O uso de mídias táticas e hacktivismo pelo movimento contemporâneo alt-right

Neste trabalho investigamos a mídia tática e sua apropriação pelo movimento online de extrema-direita chamado alt-right. O estudo das origens e práticas da mídia tática e do hacktivismo, o deslocamento da mídia tática para o ambiente virtual, foram necessários para que pudéssemos traçar uma linha comparativa com o discurso e ações da alt-right. Começamos com uma discussão teórica sobre as mídias táticas, seu surgimento e definição, além de introduzir os grupos e teorias que informam seus praticantes e os efeitos que buscam produzir com a mídia tática. Depois destacamos a relação entre as contraculturas e a cibercultura para tratar do hacktivismo, e, mais especificamente, do grupo hacktivista Anonymous, cuja origem e formas de atuar se refletem na alt-right. Por fim, tratamos mais detidamente do uso tático das mídias, a partir do hacktivismo, pela alt-right, tratando de seu surgimento e das táticas utilizadas por esses ativistas sob a perspectiva de uma continuidade, mas também de uma ruptura com os coletivos de mídias táticas.In this work, we investigate tactical media and its appropriation by the extreme right-wing online movement called alt-right. The study of the origins and practices of tactical media and hacktivism, tactical media‟s displacement to the virtual environment, were necessary so that we could draw a comparative line with the speech and actions of alt-right. We begin with a theoretical discussion about tactical media, their emergence and definition, and introduce the groups and theories that inform their practitioners and the effects they seek to produce with tactical media. Then we highlight the relationship between countercultures and cyberculture to deal with hacktivism, and more specifically, the hacktivist group Anonymous, whose origins and ways of acting are reflected in the alt-right. Finally, we deal more closely with the tactical use of media, through hacktivism, of the alt-right, dealing with their emergence and the tactics used by these activists from the perspective of a continuity, but also a rupture with tactical media collectives

Acontecimentos do acontecimento na Comunicação : a perspectiva da Semiótica Crítica, da semiose à contra-efetuação

This article presents part of the path traced by the research Critical Semiotics: Communication as Event. As an entry point to the work, we will present here the central hypothesis and our objectives; namely, the perception that the concept of event, despite its importance, is dispersed in the area of Communication, and fluctuates between empiricist, functionalist and/or phenomenological understandings. Speculating another possible life to the concept, with another potentiality to communicational research, we started to investigate the pragmatic dimensions of the event, between Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotics, and Gilles Deleuze's philosophy. By thinking of the event in its effects, with its inseparable effectuation and counter-effectuation, it opens space for a thought of Communication that does not reify its objects or experience but focuses on understanding the translations involved therein.Este artigo apresenta parte do percurso traçado pela pesquisa Semiótica Crítica: a Comunicação como acontecimento. Como ponto de entrada ao trabalho, apresentaremos aqui a hipótese central e nossos objetivos; a saber, a percepção de que o conceito de acontecimento, a despeito de sua importância, tem dispersão na área da Comunicação, e flutua entre compreensões empiristas, funcionalistas e/ou fenomenológicas. Entrevendo outra vida possível ao conceito, com outra potencialidade à pesquisa comunicacional, passamos a investigar as dimensões pragmaticistas do acontecer, entre a semiótica de Charles Sanders Peirce e a filosofia de Gilles Deleuze. Ao pensar o acontecimento nos seus efeitos, com sua efetuação e contra-efetuação inseparáveis, abre-se espaço a um pensamento da Comunicação que não reifique seus objetos ou a experiência, focando em compreender as traduções aí envolvidas

Micropolíticas: devir, cooperação dissonante e experiência pura

This article traces the definition of the concept of micropolitics in a singular perspective of Critical Semiotics. It seeks supplements in the theories of Deleuze and Guattari to think of it as an underlying force to alliances that produce zones of becoming. Regarding the propositions of Rolnik and Guattari, it proposes the understanding of micropolitics as a process of dissonant cooperation among subjects positioned in distinct subjectivities, a process that makes these existential models deterritorialize themselves. Concerning the phenomenal characteristics of this process, it uses the thought of James and Lapoujade to understand that micropolitics is produced and intensified based on what these thinkers called pure experience.O artigo traça um percurso de definição do conceito de micropolítica em uma visada singular da Semiótica Crítica. Busca suplementos nas teorizações de Deleuze e Guattari para pensá-la enquanto força subjacente a alianças que produzem zonas de devir. Em relação às proposições de Rolnik e Guattari, projeta a compreensão da micropolítica enquanto processo de cooperação dissonante entre sujeitos posicionados em subjetividades distintas, processo que faz esses modelos existenciais desterritorializarem-se. Já considerando as características fenomênicas desse processo, recorre ao pensamento de James e de Lapoujade para compreender que a micropolítica é produzida e intensificada a partir do que esses filósofos chamaram de experiência pura
