O PDF do módulo contém, na primeira unidade uma introdução ao tema e a seguir os aspectos múltiplos dos usos de drogas psicoativas na história das sociedades e a história das drogas no Brasil, chegando ao início do proibicionismo, mostrando o vício e a compulsividade com mal-estar na civilização contemporânea, fornecendo, também, leituras complementares sobre esses assuntos. Na segunda unidade, traz a representação social do uso de substâncias pesicoativas, do usuário dessas substâncias e do cuidado a esse usuário, as atuais diretrizes, os novos paradigmas e propostas no âmbito da saúde pública com vistas a modificar os parâmetros de atenção ao problema. Procura demonstrar a importância da delação para diminuir o crime organizado. Analisa o fato na prática processual e criminal. Observa abordagens controversas entre as leis na prática da delação e aponta algumas soluções para as divergências. Explica o perdão judicial e a redução de pena nesses casos

Sobre leis, Narciso e seus clamores

Duas leituras sobre a lei e narcisismo, realizadas em contextos articulados academicamente distintos, geram uma discussão em torno do sofrimento psíquico e sua relação com o sujeito, a sociedade e a cultura. Na primeira parte do trabalho, questões do cotidiano do sujeito no social são levantadas a partir duma discussão antropológica e psicanalítica. Na segunda parte é levada a cabo uma discussão sobre a realidade narcísica que é tratada por discursos advindos de vários campos do conhecimento. O desenvolvimento do texto fomenta a polêmica sobre o lugar do sujeito, do inconsciente, e de uma cultura narcisista, guardando cada autor a elaboração própria e leituras atravessadas, concluindo com hipóteses, elaborações teóricas e dados de pesquisas com adolescentes em fase avançada de análise. O trabalho aporta contribuições importantes, sobretudo em função dos estudos da dessubjetivação e da violência, e lança uma reflexão sobre a reivindicação dirigida à psicanálise hoje.In this article it is proceeded two lectures about law and narcissism from distinct theoretical points of view. It generates a query concerning psyche suffering and its relationship with subject, society and culture. In the first part it is discussed questions about the social subject in everyday life from an anthropological and psychoanalytical perspective. In the second part a discussion about narcissist reality is developed from varieties fields of knowledge; it generates polemics concerning unconscious subject’s place in society with a narcissist culture; then on it is studied each author and hypotheses in relationship with data provided by a research with adolescents. This work carries out two studies about desubjectivationand violence in Brazilian society. It replies constant questions addressed to Psychoanalysis concerning Violence and De-Subjectivation

Study of Galileo’s Plane Using Educational Robotics

In this work is presented a discussion about the Galileo’s inclined plane showing aspects from its evolution and scientific development together with a didactical proposal to teaching move concepts from learning sciences. After an introduction of physicalmathematics concepts, it is showing the construction of an experimental aparatus with Mindstorms NXT LEGO© pieces and light sensors to measure time steps in mechanical experiments. The experiment consists of measuring the time of rolling a ball along a plane with different degrees of inclination. The getting and analysis of space and time data allow an assessment of the movement. The experimental setup allows a direct comparison between Newtonian mechanics considering the existence of a pure rolling (without sliding) showing the friction force as a precursor of the rotation of the sphere with the equation of uniform motion (without bearing). The comparison suggests that there is no pure rolling. Taking into account the easy handling of the equipment involved and the method used, it is believed that he can help spread the use of technology in teaching Physics

A época moderna viveu um acirramento dos controles sobre a vida cotidiana. Em Portugal, o moralismo contra-reformista caracterizou-se pelas prédicas de castidade em contraste com diversas formas de revalorização do corpo que tinham sido conhecidas no período renascentista. Os argumentos médicos passaram a ocupar um papel privilegiado na definição das normas regulamentadoras da sexualidade. O pecado foi medicalizado, a paixão condenada como doença e a luxúria tornou-se a fonte primordial de todos os males. O amor e o erotismo foram o principal alvo do moralismo moderno, no qual a Igreja e a medicina se fundiram numa empreitada conjunta de controle social.During the Modern Age, there was a greater control on daily life. In Portugal, counter-reformist moralism was characterized by chastidy preachments in contrast to the several ways of appreciation of the body which had been known since the Renaissance. Medical arguments played an important role in definig sexuality standards. Sins were related to medicine, passion equated to disease and luxury became the prime source of all evils. Love and erotism were the main target of modern moralism in which the church and medicine merged in a common quest for social control

Enablers of Electronic Judicial Process in Brazil

The deployment of e-Justice reforms aiming for more efficient and effective justice administration faces great barriers, even though considerable resources have been invested worldwide. This paper describes the factors that have enabled the Electronic Judicial Process deployment in Brazil. Currently, in the country, 98.9% of all judicial proceedings are held electronically. We focus on enablers of normative, technical, political, organisational, institutional, and related governance aspects.
