    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh keragaman produk, kualitas produk dan harga terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada pada Toko Roti Viva Bakery Total Persada Tangerang. Sampel yang digunakan oleh penulis dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 112 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer. Data primer yang diambil adalah hasil kuesioner. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda diperoleh hasil persamaan Y = 4,950 + 0,156X1 + 0,391X2 + 0,337X3. Hasil penelitian secara parsial variabel keragaman produk didapatkan nilai t hitung < t tabel atau (1,822 < 1,982). Secara parsial variabel kualitas produk didapatkan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (4,873 > 1,982). Secara parsial variabel harga didapatkan nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (4,021 > 1,982). Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan nilai nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (55,379 > 2,689). Hasil angka koefisien korelasi pada kolom R sebesar 0,784, dan angka koefisien determinasi pada kolom R Square sebesar 0,614. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah secara parsial kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen sedangkan keragaman produk tidak. berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Secara simultan keragaman produk, kualitas produk dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen

    This research was conducted to determine the effect of independence on audit qualitywith professional ethics as an intervening variable. Primary data is a questionnaire distributedto 60 respondents, namely auditors who are in four public accounting firms in the Jakarta area.The sample method used in this study is random sampling and analysis is done by descriptiveanalysis and path analysis used to analyze hypotheses, and also correlation coefficients. Theresults in this study indicate that independence, professional ethics and audit quality have beencarried out well. Independence has a significant effect on audit quality, so does professionalethics have a significant effect on audit quality and independence has a significant effect onprofessional ethics. Furthermore, based on the path coefficient it is shown that independencehas a strong relationship with audit quality when professional ethics have a strong relationshipwith audit quality. Independence has a significant influence on audit quality with professionalethics as an intervening variable. This is because the t-value is greater than the t-table value,which is 12.033> 1.671, with a mediation coefficient of 0.300255. It can be concluded thatprofessional ethics as a moderating variable has significantly affected audit quality

    Perkembangan penerapan hukum pidana pada pelaku tindak pidana saat ini berorientasi pada Keadilan Restoratif (Restorative Justice) sebagai solusi dari terjadinya overcapacity Lapas. Kasus pidana yang dapat diterapkan Restorative Justice adalah kasus tertentu yang memenuhi syarat-syarat sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Permasalahan yang timbul dalam perkara kecelakaan lalu-lintas di Indonesia saat ini khususnya di kepolisian adalah ketidakselarasan antara aturan kepolisian dan Undang-Undang No. 22 tahun 2009 tentang Lalu-Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsekuensi yuridis mediasi penal dalam penyelesaian tindak pidana kecelakaan lalu-lintas dan menelaah pertanggungjawaban pidana kecelakaan lalu-lintas yang menyebabkan matinya orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normative, dengan pendekatan perundang-udangan, pendekatan konsep, dan pendekatan perbandingan. Pasal 235 ayat (1) dan (2) Undang-Undang No. 22 tentang Lalu-Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan bahwa kompensasi atau biaya pengobatan/pemakaman tidaklah menggugurkan tuntutan pidana, meski demikian dalam Undang-Undang No. 22 tentang Lalu-Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan masih dimungkinkan pada kecelakaan lalu-lintas yang menyebabkan luka ringan. Berdasarkan teori hukum pidana dan kebijakan hukum pidana dalam rangka pembaharuan dengan menggunakan konsep perbandingan bahwa penerapan mediasi penal sangat membantu dalam menyelesaikan penumpukan perkara di pengadilan dan tercapainya tujuan hukum pidana yang efektif dan efisien dengan mengedepankan kepentingan para pihak yang berperkara.Perkembangan penerapan hukum pidana pada pelaku tindak pidana saat ini berorientasi pada Keadilan Restoratif (Restorative Justice) sebagai solusi dari terjadinya overcapacity Lapas.     Barriers to implementation of a computerized decision support system for depression: an observational report on lessons learned in "real world" clinical settings

    <p>Abstract</p> <p>Background</p> <p>Despite wide promotion, clinical practice guidelines have had limited effect in changing physician behavior. Effective implementation strategies to date have included: multifaceted interventions involving audit and feedback, local consensus processes, marketing; reminder systems, either manual or computerized; and interactive educational meetings. In addition, there is now growing evidence that contextual factors affecting implementation must be addressed such as organizational support (leadership procedures and resources) for the change and strategies to implement and maintain new systems.</p> <p>Methods</p> <p>To examine the feasibility and effectiveness of implementation of a computerized decision support system for depression (CDSS-D) in routine public mental health care in Texas, fifteen study clinicians (thirteen physicians and two advanced nurse practitioners) participated across five sites, accruing over 300 outpatient visits on 168 patients.</p> <p>Results</p> <p>Issues regarding computer literacy and hardware/software requirements were identified as initial barriers. Clinicians also reported concerns about negative impact on workflow and the potential need for duplication during the transition from paper to electronic systems of medical record keeping.</p> <p>Conclusion</p> <p>The following narrative report based on observations obtained during the initial testing and use of a CDSS-D in clinical settings further emphasizes the importance of taking into account organizational factors when planning implementation of evidence-based guidelines or decision support within a system.</p

    This short review outlines the rationale, challenges, and opportunities for intranasal acetylcholinesterases, in particular galantamine. An in vitro screening model facilitated the development of a therapeutically viable formulation. In vivo testing confirmed achievement of therapeutically relevant drug levels that matched or exceeded those for oral dosing, with a dramatic reduction in undesired emetic responses. Intranasal drug delivery is an effective option for the treatment of Alzheimer's disease and other central nervous system disorders

    The Synergy between John Dewey’s Educational Democracy and Levant’s Lebanon Educational Reforms

    This study examines the impact of John Dewey’s democratic educational principles on the reforms of the Lebanese educational system using data collected through semi-structured in-depth interviews, with open-ended questions, as part of case studies designed for this purpose. The participants in this study are all academics, facilitators, intellectuals and scholars of a Lebanese decent (n=30), undertaking full-time and part-time academic posts, involving learning and teaching activities at universities and other higher educational institutions/providers in Lebanon and in the diaspora (United States of America and Australia). As part of the case studies, the individual, personal, and professional teaching and learning journeys of the educators are sketched in details in relation to John Dewey’s four (4) key democratic educational reformative principles. Moreover, the current research study finally concludes by providing a realistic response to the following question that currently lingers in every academic Lebanese mind and on every Lebanese, scholar’s lips, namely, given Lebanon’s current liberal and relatively democratic educational system, are the Lebanese intellectual reformers truly given the opportunity to create a positive and constructive future vision for Lebanon through its educational system. The current chapter further provides a realistic and clear-cut description of the hurdles facing the current Lebanese educational system, including the scholars, intellectuals, and academics, residing in both Lebanon and in the diaspora. The current study further provides an elaboration on how such hurdles to actual and realistic reforms in Lebanon are impacting on the country’s brain drain phenomenon, as witnessed during the unfortunate latest Lebanese crisis (1975-1991), and post-crisis (1992-present) periods, which, in itself, act as a vicious circle, heavily contributing to the continuously deteriorating state of the current public Lebanese educational system
