Estimating development effort in free/open source software projects by mining software repositories: A case study of OpenStack

Because of the distributed and collaborative nature of free/open source software (FOSS) projects, the development effort invested in a project is usually unknown, even after the software has been released. However, this information is becoming of major interest, especially-but not only-because of the growth in the number of companies for which FOSS has become relevant for their business strategy. In this paper we present a novel approach to estimate effort by considering data from source code management repositories. We apply our model to the OpenStack project, a FOSS project with more than 1,000 authors, in which several tens of companies cooperate. Based on data from its repositories and together with the input from a survey answered by more than 100 developers, we show that the model offers a simple, but sound way of obtaining software development estimations with bounded margins of error.Gregorio Robles, Carlos Cervig on and Jes us M. Tratamiento a través de Internet y Tratamiento con Realidad Virtual para el Trastorno de Pánico y la Agorafobia: una revisión narrativa

Curs acadèmic: 2016/2017El trastorno de pánico y la agorafobia son dos trastornos que van acompañados y suponen una interferencia en la vida de las personas. Además, en la actualidad, la sanidad española no puede cubrir todos los casos de psicopatología en el país. Una forma de solucionar este problema es el uso de nuevas tecnologías para mejorar la asistencia y la calidad de los tratamientos. El presente estudio es una revisión narrativa del uso de internet y el uso de la realidad virtual en la terapia del trastorno de pánico y la agorafobia. En la revisión narrativa se han incluido sólo estudios RCT o revisiones sistemáticas para poder extraer conclusiones fiables. Tras analizar 22 artículos sobre el uso de internet, se puede concluir que la terapia a través de internet es igual de eficaz que la terapia cara a cara y podría usarse en un futuro cercano. También se han analizado 8 artículos sobre la realidad virtual y podemos concluir que el uso de la realidad virtual en terapia aún requiere de más estudio pero los primeros resultados son prometedores y han supuesto una mejora en el abandono de la terapia. Aunque aún debemos seguir investigando el uso de nuevas tecnologías, se puede afirmar que apuntan a resultados prometedores que podrían solucionar algunos de los problemas que enfrenta la psicología en la actualidad como es el acceso a la terapia para todo el mundo o el abandono de la terapia de exposición.Panic disorder and agoraphobia are two disorders that are accompanied and suppose an interference in the life of the people. In addition, at present, the Spanish health system can not cover all cases of psychopathology in the country. One way to solve this problem is to use new technologies to improve care and quality of treatments. The present study is a narrative review of the use of the internet and the use of virtual reality in the therapy of panic disorder and agoraphobia. In the narrative review, only RCT studies or systematic reviews have been included in order to establish reliable conclusions. After analyzing 22 articles on internet use, it can be concluded that internet therapy is just as effective as face-to-face therapy and could be used in the near future. After analyzing 8 articles on virtual reality, we can conclude that the use of virtual reality in therapy still requires more study but the first results are promising and have meant an improvement in the abandonment of therapy. Although psychologists must continue to investigate the use of new technologies, it can be said that they point to promising results that could solve some of the problems facing psychology today such as access to therapy for everyone or abandonment of Exposure therapy

El proceso de señorialización de la tierra de Cuenca conllevó un uso económico más diversificado de la misma y provocó constantes disputas jurisdiccionales con el territorio de la ciudad. Las aldeas señoriales, de términos reducidos, irrumpían en la Sierra, territorio montañoso dependiente de Cuenca. La política regia trató de equilibrar la presión concejil y señorial sobre los asuntos agrarios y ganaderos, mediante la redacción de ordenanzas específicas y el envío de corregidores y jueces de términos para aclarar la atribución de lindes y derechos de explotación de las tierras.The extension of lordships in the land around Cuenca entailed its more economically diversified use and provoked continual jurisdictional disputes with the city’s territory. The main objective of this paper is the analysis of the grammatical doctrine of the verb and the invariable parts of the speech contained in the Dictamen de la Comisión de Gramática (1861), project of reform precedent to the edition of 1870 of the GRAE with the aim of determining the possible influences received and its consequences in that edition of the GRAE. Therefore, we have examined in detail not only the text corresponding to that report, developed for the internal use of the different members of the Corporation but also all the editions of the Gramática and the Minutes and unpublished Grammar Documents which are kept up in the Archives of the RAE where is possible to find very important data to ascertain its evolution in that specific context of grammatical tradition
