Growth of Oil Palm Seedlings (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) with Different Comparison Sludge andEmpty Palm Oil Fruit Bunches (EPOFB) Media in Pre Nursery. Guided by CHAIRANI HANUMand RATNA ROSANTI LAHAY. The objective of this research was to study growth of oil palmseedlings at various growing media comparisons of sludge and EPOEFB in pre nursery. Thisresearch was conducted at Kebun Bangun PTPN III from January-June 2013 using non factorialrandomized block design consisted of 11 types of growing media: top soil, sludge, TKKS andcomposite media 10:80:10, 10:70:20, 10:60:30, 10:50:40, 10:40:50, 10:30:60, 10:20:70, 10:10:80.Parameters observed were shoot and root dry weight. The results showed that each media haddifferent growth characteristics. The growth media was significantly efffect on all parametersexcept plant height. Sludge can be used as a growing media if it is in the form of a mixture. If thesludge is used alone then plant growth restricted. Media composition 10:20:70 gave the best resultsthrough the highest value shoot dry weight

COVID-19 is a serious public health issue in the world. The spread of COVID-19 has gone global. Indonesia is a country with a high rate of infectious cases worldwide. Multidisciplinary science also brings together to fight against COVID-19 in Indonesia. One of the important roles is artificial intelligence (AI). AI was also reported to help a vital role in public health. As a developing country, Indonesia also brings innovative AI approaches to help people with COVID-19, including classification, detection, diagnosis, prediction, telemedicine, and many more. This study elaborates the recent progress on AI application in Indonesia contributing to the fight against COVID-19 which has been reported in scientific papers/reports. Although research in this field is still not so developed, the existing innovations provide a new enthusiasm for public health and the benefits of the latest technology that can support human health, especially in facing a pandemic at Indonesia. It was found that there can be more research by utilizing AI approaches concerning public health and medicine in the future research work particularly in facing a pandemic condition

adolescents has been reported to range between 18–42%, depending on country of origin, thus suggesting an ethnicbased association between obesity and MS. Aim: This study aims to investigate the magnitude of the association between obesity, insulin resistance and components of MS among adolescents in Lebanon. Subjects and methods: The sample included 263 adolescents at 4 th and 5 th Tanner stages of puberty (104 obese; 78 overweight; 81 normal weight). Anthropometric, biochemical and blood pressure measurements were performed. Body fat was assessed using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry. Results: According to International Diabetes Federation criteria, MS was identified in 21.2 % of obese, 3.8 % of overweight and 1.2 % of normal weight subjects. The most common metabolic abnormalities among subjects having MS were elevated waist circumference (96.2%), low HDL (96.2%) and hypertriglyceridemia (73.1%). Insulin resistance was identified in all subjects having MS. Regression analyses showed that percentage body fat, waist circumference and BMI were similar in their ability to predict the MS in this age group. Conclusions: MSwas identified in asubstantial proportion of Lebanese obese adolescents, thus highlighting the importance of early screening for obesity-associated metabolic abnormalities and of developing successful multi-component interventions addressing adolescent obesity

The availability of clean water is a hope for the community to meet the needs of drinking sources and the availability of proper sanitation will prevent various diseases. So the government collaborates with villages in providing Community Based Drinking Water and Sanitation (PAMSIMAS). The PAMSIMAS program aims to increase the number of clean water facilities for communities in areas with low economic income levels. In the PAMSIMAS program in Tigaherang Village, Rajadesa District, Ciamis Regency, socialization steps are needed to the community to provide an understanding of clean water and sanitation, monitoring of clean water use and transparency of the PAMSIMAS program. To support its implementation, a Web-based Information System for Water Supply and Sanitation (PAMSIMAS) application design is proposed. This information system is expected to be able to optimize the performance and service of clean water for the community
