The Study of Influence Factor for Female Entrepreneurship
With economic development, female entrepreneurship has increased and turned into a hot research issue in the field of management. The innate advantages and priorities empowered women with potential to be outstanding entrepreneurs; however, women still have some weaknesses. The present research investigated some female entrepreneurs and adopted Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the factors that influence the success of female entrepreneurs. The results according to data analysis will provide along with some suggestions to female entrepreneurs that attempts to help their success.

The NLO QCD Corrections to Meson Production in Decays
The decay width of to meson is evaluated at the next-to-leading
order(NLO) accuracy in strong interaction. Numerical calculation shows that the
NLO correction to this process is remarkable. The quantum
chromodynamics(QCD)renormalization scale dependence of the results is obviously
depressed, and hence the uncertainties lying in the leading order calculation
are reduced.Comment: 14 pages, 7 figures; references added; expressions and typos ammende
Crystal orientation and thickness dependence of superconductivity on tetragonal FeSe1-x thin films
Superconductivity was recently found in the simple tetragonal FeSe structure.
Recent studies suggest that FeSe is unconventional, with the symmetry of the
superconducting pairing state still under debate. To tackle these problems,
clean single crystals and thin films are required. Here we report the
fabrication of superconducting beta-phase FeSe1-x thin films on different
substrates using a pulsed laser deposition (PLD) technique. Quite
interestingly, the crystal orientation, and thus, superconductivity in these
thin films is sensitive to the growth temperature. At 320C, films grow
preferably along c-axis, but the onset of superconductivity depends on film
thickness. At 500C, films grow along (101), with little thickness dependence.
These results suggest that the low temperature structural deformation
previously found is crucial to the superconductivity of this material
Estimating Form Factors of and their Applications to Semi-leptonic and Non-leptonic Decays
and weak transition
form factors are estimated for the whole physical region with a method based on
an instantaneous approximated Mandelstam formulation of transition matrix
elements and the instantaneous Bethe-Salpeter equation. We apply the estimated
form factors to branching ratios, CP asymmetries and polarization fractions of
non-leptonic decays within the factorization approximation. And we study the
non-factorizable effects and annihilation contributions with the perturbative
QCD approach. The branching ratios of semi-leptonic decays are also evaluated. We show that the calculated
decay rates agree well with the available experimental data. The longitudinal
polarization fraction of decays are when
denotes a light meson, and are when denotes a
() meson.Comment: Final version published in J Phys. G 39 (2012) 045002 (Title also

Product and rate determinations with chemically activated nucleotides in the presence of various prebiotic materials, including other mono- and polynucleotides
We are investigating the reactions of ImpN's in the presence of a number of prebiotically plausible materials, such as metal ions, phosphate, amines and other nucleotides and hope to learn more about the stability/reactivity of ImpN's in a prebiotic aqueous environment. We find that, in the presence of phosphate, ImpN's form substantial amounts of diphosphate nucleotides. These diphosphate nucleotides are not very good substrates for template directed reactions, but are chemically activated and are known to revert to the phosphoimidazolides in the presence of imidazole under solid state conditions. With respect to our studies of the oligomerization reaction, the determination of the dimerization rate constant of a specific ImpN (guanosine 5'-phospho 2 methylimidazolide) both in the absence and the presence of the template leads to the conclusion that at 37 C the dimerization is not template directed, although the subsequent polymerization steps are. In other words, this specific polynucleotide synthesizing system favors the elongation of oligonucleotides as compared with the formation of dimers and trimers. This favoring of the synthesis of long as opposed to short oligonucleotides may be regarded as a rudimentary example of natural selection at the molecular level
