    Pendidikan merupakan bagian terpenting dari proses pembangunan nasional, selain itu pendidikan juga merupakan penentu ekonomi dari suatu Negara. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan, Universitas berkewajiban memberikan pendidikan terbaik bagi para mahasiswa yang belajar di universitas tersebut, dan sebaliknya mahasiswa yang memperoleh ilmu di universitas diwajibkan membayar uang SPP/semester. SPP merupakan biaya wajib yang mesti dikeluarkan oleh para mahasiswa. Sikap menunda-nunda pembayaran SPP yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa terhadap pihak universitas yang memberikan pelayanan akademik jelas menghadirkan beberapa kerugian. Fenomena ini memunculkan berbagai permintaan dari pengelola universitas akan pentingnya penanganan ganti rugi dan pengenaan sanksi untuk memberikan efek jera kepada mahasiswa.Permasalahan yang muncul adalah bagaimana operasional dan aplikasi denda pada SPP dan Bagaimana perspektif ekonomi syariah terhadap SPPmahasiswa UNISKA Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari? Tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana operasional dan aplikasi denda SPP dan bagaimana perspektif ekonomi syariah terhadap denda. Setelah meneliti ketentuan operasional dan aplikasi denda dalam SK Badan Pengurus Yayasan Universitas Islam Kalimantan (UNISKA) Muhammad Arsyad Al Banjari No : 87 / KPTS – BPY / IX / 2014 Tentang pembayaran Uang Denda dan dalam perspektif islam bahwa denda karena terlambat bayar SPP tidak termaksud riba namun termaksud Uqubah Maliyah (hukuman finansial) yang dipersilisihkan oleh para ulama, hukuman finansial dibolehkan asalkan proposional

    Menggerakkan sektor ekonomi masyarakat dengan instrument wakaf adalah sangat rasional.Menurut data yang dihimpun Departemen Agama RI, jumlah tanah wakaf di Indonesia mencapai 2.686.536.656, 68 meter persegi (dua milyar enam ratus delapan puluh enam juta lima ratus tiga puluh enam ribu enam ratus lima puluh enam koma enam puluh delapan meter persegi) atau 268.653,67 hektar (dua ratus enam puluh delapan ribu enam ratus lima puluh tiga koma enam tujuh hektar) yang tersebar di 366.595 lokasi di seluruh Indonesia.Dengan lahan seluas itu, tentunya akan sangat konstributif dalam pemberdayaan social ekonomi jika di dapat dikelola dengan manajemen yang tepat dan profesional. Inilah hal yang paling urgen untuk dibenahi dalam pengelolaan wakaf adalah profesionalisme nadzir, karena ia merupakan kunci pengelolaan wakaf agar lebih focus, produktif dan strategic.     The Role of Attitudes toward Local Product in Green Marketing Strategy: Evidence from Muslim Consumers

    The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has increasingly aroused the awareness of companies towards environmental issues. The company began to make changes in energy utility to reduce environmental impacts, including its marketing pattern. In addition, the issue of the government's campaign to love local products has also influenced consumer purchase intention. For this reason, this study aims to examine the impact of green marketing strategy (GMS) variables, which are green advertising and green brand image, and the attitudes toward local products as the moderating role, on Muslim purchase intention. This study used the partial least square–structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) method. The data collected from 89 Muslim consumers in Banjarmasin, Indonesia, were processed using SmartPLS. This study uncovered that both GMS variables significantly affected the consumers’ purchase intention. However, this study also found that the attitude toward local products did not moderate the relationship between the two previous variables on purchase intention, but it significantly affected consumers’ purchase intention directly

    Based on Sofyan's research entitled Development of the Tahfiz Qur'an Movement in the Reformation Era in Indonesia, tahfizh Al-Qur'an learning is growing. It can be seen from the rapid development of Rumah Tahfizh which was triggered by Daarul Qur'an which was initiated by Yusuf Mansur which reached 300 more branches. The concept of Rumah Tahfizh was adopted by Al-Qur'an educational institutions in Indonesia, instead of the Al-Azhar Al-Syarif Qur'an House which was installed in Manarap Village, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan Province. Based on the results of observations, learning at Al-Azhar Al-Syarif Qur'an House is carried out in 3 shifts, namely shift 1, shift 2, and the afternoon shift. Each shift was conducted 3 times in the discussion. Expect students to actively study in 1 week 3 times. The target of students to memorize each visit is 2 lines of the Al-Qur'an Standard Mushaf Madinah. But this target failed to be resolved due to several problems, in the approval of students not entering (permission or illness), strengthening memorization that had been deposited, still the process of developing reading improvements, or new students memorizing composting at the Qur'an House not at home. One of the alternatives to maximize the memorization of the Qur'an is the program held by Tahfidzh Quarantine 1 Day at Al-Azhar Al-Syarif Qur'an House. The purpose of quarantine tahfidzh 1 day is to accelerate memorization, and activities at school after quarantine is muroja'ah, which is repetition of memorization that has been completed by compiling quarantine programs, has improved memorization, learning will be efficient, both for improving memorization and reading

    Abstrak Pop up book merupakan suatu media yang memiliki unsur tiga dimensi. Buku pop-up mempunyai kemampuan untuk memperkuat kesan yang ingin disampaikan dalam suatu materi sehingga membuat materi lebih mudah diingat dan dipelajari. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh MI Tarbiyatul Islamiah, di antaranya 1). Sebagian besar guru berasal dari lulusan yang tidak linear dari segi kualifikasi, 2). masih rendahnya pengetahuan guru terhadap pentingnya media pembelajaran, 3). Masih rendahnya kreatifitas guru dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, melalui pelatihan ini guru diberikan pengetahuan mengenai pentingnya sebuah media pemebelajaran pada saat proses pembelajaran. Selain itu peserta dibekali keterampilan dalam membuat media pembelajaran pop up book, sehingga para peserta pelatihan memiliki peningkatan kemampuan dasar dalam membuat media pembelajaran pop up book sebesar 23,34%. Abstract:  Abstract Pop up book is a media that has three dimensional elements. Pop-up books reinforce the impression that will be conveyed in learning materials so that it makes them easier to remember and learn. Problems experienced by MI Tarbiyatul Islamiah, including 1). Most teachers come from graduates whose field of study is not linear, 2). Lack of teacher awareness of the importance of learning media, 3). Teacher creativity is limited in making learning media. This community service uses the training method. This training provides teachers with knowledge about the importance of learning media during the learning process. In addition, the training drills participants to be skilled in making media for learning pop up books. After having the training, participants acquire basic skills in making learning media pop up books by 23,34%

Bisnis yang baik adalah bisnis yang dapat memegang teguh keadilan dan menguntungkan bagi para pelakunya.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tafsir ekonomi Islam atas konsep adil dalam transaksi bisnis berserta bentuk-bentuk praktik ketidakadilan dalam bisnis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang menyandarkan pada logika dengan menggambarkan data-data yang diperoleh, sehingga memungkinkan memperoleh kedalaman kepada data atau temuan lebih terbuka dan longgar, sifat luwes dan tidak kaku serta menyeluruh (holistik).Tanpa keadilan, maka akan terjadi eksploitasi manusia atas manusia. masing-masing berusaha mendapatkan hasil yang lebih besar daripada usaha yang dikeluarkannya karena kerakusannya.     Problems and Development Strategies of Sharia Pawntown in Indonesia: Analysis of Systematic Literature Review

    The development of sharia pawnshop institutions is like mushrooms in the rainy season, in tune with the development of conventional pawnshops even though the quantity of network offices, customers, turnover and profits is still not large. However, at least the development is worth considering, especially with the existence of management policies in several areas, all of the conventional pawnshop network offices have been converted into Sharia Pegadaian network offices. This research is a systematic literature review study which aims to find out the extent of a thorough study regarding the Problems and Strategies for Development of Islamic Pawnshops in Indonesia by focusing on the preparation of journals, final assignments such as theses, theses, and dissertations. The method used consists of three stages, namely collection, assessment, and presentation. The results of this study indicate that in the last 18 years 55 studies have been written related to sharia pawnshops but related to the study of Problems and Strategies for Development of Sharia Pawnshops in Indonesia after sorting according to the appropriate researcher only 15 studies, both journals and final assignments related to Problems and Strategies Development of Islamic Pawnshops in Indonesia. In terms of theme, the issue related to "Sharia Pawnshop Development Strategy" is the most popular with a total of 7 studies. Then followed by issues related to "Development of Islamic Pawnshops" of 4 related to "Development of Islamic Pawnshops in Indonesia" of 2 units.
