    Shrinkage of frame polymer concretes in road construction

    It is known that with the same raw material composition, it is possible to obtain different structures of composite materials. So, for example, polymer concretes can be made using traditional technology and the method of phase-by-phase forming. At the same time, frame technology reduces material consumption without loss of strength properties and increases durability. Polymer composite materials of phase-forming by combining properties viscoelastic binder and rigid matrix. It has highly damping performance. The article considers the possibility of using the frame structure polymer composite material in road construction. The composition is also considered, the advantages are determined and a comparison with traditional materials is made. The shrinkage stresses of polymer concrete that occur during the polycondensation reaction of furan resin are quite large and can exceed the permissible ones, which leads to a violation of the monolithic nature of the structure due to the appearance of micro- and macrocracks. In this work, the kinetics of shrinkage within 28 days was studied. The composition of the frame polymer composite material includes the following components: furfural acetone monomer (FAM resin), benzosulfonic acid, granite crushed stone, andesite flour, quartz sand. Theshrinkage of phase-formed polymer concrete was measured on samples hardening under normal temperature-humidity conditions. The generally accepted technique was used, shrinkage deformations were installed along the axis of the sample on two opposite faces with a clock-type indicator with a division price of 0.001 mm. Also in the work is a diagram of the device for determining the deformations of the shrinkage of samples and the results of the study are given. Experimentally established the intensity of shrinkage, which manifests itself in the first three days of curing, in the future its change is insignificant and by the seventh day it fades. According to the test results, it was established that the linear shrinkage of frame polymer concretes is three times less than the shrinkage of polymer concretes with a conventional structure

    About 11 200 e^+e^- -> omega -> pi^+pi^-pi^0 events selected in the center of mass energy range from 760 to 810 MeV were used for the measurement of the \omega meson parameters. The following results have been obtained: sigma _{0}=(1457 \pm 23 \pm 19)nb, m_{\omega}=(782.71 \pm 0.07 \pm 0.04) MeV/c^{2}, \Gamma_{\omega}=(8.68 \pm 0.23 \pm 0.10) MeV, \Gamma_{e^+e^-}\cdot Br (\omega -> pi^+pi^-pi^0)= (0.528 \pm 0.012 \pm 0.007) \cdot 10^{-3} MeV.Comment: 8 pages, 4 figure

    Cross section of the reaction e+eβˆ’β†’Ο€+Ο€βˆ’Ο€+Ο€βˆ’e^+ e^- \to \pi^+\pi^-\pi^+\pi^- below 1 GeV at CMD-2

    Using 3.07 pbβˆ’1{pb}^{-1} of data collected in the energy range 0.60-0.97 GeV by CMD-2, about 150 events of the process \epm \to \pch have been selected. The energy dependence of the cross section agrees with the assumption of the a1(1260)Ο€a_1(1260) \pi intermediate state which is dominant above 1 GeV. For the first time \fourpi events are observed at the ρ\rho meson energy. Under the assumption that all these events come from the ρ\rho meson decay, the value of the cross section at the ρ\rho meson peak corresponds to the following decay width: \Gamma(\rho^0 \to \fourpi) = (2.8 \pm 1.4 \pm 0.5) {keV} or to the branching ratio B(\rho^0 \to \fourpi) = (1.8 \pm 0.9 \pm 0.3) \cdot 10 ^{-5}.Comment: 15 pages, 5 figure

    The cross section of the process e+ e- --> omega pi0 --> pi0 pi0 gamma has been measured in the c.m. energy range 920-1380 MeV with the CMD-2 detector. Its energy dependence is well described by the interference of the rho(770) and rho'(1450) mesons decaying to omega pi0. Upper limits for the cross sections of the direct processes e+ e- --> pi0 pi0 gamma, eta pi0 gamma have been set.Comment: Accepted for publication in PL

    Using the 1.9pbβˆ’11.9 pb^{-1} of data collected with the CMD-2 detector at VEPP-2M the decay mode Ο•β†’Ξ·Ξ³\phi \to \eta \gamma, Ξ·β†’Ο€+Ο€βˆ’Ο€0\eta \to \pi^+\pi^-\pi^0 has been studied. The obtained branching ratio is B(Ο•β†’Ξ·Ξ³)=(1.18Β±0.03Β±0.06)\phi \to \eta \gamma) = (1.18 \pm 0.03 \pm 0.06) %.Comment: 13 pages, 5 figures, LaTex2e, to be published in Phys. Lett.

    The process e+eβˆ’β†’KL0KS0e^+e^- \to K^0_L K^0_S has been studied with the CMD-2 detector using about 950 events detected in the center-of-mass energy range from 1.05 to 1.38 GeV.     Ust-Ishim man was the representative of one of the ancestral groups of the Homo sapiens, Neanderthals and Denisovans. The first results of a comprehensive mineralogical and geochemical study of fossil bones using a wide range of physical, chemical and physico-chemical methods: thermal analysis, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, atomic-force microscopy, nitrogen capillary condensation method, X-ray fluorescence analysis, ISP-MS, gas chromatography method, amino acid chromatography analysis’s, X-ray microprobe method, X-ray diffraction method, Raman and infrared spectroscopy, isotope spectrometry are presented in this article. The studied fragment of the skeleton is of higher preservation rate than the common bone detritus of this age and even the fossils of younger Pleistocene animals that allowed determining almost all its primary properties. The unique preservation presumably was provided by the favorable environment and a special way the Ust-Ishim man originally was buried.     Observation of KS0K_S^0 semileptonic decays with CMD-2 detector

    The decay KS0β†’Ο€eΞ½K_S^0 \to \pi e \nu has been observed by the CMD-2 detector at the e^+e^- collider VEPP-2M at Novosibirsk. Of 6 million produced KL0KS0K_L^0K_S^0 pairs, 75Β±1375 \pm 13 events of the KS0β†’Ο€eΞ½K_S^0 \to \pi e \nu decay were selected. The corresponding branching ratio is B(KS0β†’Ο€eΞ½)=(7.2Β±1.4)Γ—10βˆ’4B(K_S^0 \to \pi e \nu)=(7.2 \pm 1.4)\times10^{-4}. This result is consistent with the evaluation of B(KS0β†’Ο€eΞ½)B(K_S^0 \to \pi e \nu) from the KL0K_L^0 semileptonic rate and KS0K_S^0 lifetime assuming Ξ”S=Ξ”Q\Delta S=\Delta Q .Comment: 7 pages, 6 figures, LaTex2e.
