    Analisis Efisiensi Ekonomi Relatif Usahatani Kopi Rakyat Di Lampung

    EnglishOne of the ways to evaluate farm level production process is by conducting farm efficiency analysis. The study is an efficiency analysis on coffee smallholders in Lampung for the 1984/85 season. Two main factors are considered: farm size and geographical location. It was found that there is similarity in the relative efficiency between small scale farms and the larger one, either in terms of economic, price, and technical efficiencies. There is also no significant difference between farms in the lowland and in the upland areas. The evidence is that the upland areas are mostly remote areas, while the lowland farms are more open to their surroundings.IndonesianSalah satu cara untuk menilai keberhasilan proses produksi USAhatani adalah dengan melalui penilaian efisiensi USAhatani. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui perbedaan efisiensi relatif berdasarkan perbedaan luas USAhatani dan perbedaan lokasi geografi terhadap USAhatani kopi rakyat di Lampung pada musim kopi 1984/1985.     Measurement Impact of Core Self-Evaluation on Job Outcomes and The Role of Organizational Socialization

    This paper is the result of research on employee behavior in public organizations. The research intends to measure the extent to which the achievement of outcomes (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job performance) is influenced by core self-evaluation. In this case, the researcher considers the involvement of the organization in conducting organizational socialization as important to encourage the achievement of better outcomes. Therefore, in this study organizational socialization as a moderating variable. The study involved 203 recent Aceh Besar District Government recruits. Primary data was obtained by distributing online questionnaires to respondents via Google forms. Moderation Regression Analysis (MRA) and Multiple Regression (MR) were both subsequently employed in the conducting of this analysis. The results show that the CSE of new entrants has a positive impact on each work outcome. However, while OS supports the relationship, its role is not proven to engender greater job satisfaction

    Objectives: to identify therapeutic effectiveness of Rat Bone Marrow stem cell in PCOS rats model on folliculogenesis, TGF-beta and GDF-9 expression and on estrogen, TNF-a and androgen levels.Material and Methods: this study is a laboratory experimental research with using animal testing. PCOS was induced by the administration of testosterone propionate hormone into 30 mice. The subjects of this study are divided into 2 groups: stem cell group and control group. The mice were injected with testosterone then vaginal swab was performed to determine the mice cycle. After determining mice in anestrous cycle, stem cell was injected. TNF-a was measured with immunohistochemistry and androgen was examined using ELISA. The data was measured by student t-test.Result: The average number of TNF-a expression in control group was lower than stem cell group (5.35 vs 2.34; p= 0.0026). The average androgen level for stem cell group was lower than mean for control group (2.31 vs 0.40; p= 0.0026).Conclusion: In this study of polycystic model mice, stem cell decreased the expression of TNF-a and androgen leve

    Implementation of MEE (Madical, Education, Eco-Tourism): a Strategy for Collaborative Forest Management in Meru Betiri National Park

    Global issues of greenhouse effect include the depletion of the ozone layer and the increases surface temperature. Response to these issues is attempted to empower and enhance the role of community participation in sustainable and equitable forest resource management. Since 1993, Indonesian NGO Konservasi Alam Indonesia Lestari (KAIL) starts empowering the forest buffer community with MEE (Medical, Education, Ecotourism) site model. Purpose of this paper is to describe the model of MEE in empowering forest buffer communities, describe the ecological, economic and social impact of the model, and describe the collaborative forest management. The strategies of community empowerment with MEE in Meru Betiri forest rehabilitation zone improvem the forest ecology. The success of MEE site model reduces negative perceptions on communities that have less conservation awareness. Community-based forest resources management need to integrate ecological and economic value in achieving forest conservation and communitys welfare.     Rectovaginal Fistulae in Post Repair Chronic Perineal Rupture: Fistula Rektovagina pada Pascarepair Ruptur Total Perienum Lama

    Objective: To report and discuss the causes and management of rectovaginal fistula in post repair chronic total perineal rupture.Method: A case report, a 29-year-old female patient who came to Fatmawati General Hospital with complaints of anal incontinence 9 days after repair chronic total perineal rupture. Rectovaginal examination revealed a rectovaginal fistula 2 mm in diameter at 1.5 cm proximal to the hymenal ring.Discussion: Rectovaginal fistula is one of the complications after repair of hronic total perineal rupture which disturbs the quality of life of women. The patient was diagnosed with a rectovaginal fistula in post repair chronic total perineal rupture. Conservative management with wound care and administration of honey to the patient showed improved postoperative outcome.Conclusion: Anatomical identification of the anal sphincter complex, surgical technique and postoperative care are important in preventing complications following repair of chronic total perineal rupture repair.Keywords : obstetrics sphincter anal injury,  postrepair chronic, rectovaginal fistulae .   Abstrak Tujuan : Untuk melaporkan dan mendiskusikan penyebab dan tatalaksana kasus fistula rektovagina pasca repair ruptur perineum total lama.Metode: Sebuah laporan kasus, pasien perempuan 29 tahun yang datang ke RSUP Fatmawati dengan keluhan inkontinensia anal 9 hari pascarepair ruptur perineum total lama. Pemeriksaan rectovaginal menunjukkan fistula rektovagina diameter 2 mm pada 1,5 cm proksimal hymenal ring.Diskusi : Fistula rektovagina merupakan salah satu komplikasi pascarepair ruptur perineum total yang mengganggu kualitas hidup perempuan. Pasien didiagnsos fistula rektovagina pascarepair ruptur perineum total lama. Manajemen konservatif dengan perawatan luka dan pemberian madu pada pasien menunjukkan perbaikan luaran paska operasi.Kesimpulan: Identifikasi anatomis kompleks sfingter ani, teknik operasi dan perawatan pascaoperasi penting dalam mencegah komplikasi pascarepair ruptur perineum total lama.Kata kunci: cedera sfingter ani obstetri, fistula rectovagina, repair ruptur perineum total lam

Target of this research to know the influence of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation make up strength of muscle dorsaflexor of patient stroke. This Research type is single case research by desain is A-B-A. Population in this research is natural patient stroke of weakness muscle of dorsalflexor ankle. Sampel is 4 respondents with the method of sampling intake that is purposive sampling. Technique analyse the data use the descriptive statistic with a purpose obtain the picture clearly about result intervence. Result of research indicate that there are positive influence of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation to improvement of muscle strength of dorsalflexor ankle of patient stroke after given by a therapy by 2 are program that are 2/2 and 2/4 frequency 100 Hz. Giving of TENS program 2/4 in the reality more effective than 2/2 to improvement of muscle strength of dorsalflexor ankle of patient stroke. Conclusion in this research there is positive influence of Neuromuscular Electrical Stimulation to improvement muscle strength of dorsalflexor ankle of patient stroke

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi layanan informasi publik berbasis teknologi informasi pada Kopertis Wilayah VI Jawa Tengah berdasarkan UU 14/2008 tentang Keterbukaan Informasi Publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dengan melakukan kajian dan evaluasi terhadap layanan informasi publik berbasis teknologi informasi pada situs Kopertis Wilayah VI, kemudian memetakan konten informasi pada menu /sub menu berdasarkan Permendiknas No 50 tahun 2011 tentang layanan informasi publik di lingkungan Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dan menentukan konten informasi publik yang sesuai UU No 14/2008. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa dari 58 item informasi publik yang harus disediakan, ternyata hanya terdapat 17 item (29%) sehingga masih terdapat 71% item informasi publik yang belum tersedia, serta sifat situs www.kopertis6.or.id dalam memberikan layanan informasi publik masih sebatas menampilkan, namun belum memberikan layanan yang bersifat interaktif

    Kenaf (Hibiscus cannabinus L.) Benefits in Carbon Dioxide (CO2) SequestrationKenaf is a natural fiber crop that have a lot of diversified products with high economic value and environmental functions. Kenaf contribution to the environment is also known through a high ability to absorb carbon dioxide. Carbon dioxide (CO2) gas is the main anthropogenic contributor to the greenhouse effect. Carbon sequestration by plants became one of the most important steps to greenhouse gases mitigation. The high absorption of carbon dioxide by kenaf affected by the high photosynthetic rate, although kenaf belongs to the group of C3 plants. Kenaf photosynthetic rate supported by high RuBP carboxilase activity, high stomatal conductance, and high plant biomass production. Kenaf photosynthetic rate reaches 3-8 times higher than trees and other C3 plants. Based on biomass produced, kenaf ready for harvest on 4-5 months plant age saved 2,9-12,1 tonnes C/ha or absorb 21-89 tonnes CO2/ha/year depending on the agronomic management and environmental conditions. Nowadays, land area of kenaf in Indonesia is approximately 3000 ha, therefore the absorption of CO2 reaches about 63-267 million tonnes/year. As well as carbon sink in long time, some kenaf diversified products such as car interior and automobile components, sound absorber, and pulp and paper also contribute to reducing CO2 emissions through savings of energy and decreasing deforestation rate and other harmful gas emissions. Development of kenaf plantation is expected to help the Indonesian government in an effort to reducing greenhouse gas emissions as well as providing the raw materials of natural fiber for environmentally friendly industrial raw materials
