Analisa Pengaruh Core Competencies terhadap Keunggulan Bersaing dan Kinerja Perusahaan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh penerapan core competencies terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja Perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan yang menerapkan core competencies di Surabaya. Hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diuji menggunakan analisa partial least square. Penerapan core competencies pada Perusahaan di Surabaya menunjukkan adanya pengaruh terhadap keunggulan bersaing dan kinerja Perusahaan. Penerapan core competencies ditentukan dengan adanya pembagian visi, kerjasama, dan pemberdayaan dalam Perusahaan. Harga, kualitas, pengiriman yang dapat diandalkan, inovasi produk, dan time to market digunakan untuk mengukur keunggulan bersaing. Sedangkan kinerja Perusahaan diukur melalui kinerja keuangan dan kinerja operasional

Efektifitas Pelayanan Administrasi Pertanahan di Kota Pekanbaru

The National Land Agency conducts land certification services, one of which is the transfer of land rights. Currently, many communities have not registered their land, lack of socialization of land registration procedures, objectives of land registration, lack of knowledge of land law grounds, and ineffective service delivery. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of Land Administration Services and to determine the factors that affect the service of Land Administration at the BPN Office Kecamatan Tampan. Based on the effectiveness theory of S. Siagian namely, Clarity of goals to be achieved, Clarity of goal achievement strategy, Process analysis and formulation of a solid policy, Mature Planning, Preparation of appropriate programs, the availability of facilities and work infrastructure. The factors that affect the Limited Quality of Resources and Lack of information. Research location at BPN office Pekanbaru city. The research informants are the head of BPN, BPN staff, Head of Land Rights and Land Registry, Koflik and Case Dispute Disputes as well as the community taking care of the land certificate. This research uses qualitative research method with descriptive analysis by using data collection method technique by interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the effectiveness in the Administration of Land Administration at BPN Kecamatan Tampan office showed that there was a problem at the time of handling which was not in accordance with the existing regulations. The cost of taking care of the certificate is appropriate. BPN employees are given the opportunity to attend technical and non technical education and training. Coordination of kelurahan and BPN in the land administration process is needed, so there is no waiting list that is so long. Public service one of the fulfillment of welfare then automatically becomes the fulfillment of community rights

Perbandingan Kemampuan Proses Pemecahan Masalah antara Siswa yang Menggunakan Pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (Cps) dan Konvensional

This study aims to determine the ratio between the problem solving ability of students to use learning model Creative Problem Solving ( CPS ) with Conventional of the students SMAN 19 Garut . The method used in this study is quasi-experimental method with two groups of students, as the experimental group is the group of students who get teaching Creative Problem Solving (CPS) and the control group is the group of students who received conventional learning . The instrument used in this study is a written test with a description of the subject form the Turunan Fungsi. The population in this study were all students of class XI of SMAN 19 Garut with the sample selected class XI IPA-3 and XI IPA-4 . From the results of preliminary tests of normality test (pretest), initial test scores obtained in the experimental class are not normally distributed so that the test followed by Mann Whitney test and obtained zhitung = 2.73 and ztabel = 1.96 thus zhitung > ztabel , or zhitung be outside the acceptance of the null hypothesis can be concluded that the average ability of students beginning the experimental class and the control class was different. Proceed with the test and the normalized gain of normality test results and that both classes are not normally distributed then proceed with the mann witney test. Retrieved zhitung = 2.61 and = ztabel 1.96 thus zhitung > ztabel then Ho is rejected . Thus , it can be concluded that the mathematical problem solving ability among students who received learning model Creative Problem Solving ( CPS ) is better than the students who received conventional learning models. This is because teaching Creative Problem Solving (CPS) students are more active , creative and innovative in finding solutions to any given problem

Motilitas Spermatozoa Kerbau Lumpur Pada Penyimpanan Semen Beku Dalam Es

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama penyimpanan semen beku dalam es terhadap motilitas spermatozoa kerbau lumpur. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan 5 perlakuan dan 5 kali ulangan. Perlakuan yang dilakukan meliputi: semen beku yang dithawing langsung dari nitrogen air (P0), penyimpanan dalam es selama 15 menit (P1), penyimpanan dalam es selama 30 menit (P2), penyimpanan dalam es selama 45 menit (P3), penyimpanan dalam es selama 60 menit (P4).. Peubah yang diamati adalah motilitas spermatozoa dan recovery rate. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan sidik ragam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyimpanan semen beku dalam es mempengaruhi motilitas dan recovery rate spermatozoa kerbau lumpur (P<0,05). Motilitas, dan recovery rate P0 lebih tinggi dibandingkan P1, P2, P3, dan P4 (P<0,05). Motilitas P0, P1, dan P2 masih diatas 40%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penyimpanan semen beku dalam es menurunkan kualitas spermatozoa kerbau, semen beku kerbau dapat disimpan selama 30 menit dalam es sebelum dithawing

Pelatihan Pembuatan Media Pembelajaran Bahasa pada Guru-guru SD dan Tk Kecamatan Sukun Malang

Terkait dengan dilaksanakannya kurikulum 2013 baik di tingkat pendidikan dasar sampai dengan pendidikan tinggi, maka tim pengabdi melaksanakan pengabdian pada masyarakat yangbertujuan untuk memabantu para guru-guru khususnya di SDK Berita Hidup dan Guru-gurutaman kanak-kanak di gugus 11 kecamatan Sukun kota Malang untuk membuat mediapembelajaran yang kreatif dan inovatif yang akan membantu para guru-guru untuk mengajarakanketrampilan berbahasa untuk anak-anak usia dini. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan selama 4 minggudengan melibatkan semua guru-guru dari SDK Berita Hidup dan guru taman Kanak-Kanak digugus 11 kecamatan Sukun Kota Malang. Tim pengabdi memberikan pelatihan pembuatanmedia pembelajaran ini dengan memberikan prosedur pembuatan media pembelajaarn dan tatacara penggunaannya. Para peserta pelatihan membuat “home made book” dan media “Kokoru”,diterapkan dalam proses pembelajaran di dalam kelas. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian padamasyarakat ini diharapkan dapat membantu para guru untuk meningkatkan kemampuan danmemudahkan para guru dalam pembelajaran bahasa yang aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan

Pengaruh Ball Peening Terhadap Kekerasan Baja Tahan Karat AISI 316L

In this work, ball peening was performed in order to evaluate its effect on the AISI 316L hardness. The process was conducted by employing AISI E52100 Chrome Steel ball which has hardness 752 HVN as bomber. In this research ball peening process was performed at three different nozzle pressure (6, 7, and 8 bar) for 5 minutes. Vickers Micro Hardness Tester and Digital Optical Microscope was used to characterize the samples hardness and grains structure respectively. The results showed that the hardness of AISI 316L was improved. It may due to plastic deformation which toke places on its grains
