Strategi Komunikasi Masyarakat Samin dalam Membangun Ketahanan Pangan Lokal
Saminculture remain survive in several areas in Blora regency. They have a unique approach
in building the local food security.Samin people have a principle that to supplyfood
necessity, rice is not the only option.They maintain the variety of the foodstuffs. Therefore, it is
interestingto trace how the Samincommunity undertake the communication strategies to build
local foodsecurity. The research was conducted in Blora. The analytical technique used is asingle
case study by using interactive analysis model, namely: data reduction, presentation ofdata and
drawing conclusion or verification. The result shows that communicationstrategies of Samin
community in maintaining tradition and building local food securityare reflected in the oral
traditions and symbols. The communicators, both parents and communityelders are the most
dominant factors affecting the effectiveness of this communication. The communicationchannels
used to deliver the message about life values andSamin traditions arethe interpersonal channels,
through the customs to gather to discuss or seek guidance from the elders. The effectiveness
of communication in inheriting the tradition is reflected incontinuity of the application of
Samin community up to now.
Masyarakat Samin masih bertahan di beberapa wilayah di Kabupaten Blora. Ada keunikan
masyarakat Samin di dalam membangun ketahanan pangan Prinsip masyarakat Samin adalah bahwa
untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pangan tidak harus makan nasi, mereka tetap memelihara keanekaragaman
pangan. Hal ini menarik untuk ditelusuri bagaimana strategi-strategi komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh
masyarakat Samin untuk membangun ketahanan pangan lokal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kabupaten
Blora. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis studi kasus tunggal dengan menggunakan
model analisis interaktif, yakni; reduksi data, sajian data dan menarik kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi-strategi komunikasi masyarakat Samin di dalam memelihara
tradisi dan membangun ketahanan pangan lokal adalah direfleksikan di dalam tradisi lisan dan simbolsimbol.
Komunikator, baik orang tua-orang tua mereka dan juga sesepuh masyarakat Samin adalah
factor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi efektifitas di dalam komunikasi. Saluran-saluran komunikasi
yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan pesan tentang nilai-nilai kehidupan dan tradisi Samin adalah saluransaluran
interpersonal, melalui tradisi kumpul bersama untuk mendiskusikan dan meminta nasihat di
rumah sesepuh Samin. Efektivitas komunikasi dalam pewarisan nilai tradisi antara lain tercermin kelestarian
tradisi budaya Samin yang masih diterapkan masyarakat Samin sampai sekarang.

Using a qubit to measure photon number statistics of a driven, thermal oscillator
We demonstrate theoretically how photon number statistics of a driven, damped
oscillator at finite temperature can be extracted by measuring the dephasing
spectrum of a two-level system dispersively coupled to the oscillator; we thus
extend the work of Dykman (1987) and Gambetta et al. (2006). We carefully
consider the fidelity of this scheme-- to what extent does the measurement
reflect the initial number statistics of the mode? We also derive analytic
results for the dephasing of a qubit by a driven, thermal mode, and compare
results obtained at different levels of approximation. Our results have
relevance both to experiments in circuit cavity QED, as well as to

Charge Transport in a Quantum Electromechanical System
We describe a quantum electromechanical system(QEMS) comprising a single
quantum dot harmonically bound between two electrodes and facilitating a
tunneling current between them. An example of such a system is a fullerene
molecule between two metal electrodes [Park et al., Nature, 407, 57 (2000)].
The description is based on a quantum master equation for the density operator
of the electronic and vibrational degrees of freedom and thus incorporates the
dynamics of both diagonal (population) and off diagonal (coherence) terms. We
derive coupled equations of motion for the electron occupation number of the
dot and the vibrational degrees of freedom, including damping of the vibration
and thermo-mechanical noise. This dynamical description is related to
observable features of the system including the stationary current as a

Aplikasi Metode Nonkonvensional Pada Ekstraksi Bawang Dayak
Ekstraksi konvensional pada umumnya membutuhkan waktu yang lama,kurang ramah lingkungan, danberpotensi memicu kerusakan senyawa, sehingga perlu metode alternatifsepertiUltrasound Assisted Extraction (UAE) dan Ultrasound-Microwave Assisted Extraction (UMAE). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari aplikasi metode UAE dan UMAE pada ekstraksi bawang dayak. Bawang dayak secara tradisional dikenal sebagai salah satu tanaman obat di Kalimantan. Optimasi ekstraksi dengan UAE dilakukan terhadap variabel waktu ekstraksi dan kuantitas pelarut.Sedangkan pada metode UMAE, optimasi dilakukan terhadap variabel waktu.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil terbaik dengan variable waktu 30 menit dan kuantitas pelarut 240 mL menggunakan UAE.Rendemen ekstraksi dengan metode UAE lebih tinggi daripada UMAE, dimana trend fluktuatif ditunjukkan oleh hasil ekstraksi dengan metode UMA
Penentuan Total Fenol Ekstrak Umbi Bawang Dayak Hasil Ekstraksi Dengan Metode Ultrasound Assisted Extraction (UAE) dan Ultrasonic-Microwave Assisted Extraction (UMAE)
Bawang dayak (Eleutherine americana) merupakan tanaman khas Kalimantan yang memiliki semua kandungan fitokimia antara lain alkaloid, glikosida, flavonoid, fenolik, steroid dan tanin. Senyawa fenolik berpotensi sebagai antioksidan.Ekstraksi senyawa bahan alam secara konvensional membutuhkan waktu yang lama dan dapat memicu kerusakan senyawa sehingga perlu metode yang lebih cepat dan efesien seperti metode Ultrasound Assisted Extraction (UAE) danUltrasound-Microwave Assisted Extraction (UMAE). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengekstrak dan menentukan kadar senyawa fenolik dalam bawang dayak. Hasil yang optimal didapatkan dari waktu sonikasi selama 30 menit danvolume pelarut sebesar 240 mL.Penggunaan microwave dalam ekstraksi justru menimbulkan degradasi senyawa fenolik. Probing the quantum coherence of a nanomechanical resonator using a superconducting qubit: I. Echo scheme
We propose a scheme in which the quantum coherence of a nanomechanical
resonator can be probed using a superconducting qubit. We consider a mechanical
resonator coupled capacitively to a Cooper-pair box and assume that the
superconducting qubit is tuned to the degeneracy point so that its coherence
time is maximised and the electro-mechanical coupling can be approximated by a
dispersive Hamiltonian. When the qubit is prepared in a superposition of states
this drives the mechanical resonator progressively into a superposition which
in turn leads to apparent decoherence of the qubit. Applying a suitable control
pulse to the qubit allows its population to be inverted resulting in a reversal
of the resonator dynamics. However, the resonator's interactions with its
environment mean that the dynamics is not completely reversible. We show that
this irreversibility is largely due to the decoherence of the mechanical
resonator and can be inferred from appropriate measurements on the qubit alone.
Using estimates for the parameters involved based on a specific realization of
the system we show that it should be possible to carry out this scheme with
