This paper summarizes several theoretical practices to one of the most important personal decisions in every human being, the path of self-knowledge. As long as those intrinsic needs arise, modern man is finding that the satisfaction of material needs, finally is neither happiness nor true peace. At this imaginary, the counselor's role is the ability to guide based on principles and values that ensure that path is found, since his great commitment is precisely accompany the discovery of talents and potential of people to get his genius and innate forms of normal growth to happiness and harmony. Among the ways there are those who were studied by a number of theoretical experts in human existence as Ortega y Gasset, Sabater, Jung, Heidegger, Gadamer, Luckmann, Habermas, Bauman, Binswanger. Symmetries, Spinning Particles and the TCFH of D=4,5 Minimal Supergravities

We find that spinning particles with suitable couplings propagating in certain supersymmetric backgrounds of $D=4$, $N=2$ and $D=5$, $N=1$ minimal supergravities are invariant under symmetries generated by the twisted covariant form hierarchies of these theories. We also compare our results with the symmetries of spinning particles generated by Killing-Yano forms which are responsible for the separability properties of some gravitational backgrounds.Comment: 12 page

Encapsulation of gold nanostructures and oil-in-water nanocarriers in microgels with biomedical potential

Indexación: Scopus.Funding: This research was funded by FONDECYT 1161450, 1150744, 11130494 and 1170929, FONDEQUIP EQM160157, EQM170111, CONICYT-FONDAP 15130011, and CONICYT PhD Scholarship 21141137.Here we report the incorporation of gold nanostructures (nanospheres or nanorods, functionalized with carboxylate-end PEG) and curcumin oil-in-water (O/W) nanoemulsions (CurNem) into alginate microgels using the dripping technique. While gold nanostructures are promising nanomaterials for photothermal therapy applications, CurNem possess important pharmacological activities as reported here. In this sense, we evaluated the effect of CurNem on cell viability of both cancerous and non-cancerous cell lines (AGS and HEK293T, respectively), demonstrating preferential toxicity in cancer cells and safety for the non-cancerous cells. After incorporating gold nanostructures and CurNem together into the microgels, microstructures with diameters of 220 and 540 µm were obtained. When stimulating microgels with a laser, the plasmon effect promoted a significant rise in the temperature of the medium; the temperature increase was higher for those containing gold nanorods (11–12 ◦ C) than nanospheres (1–2 ◦ C). Interestingly, the incorporation of both nanosystems in the microgels maintains the photothermal properties of the gold nanostructures unmodified and retains with high efficiency the curcumin nanocarriers. Dry Matter Accumulation and Partitioning between Vegetative and Reproductive Organs in Alfalfa (\u3ci\u3eMedicago sativa\u3c/i\u3e L.)

This work investigated the partitioning of dry matter between vegetative and reproductive plant organs in alfalfa during the reproductive period under field conditions. Two French varieties (Europe and Magali) were studied. Both varieties showed similar growth pattern of the different plant organs in 1998 and 1999. The mean dry matter of vegetative organs (shoots and leaves) over the two years was higher in Europe (567g/m2) than Magali (470g/m2). No vegetative growth was observed during the reproductive period. The root organs (measured to a depth of 0.20 m) and the reproductive organs showed an increase in dry matter accumulation during the first 300 °Cd and 600 °Cd, respectively. It indicated that dry matter was preferentially partitioned to the reproductive organs during the first 600 °Cd. The root organs seem to be a competing sink during the early seed growth (200 °Cd to 300 °Cd). The dry matter partitioning was not affected by the year. Thus, when dry matter accumulation ceased only 30% in Europe and 27% in Magali of the aboveground dry weight was in the reproductive organs.
