Uji Banding Efektivitas Kalsipotriol Topikal, Suction Blister Grafting dan Kombinasi Keduanya pada Terapi Repigmentasi Lesi Vitiligo Stabil

Comparison study the efficacy of topical calcipotriol, suction blister grafting and combination of both therapies for repigmentationc of stable vitiligoBackground: Stable vitiligo is defined as non-progressive vitiligo for more than 6-month. A large variety of therapeutic agents are being tried, but an optimal treatment is not yet available. Topical calcipotriol is one of those agent that hypothetically can stimulate repigmentation of vitiliginous lesions. Suction-blister-grafting (SBG), is one of the surgical therapies for replenishment of melanocytes in stable vitiligo. The aim of this study was to compare the efficacy of topical calcipotriol, SBG and the combination of both therapies in the treatment of stable vitiligo.Methods: Twenty-one stable vitiligo (focal, segmental, and generalized) patients were selected for study. Patients were divided into three groups. First-groups were advised to apply topical calcipotriol (50ug/mg) twice-daily over the vitiliginous patches. Secondgroups were given with SBG, and third-groups were given with combination of both treatments. The main outcome measurement was the evaluation of the percentage of repigmentation in treated target lesions in 12-weeks.Results: After12-weeks periods, the combination therapies were found more effective than single therapy. The combination therapies-treated areas showed marked intense repigmentation improvement 19.1% compared to 15.1% on the SBG-only side (p<0.05). Calcipotriol was found to induce initiating repigmentation, but was not statistically significant.Conclusion: Combination therapy of SBG and topical calcipotriol is more effective than single therapy for stable vitiligo

Acceleration of Gastric Tube Usage through Non Nutritive Sucking Simulation for Premature Infant Feeding. An adequate sucking can be improved a premature infant\u27s sucking reflex with non nutritive sucking stimulation (NNS) with pacifier. The purpose of this research was to identify the influence of NNS stimulation with pacifier towards the duration of gastric tube USAge during premature infant feeding. The design of this research was quasi experimental with post test only control group design with 20 respondents for two groups, then were chosen by purposive sampling in one of Tangerang District Hospital. The data were collected using a questionnaire and an observation form. Data were analized using independent t test. The result of this research showed that there was no influence of NNS with pacifier towards the duration of gastric tube USAge (p=0,379), however the duration of gastric tube USAge was shortened. This research recommends that non nutritive sucking stimulation with pacifier is an alternative procedures to improve a premature infant\u27s sucking reflex

FORAGE PRODUCTION OF SOME LESSER-KNOWN LEUCAENA SPECIES GROWN ON ACID SOIL

Leucaena leucocephala leaves are nutritious and palatable for ruminants. However, the plant is poorly adapted on acid soil, water logged, and susceptible to psyllid (Heteropsylla cubana). Leucaena favours soils with pH &gt;5. It performs best on calcareous soils. This study aimed to evaluate adaptability of several Leucaena species on acid soils. The study was conducted at the experimental field in Ciawi, Bogor, altitude 500 m above sea level, rainfall 1500-2000 mm year-1, on Latosol soil with pH 5.2. Leucaena species evaluated were L. leucocephala K28, L. leucocephala (local type), Leucaena KX2 hybrid, L. collinsii, L. trichandra, and L. diversifolia. Experiment was designed in a randomized complete block, four replications. All the seedlings were grown in the nursery for 2.5 months before being transplanted to the field. The plants were grown in row plots of 5 m x 1 m with planting distance 0.5 m and spacing between row plot was 3 m. One unit replicate was 5 m x 21 m. In wet season, the plants were pruned at 50 cm height every 3 months, whilst in dry season pruning was done every 5 months. Parameter measured were plant regrowth and forage production (edible part and non-edible part of the plant), as well as N and P content of the edible part. The result showed that Leucaena KX2 hybrid was superior to other leucaenas. Regrowth of KX2 hybrid was the fastest and produced highest forage. The highest fresh weight forage production for 1 year (four times harvests), i.e. 33.93 t ha-1 year-1 equal to 12.48 t ha- 1 year-1 of dry weight, was obtained from Leucaena KX2 hybrid, whereas the lowest was produced by L. diversifolia, i.e. 3.12 t ha-1 year-1 of fresh weight or 1.01 t ha-1 year-1 of dry weight. Production of non-edible part followed the pattern of production of edible part. N and P content in the edible part of all Leucaena species did not show any significant difference except for L. trichandra which contained the lowest. This study implies that Leucaena KX2 hybrid is adaptable to acid soil; therefore it can be grown in wider areas throughout Indonesia

This study aims to determine the planning, organizing, implementation and evaluation or assessment of the implementation of curriculum, 2013 in TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, a method that is aimed to define or explain what their research results. That is the subject of this research is the first person the principal and two teachers at TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru. Collecting data this study uses three main techniques were interviews, observation and documentation. Based on data analysis and discussion that has been done can disumpulkan kindergarten curriculum planning, 2013 in Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru is appropriate to run well. On indicators of planning managers have implemented the curriculum, the curriculum used curriculum 2013. Organizing the curriculum in 2013 from the already excellent infrastructure. On the organizational structure of TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru own organizational structure starting from the chairman, treasurer, secretary, manager, teacher. It looks at the observations and the results of wawanaca own duties and responsibilities of each. On performance indicators TK Negeri Pembina 3 Pekanbaru has had and apply some guidebooks implementation, books administration and management information systems in kindergarten.
