    This research is conducted based on mathematics learning outcomes of class VIII3 students of state Junior High School 25 Pekanbaru which is still under KKM (Minimum Criteria of mastery learning) that has been settled by the school that is 75. This approach of this research is classroom action research with 2 cycles. The subjects of the study were students of class VIII3 SMPN 25 Pekanbaru consisting of 15 male students and 27 female students with heterogeneous ability. This research was conducted on 28 April 2016 until 23 May 2016. The data in this study were obtained from the observations of teacher and student activity and student outcomes by analyzing qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the data analysis of teacher and student activity after implementing a Think Talk Write strategy in cooperative learning, teacher and student activities are done well and experienced improvement at each meeting. Based on the data analysis of student learning outcomes, there is an increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle. Based on the analysis of KKM achievement, the number of students who reached KKM at UH 1 amounted to 35 people with percentage 83,3 % and UH 2 amounted to 39 people with percentage 90,48 %. Based on the analysis of frequency distribution, there is an increase in the number of students who get very high criteria and the decrease in the number of students who get enough and low criteria. From this study can be concluded that the implementation Think Talk Write strategy in cooperative learning approach can improve the learning process and also to remind students of mathematics learning outcomes of VIII3 students of state Junior High School 25 Telekomunikasi Pekanbaru even semester of academic year 2015/2016 at KD 5.2 Making cube nets, beams, prisms and pyramids and on KD 5.3 Calculate surface area and volume cubes, beams, prisms and pyramids

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh ransum yang mengandung mikropartikel tepung cangkang telur dengan penambahan probiotik Lactobacillus sp. terhadap kecernaan  serat kasar dan energi metabolis pada ayam broiler. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada Desember 2017 sampai Januari 2018. Materi yang digunakan adalah 160 ekor DOC (Day Old Chick) broiler strain MB 202 New Lohman. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 5 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. T0: Ransum PK 21%, T1: Ransum PK 18%, T2: Ransum mikropartikel tepung cangkang telur PK 18%, T3: Ransum PK 18% + Lactobacillus sp.1,2 ml dan T4: Ransum mikropartikel tepung cangkang telur PK 18% + Lactobacillus sp.1,2 ml. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian mikropartikel tepung cangkang telur pada ransum PK 18 % dengan penambahan Lactobacillus sp. 1,2 ml berbeda nyata atau signifikan pada taraf 5% (P<0,05) terhadap kecernaan serat kasar dan energi metabolis pada ayam broiler. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah pemberian mikropartikel tepung cangkang telur pada ransum PK 18 % dengan penambahan Lactobacillus sp. 1,2 ml mampu meningkatkan kecernaan serat kasar dan energi metabolis .Kata kunci:  Lactobacillus sp., mikropartikel, tepung cangkang telur, kecernaan serat kasar, energi metaboli

    Karakteristik Cabai Merah Yang Dipengaruhi Cahaya Matahari

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh cahaya matahari terhadap pertumbuhan cabai merah apabila diperlakukan di tempat terang (cahaya matahari) dan gelap (tanpa sinar matahari). Penelitian ini adalah penelitian experiment. Subjek penelitian yaitu cabai merah. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan pengamatan langsung setiap pertumbuhan cabai merah di tempat terang dan tempat gelap. Pengamatan dilakukan setiap 3 hari sekali dengan perlakuan yang sama, akan tetapi yang membedakan tempat terang (cahaya matahari) dan gelap (tanpa cahaya matahari). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tanaman cabai merah akan tumbuh dengan baik dengan perlakuan cahaya matahari. Sedangkan cabai merah yang tanpa cahaya matahari tumbuh lebih cepat akan tetapi cepat mati, seperti pada pengamatan ke-8. Hal ini dikarenakan pada tumbuhan terjadi fotosintesis yang dapat membantu dalam petumbuhan dan perkembangan tumbuhan. Maka dari itu, terjadinya fotosintesis pada tumbuhan sangat dipengaruhi oleh cahaya matahari untuk proses pertumbuhan makhluk hidup seperti cabai

    Harnessing Wicked Problems in Multi-stakeholder Partnerships

    Despite the burgeoning literature on the governance and impact of cross-sector partnerships in the past two decades, the debate on how and when these collaborative arrangements address globally relevant problems and contribute to systemic change remains open. Building upon the notion of wicked problems and the literature on governing such wicked problems, this paper defines harnessing problems in multi-stakeholder partnerships (MSPs) as the approach of taking into account the nature of the problem and of organizing governance processes accordingly. The paper develops an innovative analytical framework that conceptualizes MSPs in terms of three governance processes (deliberation, decision-making and enforce-ment) harnessing three key dimensions of wicked problems (knowledge uncertainty, value conflict and dynamic complexity). The Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil provides an illustrative case study on how this analytical framework describes and explains organizational change in partnerships from a problem-based perspective. The framework can be used to better understand and predict the complex relationships between MSP governance processes, systemic change and societal problems, but also as a guiding tool in (re-)organizing governance processes to continuously re-assess the problems over time and address them accordingly

    Implications of Shrimp Crackers Empowerment Industry on Community Welfare

    The aim of development is to realize an Indonesian society that is peaceful, just, democratic, competitive, advanced and prosperous in the Unitary Republic of Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the government runs the shrimp cracker industry empowerment program, the area of the marketing of shrimp cracker industry products, and the impact of the shrimp cracker industry on the welfare of the industrial owner. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that is descriptive-inductive approach by providing a systematic, factual and accurate description in the presentation of reports, based on the results of research conducted. Based on the results of research and data management, it can be concluded that community empowerment carried out by DISKOPERINDAG has not been maximized. There is no capital assistance or means of production from the government so that it becomes a major problem for the community to start a business. In the implementation of empowerment also occurs obstacles from the community itself such as the mindset of people who have not developed due to low education. The area of marketing of production is limited because there is no business from the owner of the industry itself. The existence of shrimp cracker industry has a positive impact on society by increasing the community's economy. The community can meet personal and family needs from the results of this shrimp cracker industry. From this it can be said that people's welfare has increased after the shrimp cracker industry

    Growth Performance of Giant Gourami (Osphronemus Gouramy) Fed with Combination of Fish Meal and Azolla Flour (Azolla Microphylla

    Giant gourami has a high economic value, but slow growth. To overcome this problem, it is necessary to improve the quality of feed and the cultivation system. Feed used in this experiment was formulated feed with different ratio of combination of fish meal and azolla fermented flour. The cultivation system used in this study was a recirculation system. This study aimed to determine the effect of different ratio of matterials combination in feed on the growth performance of gouramy. This study used an experimental method with the completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 3 replicate. The treatments were the ratio of combination between fish meal and azolla fermented flour, viz: A (100:0%), B (75:25%), C (50:50%), D (25:75%) and E (0:100%). The body size of fish ranged of 7 – 9 cm with an average weight of 8.8 g ind.-1. The results showed that the provision of artificial feed with different combinations gave a significant effect (P&lt;0.05) on growth performance of gourami. The best results were obtained in treatment B with the value of specific growth rate of 0.52±0.01, absolute body weight of 2.06±0.05, feed consumption rate of 93.63±0.43, protein efficiency ratio of 6.39±0.16 and the feed convertion ratio was 1.00±0.25. The best protein retention was achieved in treatment B with the value 13%
