Zur Führungsrolle des Grauen Bundes und der Stadt Ilanz in der frühen Reformbewegung Graubündens
Of the seven crucial reform decrees written between 1523 and 1526 in the three free states of Graubunden, five were issued in Ilanz, and two in Chur. Ilanz, the first and only Romansch speaking city on the Rhine was the center of the Grey League and fostered a close relationship to Zwingli’s Zurich as well as with southern Germany. A school of writing developed in this location, whilst the chancery of the Grey League maintained from here diplomatic correspondences throughout Europe. The scholarly clerics and politicians trained in humanism prepared the official decrees that led to the breakthrough of the Reformation
Der Reformpolitiker Martin Seger (ca. 1470–1532) von Tamins/Maienfeld: Reisläufer, Staatsmann und Publizist im Reformationszeitalter
This article on Martin Seger aims to revive the memory of a personality who played an important role as mercenary leader, politician, poet, and publisher in the Free State of the Three Rhaetic Leagues in the sixteenth century. Born in Tamins of the Grey League, Martin Seger occupied the post of governor of Maienfeld. From here he maintained amicable contact to learned humanists as well as being in contact with the Zurich reformer Huldrych Zwingli. Without attending university, he was highly educated, which enabled him to publish widely on questions of constitutional law as well as on projects concerning social innovations and ecclesiastical reforms
Zur Dynamik der frühen Reformbewegung in Graubünden: Staats-, kirchen- und privatrechtliche Erlasse des Dreibündestaates 1523-1526
The article concerns a series of legal decrees made between 1523 and 1526 by the three free states of Churrätien – today the region of Graubünden. Influenced by the early reform movement these legal decisions affected both church and private law, and vestrymen were instrumental in creating them. At the same time, the representatives also constructed a new Federal Charter to replace the older and less cohesive alliance with a federation. The proclamation of faith from 1526 stands as one of the greatest achievements from this period because it gave each individual the freedom to choose between the Roman and the Reformed faith

Combined point of care nucleic acid and antibody testing for SARS-CoV-2 following emergence of D614G Spike Variant
Rapid COVID-19 diagnosis in hospital is essential, though complicated by 30-50% of nose/throat swabs being negative by SARS-CoV-2 nucleic acid amplification testing (NAAT). Furthermore, the D614G spike mutant now dominates the pandemic and it is unclear how serological tests designed to detect anti-Spike antibodies perform against this variant. We assess the diagnostic accuracy of combined rapid antibody point of care (POC) and nucleic acid assays for suspected COVID-19 disease due to either wild type or the D614G spike mutant SARS-CoV-2. The overall detection rate for COVID-19 is 79.2% (95CI 57.8-92.9%) by rapid NAAT alone. Combined point of care antibody test and rapid NAAT is not impacted by D614G and results in very high sensitivity for COVID-19 diagnosis with very high specificity
