O ‘dentro’ e o ‘fora’ do trabalho feminino: entre os papéis de mãe, esposa e trabalhadora

In this article we intend to analyze some roles played out by many women – more specifically the roles of mother, wife and worker – approaching aspects that announce new challenges. In this proposal, we wish to look at the new in a way of relativizing it, since there are elements that mask old structures of domination in the relation between the gender. In order to accomplish that, we seek to dialog with productions that approach the issue of gender division of labor, since we notice in it a central category for our reflections. We wish to connect those contributions with the Latin American production, seeking an appropriation of the dynamics localized in the south, still much marked by patriarchy, since besides noticing the inequalities between men and women, first it is important to understand the nature of the system that  originates them.Key words: gender, working women, sexual division of labor, family.Resumo: Neste artigo analisamos alguns papéis exercidos por muitas mulheres – mais especificamente os de mãe, esposa e trabalhadora -, abordando aspectos que anunciam novos desafios. Nessa proposta, procuramos olhar para o novo de forma a relativizá-lo, pois existem elementos que mascaram velhas estruturas de dominação na relação entre os sexos. Para isso, dialogamos com produções que abordam a temática da divisão sexual do trabalho, pois percebemos nela uma categoria central para nossas reflexões. Aliamos estas contribuições com a produção latino-americana, visando a uma apropriação da dinâmica localizada ao sul, ainda muito marcada pelo patriarcado, pois, para além de se constatar desigualdades entre homens e mulheres, o importante é compreender a natureza do sistema que dá origem a elas.Palavras-chave: gênero, mulheres trabalhadoras, divisão sexual do trabalho, família
