Studi Lapangan pada Koperasi Kartika Dharmagati Angkatan Darat Kota Jayapura

Adapun tujuan studi lapangan ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana koperasi Kartika Dharmagati menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya terutama yang terkait dengan upaya penyelesaian masalah-masalah yang dihadapi guna peningkatan kesejahteraan anggota. Metode penelitian yang digunakan metode Observasi, Wawancara Dan Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil studi lapangan menunjukan bahwa Koperasi Kartika Dharmigati Angkatan Darat dapat mengatasi masalah-masalah yang dihadapi dengan mengadakan koordinasi dengan juru bayar setiap bulannya dengan melakukan jumlah gaji diterima anggota yang bersangkutan ataupun dilakukan pemotongan pada remonerasi, dari dalam pengurus melakukan penghentian pelayanan Mini Mart sampai hutang yang bersangkutan lunas selama pengnentian anggota yang menunggak sama sekali tidak di layani, dan mengajukan saran dan masukan kepada Pembina satuan agar diketahui oleh seluruh anggota Primkop Kartika Dharmagati untuk dibahas dalam Rapat Anggota Tahunan Tutup Buku Tahun 2015 tentang kebutuhan pengurus yang berada di Koperasi, serta mengusulkan kepada Puskop dan Dinas Koperasi untuk menunjuk Asuransi yang bisa menjamin pinjaman anggota apabila yang bersangkutan Disersi atau meninggal dunia seperti yang ada di Bank milik pemerintah maupun milik swasta

Prostate cancer disparities in Black men of African descent: a comparative literature review of prostate cancer burden among Black men in the United States, Caribbean, United Kingdom, and West Africa

<p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p>African American men have the highest prostate cancer morbidity and mortality rates than any other racial or ethnic group in the US. Although the overall incidence of and mortality from prostate cancer has been declining in White men since 1991, the decline in African American men lags behind White men. Of particular concern is the growing literature on the disproportionate burden of prostate cancer among other Black men of West African ancestry in the Caribbean Islands, United Kingdom and West Africa. This higher incidence of prostate cancer observed in populations of African descent may be attributed to the fact that these populations share ancestral genetic factors. To better understand the burden of prostate cancer among men of West African Ancestry, we conducted a review of the literature on prostate cancer incidence, prevalence, and mortality in the countries connected by the Transatlantic Slave Trade.</p> <p>Results</p> <p>Several published studies indicate high prostate cancer burden in Nigeria and Ghana. There was no published literature for the countries Benin, Gambia and Senegal that met our review criteria. Prostate cancer morbidity and/or mortality data from the Caribbean Islands and the United Kingdom also provided comparable or worse prostate cancer burden to that of US Blacks.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>The growing literature on the disproportionate burden of prostate cancer among other Black men of West African ancestry follows the path of the Transatlantic Slave Trade. To better understand and address the global prostate cancer disparities seen in Black men of West African ancestry, future studies should explore the genetic and environmental risk factors for prostate cancer among this group.</p

Analisis Tingkat Pendapatan Petani Coklat (Cacao) Di Kampung Wemby Distrik Arso Timur Kabupaten Keerom

Purpose– Tujuan Penelitian adalah Untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan petani coklat di dan mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi tingkat pendapatan petani coklat Kampung Wemby Distrik Arso Timur Kabupaten Keerom. Design/methodology/approach – Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Studi Lapangan (field study). Study pustaka (libraryresearch) untuk mendapatkan hasil dari tujuan penelitian ini. Sehingga Hasil Penelitian menunjukan bahwaDenganmenggunakan laporan laba rugi,analisis R/C Ratio dan BEP untuk mengetahui tingkat pendapatan petani coklat. Findings – ditemutkan bahwa Dari perhitungan laba rugi responden ke-1 mendapatkan laba bersih sebesar Rp.3.525.000,-.Sedangkan untuk perhitungan R/C Ratio responden ke-1 mendapat Rp.3,0,-dan untuk BEP petani responden ke1 sebesar Rp.89.552,2. Serta Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi usaha tani perkebunan Coklat di Kampung Wemby adalah 1) Tenaga Kerja 2) Bibit 3) Lahan 4) Harga jual. Research limitations/implications – penelitian ini hanya bersifat lokal sehingga perlu diperluas objek penelitian sehingga mampu penggeneralisasi hasil penelitian tersebut. Originality/value – dalam penelitian ini menunjukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi dalampengembangan usaha tani petani coklat di Kampung Wemby Distrik Arso Timur Kabupaten Keerom

Development Strategy for the Cultivation of Ornamental Plants and Bonsai Evergreen Shrimp : (Study in CV. Lebat Berbunga in Jayapura City's Heram District)

Purpose – The purpose of the study was to determine the strategy for developing the Cemara Shrimp Bonsai ornamental plant and to discover what factors influence the business of the Cemara Shrimp Bonsai ornamental plant in Jayapura City's Heram District. Design/methodology/approach – Technique data collection using observation, interview, documentation, and kuisioner. Analysis method the data used swot analysis done ( 4 ) the four that is the force strength, weakness, opportunities, threats. Findings – Lebat Berbunga in the abepura-sentani heram district city of Jayapura are in quadrant 2. It is stated that these attempts have the power and great chances of being developed in the future. The right marketing strategy is a strategy that supports policy and aggressive growth (growth-oriented strategy). This venture should focus on a strategy to increase the number of tanamanan evergreen bonsai shrimp and improve promotion to reach consumers. Research limitations/implications – There are several similar businesses in the city of Jayapura. the erratic, covid-19. and the absence of incentives and a policy of supporting business as an ornamental Originality/value – This is a nice company. strategic locationTechnological advancements are intertwined with collaboration with various parties. Liver transplantation for neonatal haemochromatosis.

Two cases of neonatal haemochromatosis, a rare and often fatal metabolic disorder, presenting with acute liver failure, are reported. Both presented in the first week of life with hypoglycaemia, jaundice, and coagulopathy, with rapid deterioration of liver function. Both received a transplantation using reduced liver grafts. One child was well 18 months later. Few survivors have been reported and despite the difficult perioperative management, liver transplantation is the best treatment for neonatal haemochromatosis
