis scara statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pertama, terdapat perbedaan antara pegawai kontrak dan pegawai tetap dalam penguasaan IT, kemampuan networking, dan jiwa entrepreneurship. Kedua, tidak terdapat perbedaan antara pegawai kontrak dan pegawai tetap dalam sifat dan sikap hospitality. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai disarankan bahwa setiap pegawai wajib melaksanakan tugas sesuai Sasaran Kerja Pegawai (SKP) yang disusun setiap awal tahun. Selanjutnya Diperlukan reward berupa peluang untuk diangkat menjadi pegawai tetap atau pegawai ASN, maupun pelatihan-pelatihan agar pegawai lebih terampil

    The purpose of the research is to find out how the case settlement process was before the implementation of E-Court at the Palangka Raya State Administrative Court, to find out how the case settlement process was after the implementation of E-Court during the covid 19 pandemic at the Palangka Raya State Administrative Court, and to For find out what are the obstacles faced after implementing E-Court in settling cases and the efforts made by the Palangkaraya State Administrative Court to overcome these obstacles. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, to obtain empirical data and information. The results of the study revealed that: 1) The case settlement process before the implementation of E-Court at the Palangkaraya State Administrative Court did not run effectively because it was still manual, meaning that justice seekers had to come directly to the Court's office from the registration of claims to decisions, so this was not appropriate with the principle of administering justice in a simple, fast and low cost manner; 2) The case settlement process after the implementation of E-Court during the covid - 19 pandemic at the Palangka Raya State Administrative Court is running effectively because it is no longer manual but online so that it can be done from anywhere without the need to come to the Court office thereby reducing face-to-face and avoiding crowds, the process is also simpler, faster and cheaper, besides that the performance of the court apparatus has increased, which means that the competency of the apparatus is very good; and 3) Obstacles encountered during the implementation of E-Court at the Palangkaraya State Administrative Court can be overcome properly by making various efforts to overcome them so that the implementation of E-Court continues to run effectively

    Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah memiliki karakteristik Pulau Kalimantan pada umumnya yang dipenuhi wilayah hutan, rawa-rawa, hingga lahan gambut yang luas. Selain itu juga dilalui banyak sungai-sungai yang melewati berbagai wilayah daratan Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dengah Sungai Barito sebagai sungai yang terpanjang hingga mencapai 950 Km, disusul sungai Katingan dengan panjang 650 Km, sungai Kapuas 625 Km dan Sungai Kahayan sepanjang 600 Km.  Mereka hidup dari bercocok tanam, berkebun, berburu dan memanfaatkan hasil hutan non kayu dari sekitar areal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mempelajari tentang Persepsi masyarakat tersebut diatas terhadap pencemaran kualitas air, terutama dalam melindungi Sungai Kahayan sebagai sumber air bersih. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan Penelitian deskriptis analitis, dimana peneliti mengidentifikasi persoalan dengan melakukan studi awal setelah peneliti mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder dengan cara mengolah data yang berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden selanjutnya data diproses dan dianalisis. Lokasi penelitian ini berada di Bantaran Sungai Kahayan dan Rungan, meliputi Desa Bawan, Tumbang Rungan, dan Kota Palangka Raya. Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah, Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling technique dengan jumlah sampel adalah 100 responden

    Researchers in the field of management used a knowledge management method (tacit and explicit knowledge) combined with learning management mediation, in order to improve employeee performance,. The data for this study was acquired via a questionnaire, and the research method was quantitative. The sample for this study consisted of 133 civil servants from Murung Raya Regency's local government, Kalimantan Tengah in Indonesia. Between November 2021 and January 2022, this study was carried out. The data was examined using the SmartPLS analysis tool and the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique. With the help of the Learning Organization as a mediating variable, the results demonstrated that Knowledge Management (tacit and explicit knowledge) had a favorable and significant effect on employeee performance. The relevance of applying knowledge management relates to human resources on employeee performance or through mediating learning companies, as well as the ramifications of the findings. As a result, it can provide insight into the critical function of knowledge management (both implicit and explicit) in increasing employeee performance in HRM or marketing testing

    Job satisfaction and quality of work life as mediating variable in this research. This study aims to examine and assess the connection between spiritual leadership and the performance of nurses. The 152 nurses that participated in this study were millennial nurses with the status of Civil Servant ranging in age from 27 to 42 in dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital Palangka Raya, Smart PLS 4.0 was used for data analysis. The research results indicate that spiritual leadership does not significantly impact nurse performance, Meanwhile, the quality of work life affects the performance of nurses. In addition, spiritual leadership has a significant influence on the job satisfaction and quality of work life, there was a significant influence between job satisfaction on nurse performance and quality of working life does not have a significant influence on nurse performance. The mediating role of quality of work life on the relationship between spiritual leadership and nurse performance had no significant effect. However, nurse performance is strongly influenced by spiritual leadership mediated by job satisfaction

Research at the Office of the General Secretariat of the Central Kalimantan Province. This study shows that the HRM strategy that leads to the development of a culture of achievement is a strategic factor that plays an important role in efforts to interact in an effort to improve employee performance.     This study aims to analyze the main strategies that must be developed, analyze strategic objectives, analyze performance measures and recommend managerial implications of the Non-Tax State Budget Subdivision of the Finance Department of the University of Palangka Raya based on the Balance Scorecard perspective. The results of environmental analysis using descriptive analysis, evaluation of internal factors, evaluation of external factors, and the internal-external matrix selected an intensive product development strategy as the main strategy for the Non PNPB Subdivision of the University of Palangka Raya. The results of the research at a later stage note that the customer perspective (0.573) is the most important perspective of the four Balanced Scorecard perspectives in product development strategy, while the strategic objective of "Increasing welfare" is the most important strategic objective of all existing strategic objectives. The last stage in the research process resulted in weighting for 19 Key Performance Indicators, strategic initiatives and managerial implications which became technical recommendations for the Non-PNPB Subdivision of the University of Palangka Raya

    Research in the field of management by strengthening financial literacy to strengthen the quality system of village income and expenditure budgets. Building a village with budget participation and community empowerment in the Gunung Mas district village apparatus in Palangka Raya Province. The research was conducted in seven sub-districts in Gunung Mas district, with 77 respondents being village officials. This type of quantitative research with the SPSS application shows that budget participation on the quality of APBdes is significant at 73%, then the results of financial literacy research are significant at 74%. The next result of community empowerment on the quality of APBdes is 59%. The implication of the results states that they can be used as a reference in improving the quality of APBdes and for further research to develop results with financial applications in village financial report

    Prior research has presented the moderating \u27vie of normative evaluations in the relationship between the impulsive buying trait and consumers\u27 buying, behaviors. In this article the authors show that consumer tendency to buy something spontaneous, unreflective! y and immediately can be perceived as a factor which describes buying impulsiveness. This article also shows conceptual and empirical evidence that there is some support pr the moderating role of normative evaluations in the relationship between buying impulsiveness and impulse buying behaviors. Siknificance occurs when consumers believe that act on impulse is suitable. The result suggests that consumers normative evaluation can moderate the link between the milt and behavioral aspects ()1. impulse buying.
