Evaluasi Kinerja Sistem Informasi Manajemen Farmasi Di RS Roemani Muhammadiyah Dengan Metode Hot Fit Model
Evaluasi kinerja Sistem Informasi Manajemen Farmasi (SIMF) di RS Roemani harus dilakukan karena kebijakan pengoperasian sistem farmasi belum sepenuhnya dilaksanakan, manajer keuangan masih sulit untuk memprediksi pengeluaran biaya untuk pembelian stok obat, informasi jumlah obat yang terekap pada sistem informasi farmasi tidak sama dengan jumlah obat yang ada di gudang, dan kualitas petugas farmasi juga masih rendah. Model analisis HOT- Fit menempatkan komponen penting dalam sistem informasi yakni manusia (Human), organisasi (Organization), dan teknologi (Technology). Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah mengetahui kinerja sistem informasi farmasi di RS Roemani Muhammadiyah ditinjau dari persepsi pengguna dengan menggunakan indikator HOT Fit Model. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua petugas yang terlibat dalam SIM farmasi berjumlah 40 orang. Instrumen penelitian dalam bentuk kuesioner, lembar observasi dan pedoman wawancara. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis statistik diskriptif yang dilanjutkan dengan pengkatagorian baik (e”maen/median) dan kurang baik (<mean/median) dengan menggunakan normalitas data. Dari hasil observasi yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini, diperoleh prosentase dari total skor jawaban responden pada masing-masing aspek, pada kinerja SIM farmasi dikatagorikan baik (75%). Kinerja SIM farmasi dikatagorikan kurang baik (55%) dari aspek human, kurang baik (57,5%) dari aspek organization dan baik (55%) dari aspek technology. Penelitian ini menghasilkan simpulan Kinerja SIM farmasi dikatagorikan baik karena sudah dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dari aspek ketepatan waktu penerimaan informasi dan kelengkapan informasinya, dan dari aspek kualitas informasi bisa dikatakan bahwa sistem informasi farmasi sudah memenuhi kriteria kelengkapan dan relevansinya tetapi belum dapat memenuhi keakuratan informasinya seperti halnya pada data jumlah obat yang terekap pada sistem belum sama seperti data jumlah obat yang ada di gudang. Dari aspek kecepatan waktu penyediaan informasinya belum terpenuhi karena pada saat dilihat pada sistem data yang ada tidak akurat dan harus menunggu akhir bulan setelah penyamaan data obat dengan perhitungan manual baru dapat dilihat data obat yang akurat. Kinerja SIM farmasi itu dikatagorikan baik hanya dari aspek technology sedangkan dari aspek human dan organization dikatagorikan kurang baik seperti halnya belum adanya program pelatihan tentang sistem informasi pada petugas farmasi, tidak adanya SPO pada petugas farmasi dan petugas SIM yang menyebabkan keterlambatan pembetulan jika terjadi masalah pada sistem, tidak adanya masterplan sistem informasi farmasi dan tidak adanya supervisi pada bagian farmasi oleh kepala farmasi. Dari hal tersebutlah yang menyebabkan belum terpenuhinya kebutuhan keakuratan dan kecepatan penyediaan informasi. Saran yang diajukan adalah untuk menguji rekomendasi (SPO petugas farmasi, SPO petugas SIM, jadwal kegiatan pelatihan, dan masterplan SI farmasi) yang diberikan untuk melihat efek penggunaan SIM farmasi yang lebih baik dan supervisi oleh kepala farmasi secara berkala untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap petugas farmasi berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan SPOnya.Performance evaluation of Pharmacy Management Information System (PMIS) at Roemani Hospital was done because a policy of pharmacy system operation had not been fully implemented, a finance manager was difficult to predict expenditures to buy stock of medicines, information about amount of medicine on the pharmacy information system was different from amount of medicine which was available in repository, and quality of pharmacist was still low. Analysis model of HOT - Fit put important components on information system namely Human, Organization, and Technology. This research aimed to find out about performance of pharmacy information system at Muhammadiyah Roemani Hospital viewed from users' perceptions using indicators of Hot Fit Model. This was descriptive research using quantitative approach. Population was all officers (40 persons) who were involved in PMIS. Research instruments consisted of a questionnaire, an observation sheet, and guidance interview. Furthermore, data were analyzed using descriptive statistics continued by categorizing to be good (e”mean/median) and bad (<mean/median) using data normality. The result of observation revealed that overall; viewed from total score of all aspects, mostly respondents had good performance of PMIS (75%). In addition, viewed from the aspects of human and organization, most of them had bad performances (55%) and (57.5%) respectively. In contrast, viewed from the aspect of technology, most of them had good performance (55%). As a conclusion, the performance of PMIS had been categorized as good. It had fulfilled the aspects of timeliness of receiving information and completion of the information. In addition, the aspects of information quality had fulfilled criteria of completeness and relevance but have not fulfilled accuracy of information. The aspect of technology was categorized as good performance whereas performances of the other aspects, namely human and organization were not good. These factors caused inaccuracy and quickness of providing information. As a suggestion, further pieces of follow- up research need to be conducted to examine recommendation (SOP of a pharmacist, SOP of a MIS officer, a training schedule, and master plan of pharmacy IS) which is provided to identify effects of a PMIS use. In addition, supervision by head of pharmacy needs to be done to monitor performance of pharmacist related to the implementation of SOP
Rancangan Database Manajemen Material pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung (Studi Kasus : Proyek Pembangunan Hotel Ibis Pontianak)
Material merupakan salah satu sumber daya yang terpenting yang nilainya mempunyai persentase cukup besar dari total biaya proyek dalam suatu proyek konstruksi. Penerapan sistem manajemen material yang kurang tepat, dapat berakibat buruk bagi finansial Perusahaan dan kemajuan pelaksanaan proyek seperti material yang akan digunakan tidak tersedia, rusak, berlebihan, dan sulit dicari karena penyimpanan material tidak teratur. Untuk itu, suatu proyek konstruksi perlu dilakukan suatu manajemen dengan merancang sistem pengelolaan material berbasis database. Sehingga, dengan dibangunnya rancangan sistem manajemen material berbasis database dapat memberikan kemudahan memperoleh informasi yang diperlukan dalam pengendalian material. Rancangan ini diawali dengan mengumpulkan data dan informasi yang berhubungan dengan manajemen material dari Perusahaan konstruksi PT. Citra Contractor Hasaja (Persero) pada Proyek Pembangunan Hotel Ibis Pontianak. Metode yang digunakan dalam rancangan ini menggunakan metode terstruktur yaitu dengan menjelaskan tentang DFD, Diagram Konteks, ERD dan Tabel Relasi. Desain rancangan ini berupa rancangan konseptual dan berfokus pada pengadaan, penerimaan, pengeluaran, dan pelaporan material tiap periodenya. Adapun dari hasil penelitian ini didapat bahwa dengan adanya sistem rancangan berbasis database ini dapat memudahkan penyimpanan data dan mempercepat pengolahan pencarian data, sehingga informasi dapat diperoleh dengan mudah dan pelaporan-pelaporan logistik dapat dibuat dengan cepat dan tepat
Utility of Rice Bran Mixed with Fermentation Extract of Vegetable Waste Unconditioned as Probiotics From Vegetable Market
The aimed of the study was to enhance utilization of Lactobacillus Sp. and Saccharomyces sp. as starter for fermentation of waste cabbage and green mustard to enhance the utility of rice bran as an ingredient of poultry feed. The first stage of the study was to characterize the extract of fermented wasted vegetable with difference concentration of glucose and different period of time for incubation. Completely randomized design using 3 x 3 factorial with three replications was used for the first stage of the study. The second stage of the study was to evaluate the effectiveness of the extract of fermented wasted vegetable to improve the quality and utility of rice bran. Completely randomized design with four treatments and 4 replications. The third stage of the study was to obtain the value of nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus retention, as well as metabolic energy of rice bran after fermentation in broiler hatching. The third stage analysis was conducted by t-test analysis. The results of the study showed that the microbial characteristics on the extract of fermented wasted vegetable in two days incubation time and 2% concentration of glucose was able to produce pH of 3.80, log of total lactic acid bacteria 7.38 and types of microbes that grow predominantly were Lactobacillus Sp. and Saccharomyces Sp. The effectiveness of the extract fermented wasted vegetable for the fermentation of rice bran were shown in additional concentration of extract wasted vegetable of 40% with a moisture content of toluene 65.24%, 13.36% ash, 14.93% protein, 7.61% crude fat, 12.39% crude fiber, nitrogen free extract material (NFE) 51.59% and 0.07% biomass. The biological value and the availability of fermented rice bran were higher than unfermented rice bran on the broiler chickens after hatching. The values were justified from nitrogen, calcium and phosphorus retention also metabolic energy. Evaluasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas Guna Mendukung Penerapan Sikda Generik Menggunakan Metode Hot Fit Di Kabupaten Purworejo
Dinas Kesehatan Kabupaten Purworejo telah mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) demi tersedianya informasi yang cepat, tepat dan akurat guna mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan kebijakan pelayanan Puskesmas, namun pada Kenyataannya ada pelaporan yang kosong dan puskesmas yang tidak menggunakan SIMPUS. Untuk standarisasi SIK Kementerian Kesehatan mengeluarkan konsep SIKDA Generik. Untuk itu SIMPUS DKK Purworejo perlu dievaluasi, evaluasi yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model HOT fit. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung. Informan utama dalam penelitian ini adalah Sembilan petugas operator data dan enam informan triangulasi Puskesmas serta lima informan triangulasi Dinas kesehatan. Teknik analisis data dengan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa SIMPUS DKK Purworejo dari sisi aplikasi yang digunakan telah setara dengan SIKDA Generik. SIMPUS telah digunakan secara rutin namun belum didukung dengan adanya prosedur penggunaan dan pelatihan. Personil telah mencukupi dalam jumlah, namun secara operasional perlu dibentuk TIM Pengelola SIK sesuai kompetensi. Belum ada monitoring yang rutin dan terjadwal, dan anggaran yang ada belum dapat mengatasi kebutuhan pemeliharaan perangkat pendukung SIMPUS. Kualitas SIMPUS yang digunakan baik, mudah digunakan dan tersedia menu untuk mengkomunikasikan data. Kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan belum akurat dan tidak lengkap karena tidak memuat data pelayanan di PUSTU dan PKD. Kuallitas layanan lambat berkaitan dengan prosedur pendanaan. SIMPUS DKK Purworejo telah setara dengan SIKDA Generik namun belum dapat dimanfaatkan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Disarankan agar Dinas Kesehatan meningkatkan pelatihan, monitoring, pengadaan perangkat keras dan jaringan, serta bagi Puskesmas diperlukan komitmen untuk menerapkan SIMPUS secara maksimal oleh PUSTU dan PKD. Purworejo District Health Office (DHO) has developed Health Center Management Information System (HCMIS) to provide quick, precise, and accurate information for supporting the process of decision making and the policy of services at Health Center. However, there was still any empty forms and did not use the system. To standardize Health Information System, Ministry of Health has released a concept of Generic SIKDA. Therefore, the system applied by Purworejo DHO needs to be evaluated using the method of HOT fit. This was qualitative research using indepth interview and direct observation. Main informants were nine data operators and informants for triangulation purpose was six persons from health centers and five persons from DHO. Furthermore, data were analyzed using content analysis. The result of this research revealed that the application of HCMIS at Purworejo DHO was equal to Generic SIKDA. The system had been applied routinely but there was no a guidance book and training. Number of human resources was sufficient. However, there needed to make an implementer team of Health Information System in accordance with competency. There was no routine monitoring and current budget was not sufficient to maintain hardware to support the system. Quality of the system used was good, easy to use, and available of menu to communicate data. Unfortunately, quality of resulted information had still been inaccurate and incomplete because it did not cover data of services at Subsidiary Health Centers (SHC) and Village Health Posts (VHP). The lateness of services was related to a funding procedure. HCMIS at Purworejo DHO was equal to Generic SIKDA but it had not been used to make a decision. As a suggestion, DHO needs to conduct training, monitor, and provide hardware and a network. Meanwhile, Health Centers needs to make a commitment for applying the HCMIS maximally by SHC and VHP
Factors Related to the Midwaves' Work Performance on Anemic Pregnant Women Manegement in Singkawang City, Kalimantan Barat
WHO estimates that approximately 40 % of maternal death in developing countries areassociated with anemia in pregnancy. Anemia in pregnancy is often called a "potential danger tomother and child", there for requires serious attention of all relevant parties, especially in healthcare. Detection of cases of anemia in pregnancy has not been conducted in accordance with thestandard management of anemia in pregnancy. There for it is necessary to analyze the factorsthat affect the performance of midwives in the management of anemia in pregnancy inSingkawang. The general objective of the study to determine the factors that affect theperformance of midwives in the management of anemia in pregnancy in Singkawang. Typeanalytic approach Retrospective survey research. The study population is the entire area of thehealth center midwife Singkawang totaling 110 people. The sample as many as 52 people from 5 regions Singkawang Health Center. The independent variables of knowledge, infrastructure,leadership , motivation and communication. The dependent variable performance of midwives inthe management of anemia in pregnancy. Data were collected by interviews using a structuredquestionnaire and observation. Data analyisis using the Spearman rank and logistic regression.The results of the study the majority of midwives aged between 20-35 years (63.5 %), educationDIII/DIV/S1 Midwifery (90.4 %), service life ≥ 10 years (55.8 %). Performance categorizedeither midwives (59.6 %), good knowledge (51.9 %), the complete infrastructure (53.8 %), goodleadership (63.5 %), good motivation (55.8 %), good communication (53.8 %). Allindependentvariables (knowledge, infrastructure, leadership, motivation and communication) has a value ofρ< 0,05, which means there is a connection with the performance of midwives in themanagement of anemia in pregnancy. Results of multivariate analysis , the variables that affectthe performance of midwives in the management of anemia in pregnancy is knowledge (ρ=0.002)and leadership (ρ=0.006)
