    Scheduling algorithms for automatic control systems for technological processes

    Wide use of automatic process control systems and the usage of high-performance systems containing a number of computers (processors) give opportunities for creation of high-quality and fast production that increases competitiveness of an enterprise. Exact and fast calculations, control computation, and processing of the big data arrays - all of this requires the high level of productivity and, at the same time, minimum time of data handling and result receiving. In order to reach the best time, it is necessary not only to use computing resources optimally, but also to design and develop the software so that time gain will be maximal. For this purpose task (jobs or operations), scheduling techniques for the multi-machine/multiprocessor systems are applied. Some of basic task scheduling methods for the multi-machine process control systems are considered in this paper, their advantages and disadvantages come to light, and also some usage considerations, in case of the software for automatic process control systems developing, are made

    Проблема поиска образа в строке является классической задачей обработки данных. Несмо- тря на ряд существующих алгоритмов решения задачи, работа в этом направлении продол- жается. Предложенный алгоритм развивает теоретические основы задачи поиска образа в строке, комбинируя алгоритмы двух разных классов с прямым и обратным проходом образа, а именно алгоритмы Кнута-Морриса-Пратта и Боуера-Мура. В статье приведен анализ ра- боты предложенного комбинированного алгоритма и сравнение результатов его работы с базовыми алгоритмами, подтверждающее эффективность комбинированного алгоритма по- иска образа в строкеThe string search problem is a classical problem of data processing. Despite a number of existing algorithms for solving this problem, the work in this direction continues. The algorithm proposed in the article develops the theoretical basis of the string search problem by combining the algorithms of two different classes, i.e. forward and backward string searching algorithms, namely, Knuth- Morris-Pratt algorithm and Bower-Moore algorithm. The paper provides the analysis of the proposed combined algorithm and comparison of its results with the basic algorithms, confirming the efficacy of the combined string search algorith

    The scheme of combined application of optimization and simulation models for formation of an optimum structure of an automated control system of space systems

    With the development of automated control systems of space systems, there are new classes of spacecraft that requires improvement of their structure and expand their functions. When designing the automated control system of space systems occurs various tasks such as: determining location of elements and subsystems in the space, hardware selection, the distribution of the set of functions performed by the system units, all of this under certain conditions on the quality of control and connectivity of components. The problem of synthesis of structure of automated control system of space systems formalized using discrete variables at various levels of system detalization. A sequence of tasks and stages of the formation of automated control system of space systems structure is developed. The authors have developed and proposed a scheme of the combined implementation of optimization and simulation models to ensure rational distribution of functions between the automated control system complex and the rest of the system units. The proposed approach allows to make reasonable hardware selection, taking into account the different requirements for the operation of automated control systems of space systems
