V prvej ÄŤasti mojej práce som preštudoval materiály o komunikaÄŤnej sieti AS-Interface. Následne som navrhol prepojenie medzi ASI ÄŤipmi a mikroprocesorom riadiaceho ovládacie panely výťahu. Navrhol som obojstrannĂ© dosky plošnĂ˝ch spojov pouĹľitĂm návrhovĂ©ho programu Eagle layout editor 4.12r2. Po vyrobenĂ dosiek som ich osadil elektronickĂ˝mi súčiastkami a vymyslel programovĂ© vybavenie mikroprocesorov pre ovládanie ovládacĂch panelov výťahu. Tieto ovládacie panely a programy sĂş koneÄŤnĂ˝m vĂ˝sledkom mojej bakalárskej práce.In the first part of my thesis, I was studying materials about AS-Interface network. Then I designed connections between ASI chips and microcontroller that controls the elevator’s control panels. After that I designed all that on double layer board using Eagle layout editor 4.12r2. After that I completed the boards with all electronics circuits and electric components. Then I had to program microcontrollers and microchips for use. These control panels and programs are my final products of this project.

Monitoring drought responses of barley genotypes with semi-robotic phenotyping platform and association analysis between recorded traits and allelic variants of some stress genes
Genetic improvement of complex traits such as drought adaptation can be advanced by the combination of genomic and phenomic approaches. Semi-robotic phenotyping platform was used for computer-controlled watering, digital and thermal imaging of barley plants grown in greenhouse. The tested barley variants showed 0–76% reduction in green pixel-based shoot surface area in soil with 20% water content, compared to well-watered plants grown in soil with 60% water content. The barley HvA1 gene encoding the group 3 LEA (Late Embryogenesis Abundant) protein exhibited four (A–D) haplotypes as identified by the EcoTILLING and subsequent DNA sequencing. The green pixel mean value of genotypes with haplotype D was higher than the mean value of the remaining haplotypes, indicating a pivotal role of haplotype D in optimizing the green biomass production under drought condition. In water limitation, the canopy temperature of a highly sensitive genotype was 18.0°C, as opposed to 16.9°C of leaves from a tolerant genotype as measured by thermal imaging. Drought-induced changes in leaf temperature showed moderate correlation with the water use efficiency (r2 = 0.431). The haplotype/trait association analysis based on the t-test has revealed a positive effect of a haplotype B (SNPs:GCCCCTGC) in a gene encoding the barley fungal pathogen induced mRNA for pathogen-related protein (HvPPRPX), on harvest index, thousand grain weight, water use efficiency and grain yield. The presented pilot study established a basic methodology for the integrated use of phenotyping and haplotyping data in characterization of genotype-dependent drought responses in barley
A 20. század falusi Ă©pĂtĂ©szetĂ©nek, lakáskultĂşrájának Ă©s Ă©letmĂłdjának változásai = The changes in 20th century rural architecture, interior furnishings and way of life
A program alapvetĹ‘ cĂ©lja, hogy a SzabadtĂ©ri NĂ©prajzi MĂşzeum 20. századi Ă©pĂĽletegyĂĽttesĂ©nek lĂ©trehozásához megfelelĹ‘ mennyisĂ©gű, helyszĂni kutatásokon alapulĂł adat álljon rendelkezĂ©sre, sikerrel járt. Az Ăşjabb adatfelvĂ©telek, gyűjtĂ©sek nemcsak a mai mĂşzeumban Ĺ‘rzött anyag kiegĂ©szĂtĂ©sĂ©t szolgálták, hanem hozzásegĂtettek a jelenkori nĂ©pi Ă©pĂtĂ©szeti Ă©s Ă©letmĂłdbeli változások megfelelĹ‘ mĂ©lysĂ©gű felmĂ©rĂ©sĂ©hez is, hozzájárultak a modernizáciĂł elĹ‘rehaladásának dokumentálásához, s lehetĹ‘sĂ©get teremtenek hagyományos formák továbbĂ©lĂ©si törvĂ©nyszerűsĂ©geinek megĂ©rtĂ©sĂ©hez. A projekt lehetĹ‘vĂ© tette, hogy a nĂ©prajz szakos hallgatĂłk, Ă©s a PhD kĂ©pzĂ©s rĂ©sztvevĹ‘i az eddigieknĂ©l jĂłval nagyobb idĹ‘tartamban, változatosabb tematikával Ă©s hatĂ©konyabban vehessenek rĂ©szt terepmunkában, ezen alapulĂł nĂ©prajzi kutatásokban. A kutatás eredmĂ©nyei, több száz gyűjtĂ©si nap interjĂşi , az Ă©pĂĽletfelmĂ©rĂ©sek, Ă©s a fotĂłdokumentáciĂł a mĂşzeum adattárában kerĂĽlt elhelyezĂ©sre. A legfontosabb eredmĂ©nyek a "VidĂ©ki Ă©letmĂłdváltozások a 20. században" cĂmű tanulmánygyűjtemĂ©nyben jenetek meg. | The main purpose of the program - to have sufficient data to the establishment of buildings from the 20th century in the Hungarian Open Air Museum on the basis of local researches has been successful. The new research and the additional collection of information and objects serve not only the completion of the material, preserved in the museum but help in surveying the changes taking place in present-day architecture and way of life, contribute to the documentation of the development of modernisation and make it possible to understand the laws of survival concerning traditional forms. In an international setting the novelty of our research program is provided by the fact that it does not want to represent one example, but in the form of a building complex it tries to display the most important and emblematic buildings of an age and the interiors, ways of life, connected to these edifices in a "regional unit". Students from the different universities participated directly in the research work. The project made it possible for them to take part in the fieldworks, in the etnographical researches for longer time, in more varied topics and much more sufficiently. The results of the researches, the interviews of more hundred collection days, building surveys, photo documentations have been placed (preserved) in the Archives of our museum. The most important results have been published in our conference-book of "The rural lifestyle in the 20th century
Kései szárazságtűrésben szerepet játszó génjelöltek asszociációs vizsgálata árpában EcoTILLING módszerrel = Association testing of barley candidate genes for terminal drought tolerance using EcoTILLING technology
CĂ©lunk a szárazságtűrĂ©sben szerepet játszĂł kandidátus gĂ©nek genetikai variabilitásának feltárása volt, melyhez az EcoTILLING mĂłdszert alkalmaztuk. Vizsgálatainkhoz a világ számos pontjárĂłl gyűjtött 96 genotĂpust tartalmazĂł, szárazságtűrĂ©s szempontjábĂłl variábilis árpa kollekciĂłt állĂtottunk össze. A szárazságtolerancia mĂ©rtĂ©kĂ©nek komplex stressz diagnosztikai rendszerben törtĂ©nĹ‘ tesztelĂ©sĂ©hez összeállĂtottunk egy 25 genotĂpust tartalmazĂł árpa törzskollekciĂłt. A genotĂpusok szárazság toleranciájának szintjĂ©t szántĂłföldi körĂĽlmĂ©nyek között is meghatároztuk. A gyökĂ©rnövekedĂ©si paramĂ©terek nyomonkövetĂ©sĂ©re kidolgoztunk egy kĂsĂ©rleti rendszert. Az osztĂłdásban lĂ©vĹ‘ sejtek arányát 5-etinil-2-deoxiuridin (EdU)-re alapozott fluoreszcens mikroszkĂłpiával határoztuk meg. Egy ellenállĂł Ă©s egy Ă©rzĂ©keny genotĂpus esetĂ©ben a gĂ©nexpressziĂłs mintázatokat is összehasonlĂtjuk a gyökĂ©rspecifikus Ă©s a sejtciklusban szereplĹ‘ gĂ©nek vizsgálata Ăştján. | We aim for exploring genetic variability of drought tolerance related candidate genes we have applied a high throughput and relatively inexpensive method namely EcoTILLING as a polymorphism discovery tool. We have established a set of 96 barley genotypes, which contains drought tolerant and sensitive genotypes collected worldwide. By using this method approximately 1.5 million basepairs in barley a total number of 94 verified unique haplotypes were identified in 18 amplicons designed for 9 genes. Overall, 185 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) and 46 insertions/deletions (INDELs) were detected. Based on overlapping haplotype sequences, of four candidate genes informative poly-morphisms were converted into genetic markers allowing the detection of the potential functional haplotypes. To test drought tolerance and agronomic parameters we have used a complex stress diagnostic system for characterization a subcollection of 25 barley genotypes. The drought tolerance of these genotypes was also tested under field conditions. The two test system provided overlapping ranks of genotypes in drought response. We have developed an experimental system for the detection of changes of root growth parameters of barley seedlings under water deficit. The frequency of S-phase cells was detected by 5-ethynil-2-deoxiuridine (EdU) based fluorescent microscopy. By studies on tolerant and sensitive genotypes we compare gene expression profiles for root specific and cell cycle genes
Effects of Physiotherapy Interventions on the Function of the Locomotor System in Elder Age: View of Theory and Practice
The aim of this chapter is to give an overview about the aging processes in the neural and muscuo-skeletal system at cellular and tissue level to highlight the demand for physiotherapy interventions. Searching the relevant literature published in the last decade, it was found that the loss of muscle mass (myofiber atrophy and decrease in the number of myofibers) is associated with decreased regeneration capacity of the skeletal muscle, deterioration of the neural control and bone remodeling as well as the impaired microcirculation leading to insufficient adaptation to the physical exercises. In the management of the aging-related deterioration of the skeletal muscle (sarcopenia), the first tool is the resistance training that improves the muscle mass and power as well as the functional outcomes regarding the mobility and physical performance. The endurance (aerobic) training improves the cardiovascular and respiratory status providing better blood supply to the skeletal muscle and exerts some effects directly to the skeletal muscle and bone (increases the mitochondrial functions, improves the bone remodeling). The combination of aerobic and resistance training seems to be more effective against the sarcopenia and osteopenia. The balance training gives additional benefits, so (together with increased muscle power and performance) improves the quality of life
