Hypercommutative operad as a homotopy quotient of BV
We give an explicit formula for a quasi-isomorphism between the operads
Hycomm (the homology of the moduli space of stable genus 0 curves) and
BV/ (the homotopy quotient of Batalin-Vilkovisky operad by the
BV-operator). In other words we derive an equivalence of Hycomm-algebras and
BV-algebras enhanced with a homotopy that trivializes the BV-operator.
These formulas are given in terms of the Givental graphs, and are proved in
two different ways. One proof uses the Givental group action, and the other
proof goes through a chain of explicit formulas on resolutions of Hycomm and
BV. The second approach gives, in particular, a homological explanation of the
Givental group action on Hycomm-algebras.Comment: minor corrections added, to appear in Comm.Math.Phy

Evidence for spin-triplet superconducting correlations in metal-oxide heterostructures with non-collinear magnetization
Heterostructures composed of ferromagnetic La0.7Sr0.3MnO3, ferromagnetic
SrRuO3, and superconducting YBa2Cu3Ox were studied experimentally. Structures
of composition Au/La0.7Sr0.3MnO3/SrRuO3/YBa2Cu3Ox were prepared by pulsed laser
deposition, and their high quality was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and
reflectometry. A non-collinear magnetic state of the heterostructures was
revealed by means of SQUID magnetometry and polarized neutron reflectometry. We
have further observed superconducting currents in mesa-structures fabricated by
deposition of a second superconducting Nb layer on top of the heterostructure,
followed by patterning with photolithography and ion-beam etching. Josephson
effects observed in these mesa-structures can be explained by the penetration
of a triplet component of the superconducting order parameter into the magnetic

Coupling of the lattice and superlattice deformations and hysteresis in thermal expansion for the quasi one-dimensional conductor TaS
An original interferometer-based setup for measurements of length of
needle-like samples is developed, and thermal expansion of o-TaS crystals
is studied. Below the Peierls transition the temperature hysteresis of length
is observed, the width of the hysteresis loop being up to . The behavior of the loop is anomalous: the length changes so
that it is in front of its equilibrium value. The hysteresis loop couples with
that of conductivity. The sign and the value of the length hysteresis are
consistent with the strain dependence of the charge-density waves (CDW) wave
vector. With lowering temperature down to 100 K the CDW elastic modulus grows
achieving a value comparable with the lattice Young modulus. Our results could
be helpful in consideration of different systems with intrinsic

The Problem of Quality Improvement Search Queries
В статье представлены результаты исследования качества поисковых запросов студентов. Анализ полученных данных показал необходимость оптимизации поисковых запросов. В рамках работы были обработаны и реструктурированы алгоритмы построения запросов в различных поисковых системах, что привело к уменьшению времени составления корректного поискового запроса и увеличению качества получаемой пользователем информации. При составлении указанных алгоритмов применялись орграфы и алгоритм Дейкстры.The article presents the results of a study of the quality of students' search queries. Analysis of the data obtained showed the need to optimize search queries. As part of the work, the algorithms for constructing queries in various search engines were processed and restructured, which led to a reduction in the time for compiling a correct search query and an increase in the quality of information received by the user. Digraphs and Dijkstra's algorithm were used in the compilation of these algorithms

Авторами разработан плагин, встраиваемый в поисковую систему, позволяющий ускорить поиск. An evolutionary timeline of the oxytocin signaling pathway.
Oxytocin is a neuropeptide associated with both psychological and somatic processes like parturition and social bonding. Although oxytocin homologs have been identified in many species, the evolutionary timeline of the entire oxytocin signaling gene pathway has yet to be described. Using protein sequence similarity searches, microsynteny, and phylostratigraphy, we assigned the genes supporting the oxytocin pathway to different phylostrata based on when we found they likely arose in evolution. We show that the majority (64%) of genes in the pathway are 'modern'. Most of the modern genes evolved around the emergence of vertebrates or jawed vertebrates (540 - 530 million years ago, 'mya'), including OXTR, OXT and CD38. Of those, 45% were under positive selection at some point during vertebrate evolution. We also found that 18% of the genes in the oxytocin pathway are 'ancient', meaning their emergence dates back to cellular organisms and opisthokonta (3500-1100 mya). The remaining genes (18%) that evolved after ancient and before modern genes were classified as 'medium-aged'. Functional analyses revealed that, in humans, medium-aged oxytocin pathway genes are highly expressed in contractile organs, while modern genes in the oxytocin pathway are primarily expressed in the brain and muscle tissue
