    Decentralization of public power in Ukraine taking into account the experience of EU states

    The purpose of the academic paper is to highlight the key aspects of decentralization in EU countries and the potential of their consideration in the conditions of reforming state governance in Ukraine. The research methodology is based on statistical and regression analysis of EU states according to fiscal, administrative and political decentralization indicators. Average annual GDP growth rates of EU countries and Decentralization Index components contained in the database of the European Committee of the Regions (2023) were used for the regression assessment. The results demonstrate several differences between EU countries in terms of fiscal, administrative, political decentralization and economic growth rates for 2017-2021. Based on the analysis of decentralization in certain sectors of the economy of the most developed countries in Europe, differences in distributing powers between public authorities at the central, regional and local levels have been revealed, depending on the basic ability to manage social-economic development. The practical value of the scientific work lies in developing recommendations on decentralization for Ukraine, taking into account the experience of EU states

    Trends in the development of management and business technology in the formation of the modern Ukrainian economy

    The relevance of the research lies in the fact that the formation of an industrial type of society, which is taking place at the current stage, involves a complex of changes in management and the emergence of new tools in the field of economic activity. The purpose of the research is the study of global and domestic directions of further development and analysis of the current state of directions in the outlined area. By the stated goal, the study's task is to systematize Ukraine's challenges and opportunities, which arise as a result of such changes, for representatives of the business community in the managerial aspect. General scientific and special methods of cognition were used to achieve the set goals and tasks of the research. The result of the research substantiation the proposition that the best results from the modernization of management activity can be traced in the production segment. At the current stage, the Ukrainian economy and representatives of the business community will be forced to radically revise their business processes due to changes in the conditions of the internal and external environment, for example, using a special reengineering technique. The introduction of innovations into the usual functionality of the company is connected with the development of market relations, the growth of competition, and open opportunities created based on the rapid improvement of computing machines and devices, as well as information and communication technologies. The conclusion of the study was the substantiation of the position that the decision-making on the reorganization of the management process taking into account the possibilities of digitalization should be made taking into account possible risks for personnel and the current situation on the market, the state of the management system and short-term and long-term development priorities of the enterprise, institution, organization

The leading role in the development of the digital economy and e-commerce belongs to the EU countries that use e-commerce to achieve the goals of sustainable development. The main target of e-commerce companies is to ensure the flexibility and adaptability of the e-commerce development management system. Purpose: to research of the state and prospects of e-commerce development in the EU countries, as well as the content and components of e-commerce development process management. Methods: systematization, generalization, comparative analysis, correlation analysis to build a correlation matrix. Results. The state of e-commerce in the EU countries is studied (according to the following indicators: the share of e-commerce in the total retail sales of individual EU countries, the share of the population shopping online, turnover from e-commerce in small businesses in the EU, etc.). A correlation analysis of the main indicators used to assess the market of electronic trade in the EU, the results of which proved that there is a direct relationship between the dynamics of these indicators and the dynamics of operating profits of enterprises in the EU
