RESEARCH ON CONFIRMATION AND MEASUREMENT OF CORPORATE ENVIRONMENTAL COSTS-BASED ON GREEN ECONOMY
Green economy can effectively solve the issue of environmental damage happened during economic development. Meanwhile, many countries have taken the development of green economy as an economic development mode, in which the protection of ecological and environmental, and the development of economic and social could be simultaneously realized. Since the deteriorating environmental situation has seriously affected the healthy development of human society, the environmental cost management should be incorporated into the enterprise cost management research as soon as possible. This paper mainly studies the theory of natural resources and environmental system in the enterprise cost management theory, discusses the enterprise environmental cost management, confirmation and measurement under low carbon economy, provides new ideas for improving the enterprise environmental cost theory and realizing the sustainable development of economy.Green economy can effectively solve the issue of environmental damage happened during economic development. THE IMPACT OF DUBAI'S WORLD GREEN ECONOMY SUMMIT ON CHINA'S NEW THINKING OF GREEN ECONOMY
As the global epidemic continues to have an impact on the world economy and public health, the issue of climate change is still the core threat facing the world. The "2020 Global Risk Report" issued by the World Economic Forum (WEF) pointed out that the five major risks facing the world in the next 10 years are all related to the environment. A study on this pointed out: If governments adopt greener economic recovery plans, the world can reduce the temperature rise by 0.3Ā°C by the middle of this century. In other words, accelerating green economic growth after the epidemic and promoting green transformation in all aspects have become the top issues facing countries. Some of the economic recovery plans proposed by Western Europe, South Korea, Canada and other countries may have a positive effect on the environment. Economic stimulus plans such as China, the United States, Australia, Italy, and Japan will invest most of the funds in non-green areas. Among them, the US economic stimulus plan may the negative environmental impact is the greatest. The Dubai's World Green Economy Summit held this year undoubtedly produced a revolutionary change in thinking for the largest developing country like China. As the global epidemic continues to have an impact on the world economy and public health, the issue of climate change is still the core threat facing the world. RESEARCH ON COST MANAGEMENT BASED ON THE CONCEPT OF ECOLOGICAL ECONOMY
The model of cost management needs to adapt to specific economic environments in order to promote economic development. Under the background of currently advocating the development of ecological economy, it is necessary to explore the new mode of ecological economy cost management to achieve the vision that economic development and environmental protection could be homogeneously balanced. This paper uses the basic principle of economics to analyze the evolution trend of cost management, summarizes the relevant references, and finally proposes the problems that still need to be solved in the general trend of ecological economy. The model of cost management needs to adapt to specific economic environments in order to promote economic development. Total flavones of Desmodium styracifolium antagonize calcium oxalate monohydrate-triggered IL-2RĪ² expression in renal epithelial cells
Purpose: To explore the effect of total flavone of Desmodium styracifolium (TFDS) on calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM)-triggered IL-2RĪ² expression in human kidney proximal tubular epithelial cells.
Methods: Human kidney proximal tubular epithelial cell line HK-2 was treated with COM, TFDS or both. The expression of IL-2RĪ² was evaluated by quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) or flow cytometry. The responsiveness of HK-2 cells to IL-2 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), qPCR and western blot. The signaling mechanism underlying the effect of TFDS was studied using western blot and qPCR. The clinical relevance of IL-2RĪ² to renal inflammation was investigated by re-analyzing a Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) dataset.
Results: Total flavones of Desmodium styracifolium (TFDS) antagonize COM-triggered IL-2RĪ² expression in HK-2 cells, thus reducing the responsiveness of HK-2 cells to IL-2 stimulation. Mechanistically, TFDS dampens IL-2RĪ² expression by preventing the activation of STAT3. The level of IL-2RĪ² is positively correlated with the inflammatory status of the kidney.
Conclusions: The total flavones of Desmodium styracifolium (TFDS) prevent the upregulation of IL2RĪ² in renal epithelial cells upon COM stimulation in a STAT3-dependent manner
What Makes Good Open-Vocabulary Detector: A Disassembling Perspective
Open-vocabulary detection (OVD) is a new object detection paradigm, aiming to
localize and recognize unseen objects defined by an unbounded vocabulary. This
is challenging since traditional detectors can only learn from pre-defined
categories and thus fail to detect and localize objects out of pre-defined
vocabulary. To handle the challenge, OVD leverages pre-trained cross-modal VLM,
such as CLIP, ALIGN, etc. Previous works mainly focus on the open vocabulary
classification part, with less attention on the localization part. We argue
that for a good OVD detector, both classification and localization should be
parallelly studied for the novel object categories. We show in this work that
improving localization as well as cross-modal classification complement each
other, and compose a good OVD detector jointly. We analyze three families of
OVD methods with different design emphases. We first propose a vanilla
method,i.e., cropping a bounding box obtained by a localizer and resizing it
into the CLIP. We next introduce another approach, which combines a standard
two-stage object detector with CLIP. A two-stage object detector includes a
visual backbone, a region proposal network (RPN), and a region of interest
(RoI) head. We decouple RPN and ROI head (DRR) and use RoIAlign to extract
meaningful features. In this case, it avoids resizing objects. To further
accelerate the training time and reduce the model parameters, we couple RPN and
ROI head (CRR) as the third approach. We conduct extensive experiments on these
three types of approaches in different settings. On the OVD-COCO benchmark, DRR
obtains the best performance and achieves 35.8 Novel AP, an absolute 2.8
gain over the previous state-of-the-art (SOTA). For OVD-LVIS, DRR surpasses the
previous SOTA by 1.9 AP in rare categories. We also provide an object
detection dataset called PID and provide a baseline on PID
Changes of adrenocorticotropic hormone rhythm and cortisol circadian rhythm in patients with depression complicated with anxiety and their effects on the psychological state of patients
Objective: This work was to explore the rhythm of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) and cortisol in patients with depression and anxiety and their effects on mental state. In this work, with depression complicated with anxiety patients as the A-MDD group (n = 21), and depression without anxiety symptoms as the NA-MDD group (n = 21). Firstly, data features were extracted according to the electroencephalo-graph (EEG) data of different patients, and a DR model was constructed for diagnosis. The Hamilton Depression Scale 24 (HAMD-24) was employed to evaluate the severity, and the ACTH and cortisol levels were detected and compared for patients in the A-MDD group and NA-MDD group. In addition, the psychological status of the patients was assessed using the Toronto Alexithymia Scale (TAS). As a result, the AI-based DR model showed a high recognition accuracy for depression. The HAMD-24 score in the A-MDD group (31.81 Ā± 5.39 points) was statistically higher than the score in the NA-MDD group (25.25 Ā± 5.02 points) (P < 0.05). No visible difference was found in ACTH levels of patients in different groups (P > 0.05). The incidence of cortisol rhythm disorder (CRD) in the A-MDD group was much higher (P < 0.05). The differences in TAS scores between the two groups were significantly statistically significant (P < 0.01). In conclusion, the AI-based DR Model achieves a more accurate identification of depression; depression with or without anxiety has different effects on the mental state of patients. CRD may be one of the biological markers of depression combined with anxiety
