In the title compound, C31H34N2O7, the fused tetrahydrofuran and six-membered rings each display an envelope conformation. The dihedral angles between the benzene ring of the benzo[d][1,3]dioxole and the other two benzene rings are 89.68 (3) and 63.38 (2)°. In the crystal, weak intermolecular C—H⋯O hydrogen bonds link the molecules

In the title coordination polymer, [Ag(C14H8NO2)]n, the AgI cation is coordinated by two O atoms and one N atom from two symmetry-related acridine-9-carboxylate ligands in a distorted trigonal-planar geometry. The metal atoms are connected by the ligands to form chains running parallel to the b axis. π–π stacking interactions [centroid-to-centroid distances 3.757 (2)–3.820 (2) Å] and weak Ag⋯O interactions further link the chains to form a layer network parallel to the ab plane. The AgI cation is disordered over two positions, with refined site-occupancy factors of 0.73 (3):0.27 (3)

EMIFF: Enhanced Multi-scale Image Feature Fusion for Vehicle-Infrastructure Cooperative 3D Object Detection

In autonomous driving, cooperative perception makes use of multi-view cameras from both vehicles and infrastructure, providing a global vantage point with rich semantic context of road conditions beyond a single vehicle viewpoint. Currently, two major challenges persist in vehicle-infrastructure cooperative 3D (VIC3D) object detection: 1)1) inherent pose errors when fusing multi-view images, caused by time asynchrony across cameras; 2)2) information loss in transmission process resulted from limited communication bandwidth. To address these issues, we propose a novel camera-based 3D detection framework for VIC3D task, Enhanced Multi-scale Image Feature Fusion (EMIFF). To fully exploit holistic perspectives from both vehicles and infrastructure, we propose Multi-scale Cross Attention (MCA) and Camera-aware Channel Masking (CCM) modules to enhance infrastructure and vehicle features at scale, spatial, and channel levels to correct the pose error introduced by camera asynchrony. We also introduce a Feature Compression (FC) module with channel and spatial compression blocks for transmission efficiency. Experiments show that EMIFF achieves SOTA on DAIR-V2X-C datasets, significantly outperforming previous early-fusion and late-fusion methods with comparable transmission costs.Comment: 7 pages, 8 figures. M3S: a comprehensive model selection for multi-modal single-cell RNA sequencing data

Background Various statistical models have been developed to model the single cell RNA-seq expression profiles, capture its multimodality, and conduct differential gene expression test. However, for expression data generated by different experimental design and platforms, there is currently lack of capability to determine the most proper statistical model. Results We developed an R package, namely Multi-Modal Model Selection (M3S), for gene-wise selection of the most proper multi-modality statistical model and downstream analysis, useful in a single-cell or large scale bulk tissue transcriptomic data. M3S is featured with (1) gene-wise selection of the most parsimonious model among 11 most commonly utilized ones, that can best fit the expression distribution of the gene, (2) parameter estimation of a selected model, and (3) differential gene expression test based on the selected model. Conclusion A comprehensive evaluation suggested that M3S can accurately capture the multimodality on simulated and real single cell data. An open source package and is available through GitHub at https://github.com/zy26/M3S

SIAD: Self-supervised Image Anomaly Detection System

Recent trends in AIGC effectively boosted the application of visual inspection. However, most of the available systems work in a human-in-the-loop manner and can not provide long-term support to the online application. To make a step forward, this paper outlines an automatic annotation system called SsaA, working in a self-supervised learning manner, for continuously making the online visual inspection in the manufacturing automation scenarios. Benefit from the self-supervised learning, SsaA is effective to establish a visual inspection application for the whole life-cycle of manufacturing. In the early stage, with only the anomaly-free data, the unsupervised algorithms are adopted to process the pretext task and generate coarse labels for the following data. Then supervised algorithms are trained for the downstream task. With user-friendly web-based interfaces, SsaA is very convenient to integrate and deploy both of the unsupervised and supervised algorithms. So far, the SsaA system has been adopted for some real-life industrial applications.Comment: 4 pages, 3 figures, ICCV 2023 Demo Trac

Screening of sensitive in vivo characteristics for early keratoconus diagnosis: a multicenter study

    Get PDF
Purpose: To analyze and compare sensitive in vivo characteristics for screening early keratoconus. Methods: This multicenter, case-control study included 712 eyes, after matching for age and biomechanically corrected intraocular pressure, from three clinics in different cities. The keratoconus (n = 288), early keratoconus (n = 91), and normal cornea (n = 333) groups included eyes diagnosed with bilateral keratoconus, fellow eyes with relatively normal topography with unilateral keratoconus, and normal eyes before refractive surgery, respectively. After adjusting for central corneal thickness, differences in vivo characteristics were analyzed among the three groups. The in vivo characteristics were measured by Pentacam and Corvis ST. Fifty-four indices were evaluated to screen for a sensitive index for the detection of early keratoconus. Results: Significant differences were observed in 26 of the 36 corneal biomechanical indeces between the early keratoconus and normal corneas. The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of tomographic and biomechanical index, Belin/Ambrósio deviation, and Da in differentiating keratoconus from normal cornea was 1.000. Among the top five indeces of the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve for detecting early keratoconus, the corneal biomechanical-related index accounted for 80% (4/5), including A1 dArc length, highest concavity radius, A2 time, and tomographic and biomechanical index, of which the area under the receiver operating characteristic curve of A1 dArc length was 0.901.Conclusion: A1 dArc length and several corneal biomechanical indices are highly sensitive for the detection of early keratoconus, even in the absence of topographic abnormalities. Ophthalmologists should focus on the clinical application of corneal biomechanics and combine corneal tomography for the timely and accurate detection of early keratoconus

Simultaneous quantification of 6,7-di-hydroxyligustilide and gastrodin in rat plasma by LC-MS: application to pharmacokinetic study of tianshu capsule

    Get PDF
A LC-MS method was developed and validated for simultaneous determination of 6, 7-di-hydroxyligustilide and gastrodin in rat plasma, and which was subsequently applied in the pharmacokinetic analysis of an administration of a Chinese herbal extract containing Chuanxiong Rhizoma and Gastrodia Elata Rhizome, i.e. TianShu capsule against migraine. The analytes were separated on a Kromasil C18 column with a gradient elution program and detected without interference in the selected ion monitoring mode with positive electrospray ionization. The linear range was 0.010-10.0 μg/mL for 6,7-di-hydroxyligustilide and 0.025-25.0 μg/mL for gastrodin with the limit of quantitation of 0.01 and 0.025 μg/mL, respectively. The intra-day and inter-day precisions for the entire validation were less than14.7 % of RSD. The pharmacokinetic parameters indicated that 6, 7-di-hydroxyligustilide and gastrodin are absorbed rapidly and reached a maximum concentration within one hour, which was consistent with the clinical requirements for the rapid relieving the symptoms of migraine.Colegio de Farmacéuticos de la Provincia de Buenos Aire
