Understanding the fundamental connection between electronic correlation and decoherence
We introduce a theory that exposes the fundamental and previously overlooked
connection between the correlation among electrons and the degree of quantum
coherence of electronic states in matter. For arbitrary states, the effects
only decouple when the electronic dynamics induced by the nuclear bath is
pure-dephasing in nature such that , where is the
electronic Hamiltonian and is the electron-nuclear coupling. We
quantitatively illustrate this connection via exact simulations of a
Hubbard-Holstein molecule using the Hierarchical Equations of Motion that show
that increasing the degree of electronic interactions can enhance or suppress
the rate of electronic coherence loss
Difference of Oxide Hetero-Structure Junctions with Semiconductor Electronic Devices
Charge carrier injection performed in Pr0.7Ca0.3MnO3 (PCMO) hetero-structure
junctions exhibits stable without electric fields and dramatic changes in both
resistances and interface barriers, which are entirely different from behaviors
of semiconductor devices. Disappearance and reversion of interface barriers
suggest that the adjustable resistance switching of such hetero-structure oxide
devices should associate with motion of charge carriers across interfaces. The
results suggested that injected carriers should be still staying in devices and
resulted in changes in properties, which guided to a carrier self-trapping and
releasing picture in strongly correlated electronic framework. Observations in
PCMO and oxygen deficient CeO2 devices show that oxides as functional materials
could be used in microelectronics with some novel properties, in which
interface is very important.Comment: 8 pages, 4 figure
The Innovation and Martingale Pricing of Mortgage Insurance Under O-U Process
Give an innovative design for housing mortgage insurance in the basis of the guarantee insurance, then obtain the pricing formula of the mortgage insurance by using the method of martingale pricing, when the unpaid part is a constant and the real estate price is driven by the process of O-U index
Identification and survey of pre-mRNA splicing-related proteins in 10 plant species
A total of 3545 splicing-related proteins in 10 plant species are identified by the sequence comparison and Markov Clustering method (OrthoMCL), including 412 proteins of Arabidopsis thaliana (At), 579 proteins of Glycine max (Gm), 248 proteins of Lotus japonicus (Lj), 296 proteins of Medicago truncatula (Mt), 316 proteins of Rice Oryza sativa (Os), 330 proteins of Physcomitrella patens (Pp), 430 proteins of Populus trichocarpa (Pt), 307 proteins of Sorghum bicolour (Sb), 270 proteins of Vitis vinifera (Vv), and 365 proteins of Zea mays (Zm). Classification and detailed information on common intron positions, gene duplications, gene structures, domain structures, and chromosome locations are accessible on the Splicing-Related Genes Database (SRGD) web site
Ground-state Competition of Two-Component Bosons in Optical Lattice near a Feshbach Resonance
We investigate the ground state properties of an equal mixture of two species
of bosons in its Mott-insulator phase at a filling factor two per site. We
identify one type of spin triplet-singlet transition through the competition of
ground state. When the on-site interaction is weak () the two particles
prefer to stay in the lowest band and with weak tunnelling between neighboring
sites the system is mapped into an effective spin-1 ferromagnetic exchange
Hamiltonian. When the interaction is tuned by a Feshbach resonance to be large
enough (), higher band will be populated. Due to the orbital coupling
term in the Hamiltonian, the two atoms in different orbits on a site
would form an on-site singlet. For a non-SU(2)-symmetric model, easy-axis or
easy-plane ferromagnetic spin exchange models may be realized corresponding to
phase separation or counter-flow superfluidity, respectively.Comment: Final version in PR
Analysis on Influencing Factors on the Fluctuation of Commercial Housing Prices Based on ECM Model: Taking Changsha as an Example
Based on the data from Changsha real estate market, this study builds a long-term equilibrium model and a short-term error correction model on the fluctuation of Changsha commercial housing prices. It shows that, GDP, urbanization rate, per capita saving and completed area of housing are the main factors on the fluctuation of Changsha commercial housing prices in the long term, while the influence from the factors of total housing investment, sold area of housing and per capita living area are limited. In short term, the fluctuation of Changsha housing prices has no ability of self-revising, and a real estate bubble is building in the whole market
Analyzing Interpersonal Metafunction through Personal Pronouns in Song Ci Jiang Cheng Zi. Ji Meng
Interpersonal metafunction has been studied in the four translated versions of Song Ci Jiang Cheng Zi. Ji Meng through contrastive analysis with the focus on personal pronouns. It aims to find out that the use of different personal pronouns connotes different interpersonal meaning and test the feasibility and applicability of Systemic Functional Grammar to discourse analysis. It also helps people who love Song Ci better appreciate this Ci-poem from a different angle

Key words: Mortgage; Insurance; Insurance actuary pricin
An Analysis of the Development of China's Commercial Banks under the Structural Reform of the Supply Side
In recent years, with the acceleration of interest rate marketization in China, commercial banks are increasingly facing the business environment of increasing interest rate fluctuations, intensified competition among industries, and slowing down the growth of profitability. At the same time, in the past few years, the hidden credit risks behind the large-scale credit investment and high profits are gradually exposed, and the non-performing loan rate is rising. With the increasingly obvious drawbacks of demand-side management, supply-side reform emerges as the times require. Advocating innovation, adapting to consumption upgrading and guiding the optimization of export structure are its obvious advantages. As one of the main economic bodies, commercial banks should also clearly judge the current historical stage of their own. With the end of extensive economic growth, the expansion of commercial banks has ended, and a new historical turning point has arrived. The implementation of the structural reform on the supply side has put forward more explicit and specific requirements for the financial innovation of commercial banks. In this reform, commercial banks need to gradually establish a set of mechanisms, products and risk prevention system adapted to the new normal situation, and be able to flexibly use the relevant results to prevent and defuse the production capacity. This paper tries to analyze the opportunities and missions faced by commercial banks under the background of structural reform on the supply side, optimize the traditional development structure, sort out a new development framework, and give corresponding policy recommendations. We believe that commercial banks should take the initiative to support the supply-side reform while welcoming new opportunities for development. They should vigorously promote the growth of entrepreneurship finance, accelerate the development of Internet finance, dig deep into changes in customer demand, actively develop green finance, and optimize and adjust the credit structure of banks
