Edge-type connectors evaluated by electrical noise measurement
Electrical noise measurement system measures noise generated by edge-type connectors and circuit cards when they are subjected to sinusoidal vibration. It provides a signal across the contact area and monitors the signal change during vibration. Noise measured can be expressed as a varying change in total contact resistance

Feasibility of fisheries co-management in Africa
The current, highly centralized approach to fisheries management seems to be incapable of coping with escalating resource depletion and environmental degradation. Co-management has been identified as an alternative. This paper compares various approaches to fisheries management and discusses their performance in relation to the nature of the fishery. It is concluded that in African fisheries, stringent institutional arrangements, poor human, technical and financial resources, and a limited time frame often thwart co-management approaches. However, with the right conditions and prerequisites, comanagement can be successful in improving compliance with regulations and maintaining or enhancing the quality of the resource. The paper brings out the issues that require further research

Improving Quality and Efficiency of Postpartum Hospital Patient Education Delivery
The impact of the coronavirus-19 pandemic is forcing hospitals around the world to organize care differently than before. In March of 2020, the target organization’s Birthing Center was faced with the dilemma of closing their discharge classes and move towards individualized teaching while controlling length of stay. The focus of this quality improvement doctoral project was to evaluate the target organization’s patient education delivery and streamline the education to improve bed turnaround time on a postnatal unit. A postpartum education checklist was developed and implemented across the length of stay of mother and baby. In lieu of the many challenges faced in delivery of care during the COVID-19 pandemic, the proposed education checklist improved workflow by reducing length of stay by more than one hour for the low-risk mothers and their newborns. In addition, quality care was demonstrated by improved nursing documentation of patient education in the electronic medical record of charts reviewed.D.N.P
