    Co-occurence of Crenarchaeota, Thermoplasmata and methanogens in anaerobic sludge digesters

    International audience16S rRNA Crenarchaeota and Thermoplasmata sequences retrieved from 22 anaerobic digesters were analysed. 4.8 and 0.53 % of archaeal sequences were simultaneously affiliated to these lineages. A core of 2 operational taxonomic units (OTUs) representing 0.6 to –33.6 % of all archaeal sequences were defined for the Crenarchaeotes and identified to already known but not yet cultivable organisms in almost half of the digesters sampled. For the Thermoplasmata, apparently less abundant with 0.7 to –4.7 % of the archaeal sequences, 3 OTUs were identified. We showed here that Crenarchaeotes coexist with methanogens and are particularly abundant when Arch I lineage (also called WSA2 by Hugenholtz) is dominant in digesters. Moreover, Thermoplasmata were detected when Crenarchaeota were present. Interactions between methanogens, Crenarchaeotea and Thermoplamata were thus discussed

    Sustainability is incessantly posing challenges when it is studied juxtaposition with project management. To ensure sustainability companies undertaking projects ought to set strategic and operational plans that will add to the project sustainability. Research shows that existing project management structures do not effectively consider sustainability issues and therefore need revisions at strategic and operational levels. Similarly, while the theme of project governance is finding traction in the literature, the discussion that connects project governance and sustainability in projects is elusive. This research work is specifically focusing on developing a linkage between project governance and managing sustainability in projects. There is an acute scarcity of literature encircling linkage between project governance and sustainable project management, thus, based on the extensive review of the literature, this study is one of the pioneering studies to highlight the relationship between the themes of project governance and sustainable project management

    Artificial Intelligence Theory in Service Management

    Artificial intelligence (AI) is expected to be more promising in the coming years, with, for example, notable gains in productivity, although there may be a significant impact on job reduction, which may jeopardize labor sustainability. Accordingly, there is a need to better understand this phenomenon and to analyze it in the light of a particular theory. However, there is a scarcity of AI theories in the service management literature. In order to obtain a better understanding of the subject, we have conducted a systematic review of the literature to provide a comprehensive analysis of the theories developed regarding AI in service management. The results have showed a wide range of theories, but not all directly related with AI; the latter are smaller in number making it difficult to draw a clear pattern.
