The Analysis of Pension Insurance in the Czech Republic

Import 11/07/2012Cílem diplomové práce je popsat penzijní připojištění jako finanční produkt, dále na základě vybraných kritérií stanovit penzijní fond, který v současné době dosahuje na trhu nejlepších výsledků a rozebrat připravovanou právní úpravu, která začne platit od příštího roku a s tím spojené změny pro účastníky. Práce se skládá ze tří kapitol, první kapitola je z velké části teoretická, nejprve je rozebráno celkové pojetí důchodového systému a až poté je rozebrána právní úprava penzijního připojištění, velká část je věnována penzijním fondům, které jsou jako jediné oprávněny poskytovat penzijní připojištění v ČR. V další části je analyzováno penzijní připojištění dle různých kritérií, jak z pohledu účastníků, tak z pohledu penzijních fondů, na základě stanovených kritérií je stanoven penzijní fond, který dosahuje na trhu nejlepších výsledků. Rovněž bylo provedeno zhodnocení penzijního připojištění jako celku a částečně je nastíněna plánovaná změna, která bude účinná od 1. 1. 2013.The aim of this thesis is to describe the pension insurance as a financial product based on selected criteria to establish a pension fund, which currently achieves the best results in the market. Analyze the upcoming legislation that will apply from next year and related changes for the participants. This thesis consists of three chapters, the first chapter is mostly theoretical, first is analyzed overall concept of the pension system and then be analyzed pension insurance legislation, a large part is devoted to pension funds, which are the only ones authorized to provide a pension insurance in the Czech Republic. In another part of is analyzed pension insurance based on various criteria, from the perspective of participants and from the perspective pension funds, based on the results is selected pension fund, which achieves the best results in the market.. Import 29/09/2010Cílem bakalářské práce bylo teoreticky popsat společnost s ručením omezeným, v praktické části se podrobně zaměřit na nejvyšší orgán společnosti, valnou hromadu, a zde uvést aktuální případy z praxe. V první kapitole jsou rozebrána teoretická východiska s. r. o., její základní rysy a celý průběh fungování společnosti, od jejího vzniku až po výmaz z obchodního rejstříku. V následující kapitole jsou popsány jednotlivé orgány, především jednatelé a dozorčí rada. A v poslední kapitole jsem se zaměřila na valnou hromadu, její teoretické náležitosti a také praktické příklady z judikatury Nejvyššího soudu.The aim was to describe theoretically limited liability company, in the practical part of a detailed focus on the highest authority of the general meeting and give actual examples from practice. The first chapter analyzes the theoretical Ltd, its fundamental features and functioning of the entire course, from its inception until after the striking off the companies register. The next chapter describes the various organs, particularly the managers and the supervisory board. Potential influence of prenatal 2.45 GHz radiofrequency electromagnetic field exposure on Wistar albino rat testis

An ever-increasing use of wireless devices over the last decades has forced scientists to clarify their impact on living systems. Since prenatal development is highly sensitive to numerous noxious agents, including radiation, we focused on the assessment of potential adverse effects of microwave radiation (MR) on testicular development. Pregnant Wistar albino rats (3 months old, weighing 282±8 g) were exposed to pulsed MR at a frequency of 2.45 GHz, mean power density of 2.8 mW/cm2, and a specific absorption rate of 1.82 W/kg for 2 hours/day throughout pregnancy. Male offspring were no longer exposed to MR following birth. Samples of biological material were collected after reaching adulthood (75 days). In utero MR exposure caused degenerative changes in the testicular parenchyma of adult rats. The shape of the seminiferous tubules was irregular, germ cells were degenerated and often desquamated. The diameters of the seminiferous tubules and the height of the germinal epithelium were significantly decreased (both at **p<0.01), while the interstitial space was significantly increased (**p<0.01) when compared to the controls. In the group of rats prenatally exposed to MR, the somatic and germ cells were rich in vacuoles and their organelles were often altered. Necrotizing cells were more frequent and empty spaces between Sertoli cells and germ cells were observed. The Leydig cells contained more lipid droplets. An increased Fluoro Jade - C and superoxide dismutase 2 positivity was detected in the rats exposed to MR. Our results confirmed adverse effects of MR on testicular development
