Pengaruh Pemberian Motivasi, Kebutuhan Pegawai dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai pada Kantor Pelayanan Perbendaharaan Negara Cirebon
Human Resources is essential in government agencies , and not just because they play an important role in shaping and achieving agency objectives in terms of service to the community, but it is appropriate Human Resources to get fairness and justice. A sense of unfairness and inequity among employees affect the employee performance resulting work spirit and passion of employees decreased looks of ability, quality and quantity of jobs and employee discipline. This study aims to reveal the effect of granting Motivation, Employee Needs and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at the State Treasury Office Cirebon. The method used is descriptive and verification method, which is to get a picture of the actual conditions that exist in place of research and proving the hypothesis about the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable individually and together. The sample size used by 45 respondents. The results showed that administration of Motivation, Employee Needs and Job Satisfaction in State Treasury Office Cirebon positive influence on employee performance. Together Giving Motivation, Employee Needs and Job Satisfaction Employee Performance toward significant effect on the State Treasury Service of Cirebon, with the risk of error of 5% where the F count = 152.768> F table = 2.83 or p-value = 0.000 t table = 2.02 to 0.29 and a significant need for Employees on employee performance t = 2,749> t table = 2.02 to 0.09 as well significantly Satisfaction Work on employee performance t = 3.521> t table = 2.02. with significant 0.001. Conclusion; Giving Motivation positive influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.265, Employee Needs a positive effect on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.347 and job satisfaction has positive influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.361. Giving Motivation, Employee Needs and Job Satisfaction jointly positive effect on employee performance with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.912. Implementasi Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) pada Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Dosen Berprestasi
Outstanding lecturers are lecturers who in the last three years have had very useful and proud achievements in universities of origin, and are recognized on a national or International scale. The problem in choosing an outstanding lecturer at STMIK Budi Darma was that the management did not clearly understand the terms and procedures for the requirements to participate in the selection of outstanding lecturers at the Kopertis level and even at the national level, even though there were many lecturers who wanted to follow in STMIK Budi Darma. In the absence of a system to handle, almost all lecturers cannot and do not understand what must be done in implementing the higher education tridharma that supports the selection of Lecturers with Achievement. So that the outstanding lecturer selection service was built using computer tools in the form of applications by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method as one of the Decision Support System (DSS) methods. Penerapan Unsur Merugikan Keuangan Negara dalam Delik Tindak Pidana Korupsi
Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 jo Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (UU Tipikor) - khususnya Pasal 2 dan Pasal 3 - menjadikan unsur kerugian keuangan negara sebagai salah satu unsur korupsi. Berdasarkan catatan Lembaga Kajian dan Advokasi untuk Indepedensi Peradilan (LeIP) pada tahun 2013, meskipun hanya dua pasal, namun ketentuan tersebut paling sering digunakan oleh aparat penegak hukum (Kepolisian, Kejaksaan dan Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi) untuk menjerat pelaku korupsi. Semangat yang terkandung dalam kedua pasal ini mungkin dimaksudkan untuk memberikan efek jera terhadap pelaku dan memaksa uang hasil korupsi dan telah dinikmati oleh koruptor dikembalikan kepada negara. Uang negara sudah semestinya digunakan untuk kesejahteraan rakyat dan bukan untuk kesejahteraan koruptor. Namun upaya menjerat koruptor dengan menggunakan Pasal 2 dan Pasal 3 UU Tipikor bukanlah perkara yang mudah. Pada praktiknya masih banyak penegak hukum yang menemui kendala atau persoalan dalam penerapan Pasal 2 dan Pasal 3 UU Tipikor khususnya untuk membuktikan adanya unsur kerugian keuangan negara dalam rumusan delik korupsi tersebut. Limbah Penebangan Kayu di Perusahaan PT. Dwimajaya Utama
This study aims to determine the volume of wood waste (in units of m3 and %) in IUPHHK-HA PT. Dwimajaya Utama. The research was carried out in cutting plots K-18 (RKT 2015) and felling plots J-21 (RKT 2016). As many as 8 units of sample plots measuring of 100 m x 100 m were purposively selected and then the waste resulted from 56 trees that had been felled were observed. The results showed that the woods potential on the cutting plot K-18 were 229.32 m3 while on plot J-21 were 200.03 m3, total volume of waste from the two cutting plots were 429.35 m3. Second, the reali-zation of logs production on the felling plot K-18 were 165.29 m3 (72.07%) and on plot J-21 were 145.73 m3 (72.86%) and the total from the two cutting plots were 311.02 m3 (72.44%). Thirdly, the mount of felling waste on felling plot K-18 were 64.05 m3 (27.93%) and on plot J-21 were 54.28 m3 (27.14%); resulting the total waste from both felling plots were 118.33 m3 ( 27.56%). Percentage of waste to production on felling plot K-18 were 38.75%, and on plot J-21 were 37.25%, and the mean from the two cutting plots were 38.00%. Forest potential structure for the two logging plots, namely timber potential around 429.35 m3, realized logs production of 311.02 m3 (72.44%) and resulted waste around 118.33 m3 (27.56%). The relatively low percentage of felling waste indicates that the application of RIL (Reduce Impact Logging) in logging activities is relatively successful
HUBUNGAN PENGETAHUAN DAN SIKAP DENGAN KEJADIAN HIPERTENSI DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS TATELI KABUPATEN MINAHASA
Kasus hipertensi di Sulawesi Utara meningkat dari tahun ke tahun. Kabupaten Minahasa termasuk dari wilayah di Sulawesi Utara dengan prevalensi hipertensi. > 40%. Puskemas Tateli yang merupakan salah satu Puskesmas di Kabupaten Minahasa, dimana pada tahun 2014 kejadian hipertensi menepati urutan kedua dengan angka kejadian 669 kasus. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan kejadian hipertensi pada masyarakat di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tateli Kabupaten Minahasa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tateli pada bulan Januari tahun 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah penduduk di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Tateli Kecamatan Pineleng jumlah 669 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin sebanyak 90 Pasien. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dan analisis bivariat. Analisis statistik menggunakan Chi Square pada tingkat kepercayaan 95% (ὰ=0,05). Analisis hubungan antara pengetahuan masyarakat dengan kejadian hipertensi diperoleh p value = 0,000, dan analisis hubungan antara sikap dengan kejadian hipertensi diperoleh p value = 0,003.Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan, Sikap, Kejadian Hipertensi, Hipertensi TateliABSTRACTHypertension cases in North Sulawesi increase from year to year. This research is an survey analytic study with a cross sectional approach. This research was dilaksanakan out in the Tateli Community Health Center working area in January 2016. The population in this study were patients who settled in Tateli village, Pineleng sub-district with the number 669 people. Sampling was using the Slovin formula as many as 90 patients. Data analysis used univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. Statistical analysis using Chi Square at a 95% confidence level (ὰ = 0.05). Analysis of the relationship between community knowledge with the incidence of hypertension obtained p value = 0,000, and an analysis of the relationship between attitudes and the incidence of hypertension was obtained p value = 0.003. there is relationship between knowledge and attitudes of people with the incidence of hypertension in the working area of the Tateli Health Center districts Mandolang Minahasa Regency. for the government further improve counseling programs on hypertension, for side the Puskesmas to be able work together with other health institution how to socialize health in Tateli village. Students’ Speaking Skill Trough Storytelling Technique At Smp Negeri 4 Tanjung Morawa
Abstract
A speaking talent is the ability to say or recite an idea that a person has, and it includes features of pronunciation, vocabulary, and syntax. The objective of speaking is to express a thought or sensation that has arisen in the individual as a result of listening to music or learningcontent. The storytelling technique is one way to help pupils enhance their speaking abilities. Storytelling is a fascinating practice that encourages children to use their imaginations.Storytelling can assist them improve their language abilities while also deepening and broadening their comprehension of the story's characters.
A qualitative research design is used in this study. The goal of this study is to help researchers and readers understand what media and approaches teachers use in the classroom to help students, particularly junior high school students, enhance their vocabulary.

MANAJEMEN PENGADAAN MATERIAL BANGUNAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE MRP (MATERIAL REQUIREMENT PLANNING) STUDI KASUS: REVITALISASI GEDUNG KANTOR BPS PROPINSI SULAWESI UTARA
ABSTRAKPerencanaan kebutuhan material dalam suatu proyek dimaksudkan agar dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan, penggunaan material menjadi efisien dan efektif sehingga tidak terjadi masalah akibat tidak tersedianya material pada saat dibutuhkan. Perencanaan kebutuhan material (Material Requirement Planning) adalah suatu metode untuk menentukan bahan-bahan atau komponen-komponen apa yang harus dibuat atau dibeli, berapa jumlah yang dibutuhkan, dan kapan dibutuhkan. MRP terutama didasarkan atas keadaan persediaan material dan barang dalam proses serta jadwal induk produksi. Proses yang terdapat dalam MRP meliputi netting, lotting, offsetting, dan explosion.Metode MRP diterapkan pada proyek Revitalisasi Gedung Kantor Badan Pusat Statistik Propinsi Sulawesi Utara dengan menghitung jumlah kebutuhan material berdasarkan data RAB, analisis harga satuan, dan jadwal pelaksanaan proyek yang diperoleh dari proyek. Selanjutnya dibuat distribusi material yang merupakan masukan bagi teknik lot-sizing.Melalui analisis perhitungan, teknik lot-sizing dapat meminimalisasi persediaan material yaitu, semen 1.589,34 sak, pasir 152,02 m³, dan batu pecah 127,95 m³. Persediaan material ini diperoleh dari selisih antara jumlah persediaan yang ada diproyek dengan jumlah persediaan hasil teknik lot-sizing. Hasil ini menunjukan bahwa metode Material Requirement Planning dengan menggunakan teknik lot-sizing part periode balancing dan lot for lot dapat meminimalisasi persediaan material. Dari penggunaan teknik lot-sizing dalam MRP ini juga diperoleh jadwal pemesanan serta kuantitas pemesanan.Kata kunci : Material Requirement Planning, Part Period Balancing, lot for lo
