    Eksplorasi rinci bauksit di bukit 10 Mangkub Kecamatan Toba, Sanggau, Kalimantan Barat merupakan tahap eksplorasi untuk mendeliniasi secara rinci terhadap endapan mineral yang telah diketahui dari pencontohan sumur uji. Sumberdaya mineral yang sudah layak tambang dapat berubah statusnya menjadi cadangan. Dari eksplorasi ini akan didapatkan sumberdaya mineral terukur (measured). Jarak yang digunakan adalah 50 x 50 meter dan 25 x 25 meter. Selain perhitungan sumberdaya terukur (measured), juga dilakukan perhitungan sumberdaya terduga (indicated) dengan luas perhitungan 100 x 100 meter. Perhitungan sumberdaya bauksit menggunakan dua metode berbeda, yaitu metode manual dan metode Surpac. Perhitungan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya sumberdaya bauksit klasifikasi indicated dan measured, serta membandingkan antara perhitungan manual dan dengan menggunakan metode Surpac. Data – data yang digunakan antara lain ketebalan lapisan penutup (overburden), lapisan bijih bauksit, data elevasi topografi, data koordinat X dan Y, data percontoan dan data preparasi. Dari perhitungan didapatkan besarnya sumberdaya bauksit dengan metode manual adalah140.358,42 ton (jarak 100 x 100 meter) 81.156,71 ton (50 x 50 meter) dan 51.163,67 ton (25 x 25 meter). Sedangkan dengan metode surpac didapatkan besar sumberdaya sebagai berikut; 174.276,43 ton (jarak 100 x 100 meter) 77.003,68 ton (50 x 50 meter) dan 43.497,46 ton (25 x 25 meter). Perhitungan dengan metode surpac ternyata menghasilkan perhitungan yang lebih akurat dibanding secara manual. Selain itu dari data analisis kimia dapat disimpulkan bahwa bauksit di bukit 10 merupakan bauksit berjenis Fe tinggi, dengan ciri kandungan Fe lebih besar dari SiO2 dan TiO2 (pengotor bauksit), serta kandungan AL2O3 yang lebih dari 50 %. Menurut PT. Antam, Tbk bauksit jenis ini tergolong dalam kelas A (kualitas baik). Dengan demikian sumberdaya bauksit dapat berubah menjadi cadangan berdasarkan analisis diatas, dimana keyakinangeologi adalah 70%

Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan self efficacy mahasiswa BK Universitas Muhammadiyah Tasikmalaya tinggi. Dengan aspek perilaku mendekat menjauh 3.81, keberhasilan kinerja dalam ranah sasaran 3.81, kegigihan (persistence) dalam menghadapi rintangan atau pengalaman yang tidak diharapkan 3.64

    The purpose of this study was to determine the enthusiasm of students in group guidance in schools to develop the strength of the character of simplicity (temprance) and to find out its implications for guidance and counseling. The researcher observed the character of equality to eight respondents who were given group guidance treatment then gave quantification with the instrument in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire that was calculated cumulatively. To see the difference in the strength of the character of simplicity, researchers compared the strength of character with students from the control class as many as eight people as well. The results showed that there was no difference in the character of simplicity between students in the experimental group and the control group significantly at 0.05. Researchers see fe-nomena This is due to the lack of conducive filling of pre-test instruments and post-tests, besides that research is more effective if one indicator of the strength of the character is simplicity because it is more focused. The research can be further developed with different techniques and qualitative data so that the results are more maximal.     .  This research is motivated by a phenomenon that develops among students related to discipline in the learning process. The results showed that the discipline of learning had an effect both directly and indirectly on the success of the learning process, affecting the improvement of learning achievement, learning outcomes, and motivation to learn so that there was an interest to be developed. Guidance and counseling have an important role both in anticipating and healing for students who have low learning discipline. One way to improve learning discipline is by applying self management training. The general objective of this study was to obtain an empirical picture of the effectiveness of self management training in improving student learning discipline in Class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya in the 2018/2019 Academic Year, totaling 218 students. The study was conducted with a non equivalent control group design research design. The instrument used was a learning discipline questionnaire. The data analysis technique used the t-test formula and the SPSS 16.00 for windows program to measure the two-pair difference test. The results showed that in general the discipline of student learning in Class XI of SMA Negeri 2 Tasikmalaya was in the moderate category.
