    Evaluation of financial stability of Russian companies

A comparative analysis of the financial stability of organizations of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Bashkortostan is conducted by using a system of indicators based on the coefficient method. Identified trends show a decrease in the deficit of financial stability and its own funds which hinders the development of investment activity and the expansion of the productive capacity of Russian companies

    As machine learning algorithms have been used in many areas of our lives, for example, self-driving cars, healthcare, and the financial industry, the problem of trust is becoming even more urgent. To trust the decisions that the algorithms adopt, we need to understand the nature of their occurrence, so often we need not only a theoretical understanding of their work, but also special tools that would explain the origin of the findings within the algorithms themselves and present the withdrawn information in an informative and accessible form. This article will list some problems related to the interpretation of machine learning algorithms, as well as the desired properties of interpreted models that can improve the perception of algorithms and increase people's confidence in the decisions made.     This article describes the antenna technology and features of their upcoming use in 5G devices. Some methods for experimental testing of antennas and their parameters are briefly described. The basic properties of antennas of the considered types are studied as well as their approximate characteristics and basic parameters. The considered factors affecting the properties of antennas include the use of metal phone shells and anomalies created by the human body. Examples and illustrations showing the effect of anomalies in the radiation pattern are given. The main frequency ranges for using these antenna devices, their pros and cons are described. It was concluded that the 5G technology does not differ much from the antenna technology of mobile networks of the previous generation.     Today facial recognition is an important element of ensuring security and preventing illegal acts. In order to popularize and widely disseminate this method of biometric identification the quality and accuracy of facial recognition should be improved. The purpose of this paper is to compare the efficiency, accuracy, and quality of facial recognition using color and black and white images. The comparison is made by conducting experiments with several people who pass the camera, which is set for recognizing faces. In the course of the experiments the features of their faces, the walking speed, the poses are changed each time. The recognition system also has a built-in function of age determination. Based on the results of the experiments, the effectiveness of this function is also analyzed using a color and black and white image. A small number of people for experiments, of course, does not allow to draw comprehensive theoretical conclusions, but conclusions based on the results of experimental data analysis provide an opportunity to argue the feasibility of using facial recognition as part of biometric identification systems in each particular case and reasonability of using this method in complexes where high degree of security is needed.На сСгодняшний дСнь распознаваниС Π»ΠΈΡ† являСтся Π²Π°ΠΆΠ½Ρ‹ΠΌ элСмСнтом обСспСчСния бСзопасности ΠΈ прСдотвращСния ΠΏΡ€ΠΎΡ‚ΠΈΠ²ΠΎΠΏΡ€Π°Π²Π½Ρ‹Ρ… дСйствий.     Stuffy rooms are a common problem in our daily life. Carbon dioxide, which people constantly produce, makes the rooms stuffy. In such rooms work productivity goes down, people start feeling sleepy, irritated and often get a headache. Excess in the amount of carbon dioxide is harmful to health. Therefore, it is very important to ventilate the stuffy rooms and let fresh air with oxygen replace carbon dioxide especially in sleeping rooms. The automatic room ventilation system is designed to control air quality without additional actions from users. The system will automatically open the windows or turn on active ventilation if the amount of carbon dioxide is exceeded, which will be measured by the sensor. This article describes the main parts of the automatic ventilation system such as a CO2 sensor and its measurement features, microcontrollers with LoRa technology and a gateway as the main server. Also, the communication protocol MQTT as well as the two types of ventilation systems: passive (or natural) and active (or mechanical) are described.
