Bayasian approach to regulation of neural network models of economic subjects clustering (on the example of a model of support of decision making on tax regulation)

В статье построена нейросетевая модель кластеризации предприятий - налогоплательщиков. Использованы для сравнения два метода - самоорганизующихся карт Кохонена и k-средних. Построение модели изложено на основе теории байесовской кластеризации, разработанной А.С. Шумским. Расчеты показали близость полученных результатов кластеризации по обеим моделям, которые будут полезны в разработке управленческих решений по налоговому регулированию.A neural network model of enterprises-tax-payers clustering is built in the article. Two methods are used for comparison - Kohonen self-organising maps and k-means method. The building of a model is explained on the basis of a Bayasian cluster theory suggested by A.S. Shumskyi. Calculations show similarity of results of both models. These results may be used while making managerial decisions on tax regulation
