    La managérialité des femmes

    This article tries to etablish how « woman manageriality » emerges between social role construction and professional identity self-construction. An empirical approach is chosen to build new hypothesis to understand the process. 10 French women managers living in Paris are interviewed. Research aims to identify out singularity in woman management career development. Stories are divided into in 3 sequences. The first one deals with initial education and training, the second one described the taking in charge of the first team, and the third one shows the cycle of experiential and emotional learning. All three sequences explain how a woman emerge as a manager. In male-oriented organization, the analysis shows that women need to help themselves to achieve their goals of becoming manager. The issue propose to explore how horizontal feed-backs can play a role in reflexivity. In consequences it seams useful to explore how woman autodidactic sociability facilitates woman manageriability.Cette contribution vise à repérer comment la managérialité des femmes s'établit en France entre fabrication d'un rÎle social et auto-fabrication d'une identité professionnelle. A partir de récits de vie, les trajectoires et apprentissages expérientiels de 10 femmes de grandes entreprises de la région parisienne qui deviennent manageuses sont analysés. L'attention est portée sur les apprentissages informels et les formes d'autoformation émaillant les parcours. Dans une perspective éducative, il s'agit de comprendre les récits biographiques dans leurs singularités et de questionner l'accÚs managérial fait aux femmes. Les récits mettent l'accent sur 3 grands épisodes : l'éducation et la formation initiale, la prise de poste et la formation continue, enfin la maturation des apprentissages expérientiels. Ils révÚlent l'intrication de processus tels que la constitution d'un statut, la fabrication socio-anthropologique, la prise en main d'une équipe, les moments clés, les rites de passage, la construction des valeurs managériales, l'évolution d'un cycle d'altérité. Le rapport au savoir joue un rÎle essentiel dans l'émergence d'une manageuse, en particulier dans sa dimension réflexive. La conclusion pose l'hypothÚse que les feed-backs horizontaux pourraient jouer un rÎle important dans cette réflexivité. En conséquence il serait intéressant d'étudier les moyens de faciliter les sociabilités autodidactiques pour favoriser une managérialité des femmes

    Extended Czjzek model applied to NMR parameter distributions in sodium metaphosphate glass

    The Extended Czjzek Model (ECM) is applied to the distribution of NMR parameters of a simple glass model (sodium metaphosphate, NaPO3\mathrm{NaPO_3}) obtained by Molecular Dynamics (MD) simulations. Accurate NMR tensors, Electric Field Gradient (EFG) and Chemical Shift Anisotropy (CSA), are calculated from Density Functional Theory (DFT) within the well-established PAW/GIPAW framework. Theoretical results are compared to experimental high-resolution solid-state NMR data and are used to validate the considered structural model. The distributions of the calculated coupling constant CQ∝∣Vzz∣C_Q\propto |V_{zz}| and of the asymmetry parameter ηQ\eta_Q that characterize the quadrupolar interaction are discussed in terms of structural considerations with the help of a simple point charge model. Finally, the ECM analysis is shown to be relevant for studying the distribution of CSA tensor parameters and gives new insight into the structural characterization of disordered systems by solid-state NMR.Comment: 17 pages, 12 figures to be published in J.
