    Losing Intangible Heritage under the Preservation Projects of Tangible Heritage

    On the basis of fully understanding the connotation and characteristics of intangible cultural heritage, this paper combed the preservation work of the Yangliuqing Town which is the National Historical Cultural Town in Tianjin, China. The author finds that preservation work had always focused on the tangible culture. And under these preservation planning, some historical sites are restored properly. And some construction improves the people's living condition. But during this process, some construction destroys the human environment inadvertently, and the development of the Lunar New Year Paintings industry also hits a bottleneck, leading to the decline of the characteristic of the “New Year pictures Town”. Based on this problem, this paper puts forward the suggestions such as enriching the theme of Lunar New Year Paintings and enacting preferential tax policies

    Observation of the Effect of Gait-induced Functional Electrical Stimulation on Stroke Patients with Foot Drop

    Objective: To explore the effects of functional electrical stimulation and functional mid frequency electrical stimulation on lower limb function and balance function in stroke patients. Methods: 20 cases of stroke patients with foot drop after admission were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 10 cases in each group. On the basis of the two groups of patients, the observation group used the gait induced functional electrical stimulation to stimulate the peroneal nerve and the pretibial muscle in the observation group. The control group used the computer medium frequency functional electrical stimulation to stimulate the peroneal nerve and the anterior tibial muscle for 2 weeks. Before and after treatment, the lower extremity simple Fugl-Meyer scale (FMA), the Berg balance scale (BBS) and the improved Ashworth scale were evaluated respectively, and the comparative analysis was carried out in the group and between the groups. Results: After 2 weeks of treatment, the scores of FMA and BBS in the two groups were significantly higher than those before the treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores of FMA and BBS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the flexor muscle tension of the ankle plantar flexor muscle of the observed group was lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusions: Exercise therapy combined with gait induced functional electrical stimulation or computer intermediate frequency functional electrical stimulation can significantly improve lower limb function and balance function in patients with ptosis, and the therapeutic effect of functional electrical stimulation combined with gait is better.

    Integrated multi-omics identified the novel intratumor microbiome-derived subtypes and signature to predict the outcome, tumor microenvironment heterogeneity, and immunotherapy response for pancreatic cancer patients

    Background: The extremely malignant tumour known as pancreatic cancer (PC) lacks efficient prognostic markers and treatment strategies. The microbiome is crucial to how cancer develops and responds to treatment. Our study was conducted in order to better understand how PC patients’ microbiomes influence their outcome, tumour microenvironment, and responsiveness to immunotherapy.Methods: We integrated transcriptome and microbiome data of PC and used univariable Cox regression and Kaplan–Meier method for screening the prognostic microbes. Then intratumor microbiome-derived subtypes were identified using consensus clustering. We utilized LASSO and Cox regression to build the microbe-related model for predicting the prognosis of PC, and utilized eight algorithms to assess the immune microenvironment feature. The OncoPredict package was utilized to predict drug treatment response. We utilized qRT-PCR to verify gene expression and single-cell analysis to reveal the composition of PC tumour microenvironment.Results: We obtained a total of 26 prognostic genera in PC. And PC samples were divided into two microbiome-related subtypes: Mcluster A and B. Compared with Mcluster A, patients in Mcluster B had a worse prognosis and higher TNM stage and pathological grade. Immune analysis revealed that neutrophils, regulatory T cell, CD8+ T cell, macrophages M1 and M2, cancer associated fibroblasts, myeloid dendritic cell, and activated mast cell had remarkably higher infiltrated levels within the tumour microenvironment of Mcluster B. Patients in Mcluster A were more likely to benefit from CTLA-4 blockers and were highly sensitive to 5-fluorouracil, cisplatin, gemcitabine, irinotecan, oxaliplatin, and epirubicin. Moreover, we built a microbe-derived model to assess the outcome. The ROC curves showed that the microbe-related model has good predictive performance. The expression of LAMA3 and LIPH was markedly increased within pancreatic tumour tissues and was linked to advanced stage and poor prognosis. Single-cell analysis indicated that besides cancer cells, the tumour microenvironment of PC was also rich in monocytes/macrophages, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts. LIPH and LAMA3 exhibited relatively higher expression in cancer cells and neutrophils.Conclusion: The intratumor microbiome-derived subtypes and signature in PC were first established, and our study provided novel perspectives on PC prognostic indicators and treatment options

    Prospective life cycle assessment targeting the dual-carbon strategy: Progress review and methodological framework

    In order to achieve the “dual carbon” goals, it is of great significance to evaluate the potential environmental impact of emerging technologies and make decisions in the early stages of technological development to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact throughout the entire life cycle of these technologies. Life cycle assessment can analyze the potential environmental impact of a product or service throughout its life cycle. Prospective life cycle assessment has been proposed to evaluate emerging technologies that are uncommercialized. This study analyzed relevant definitions of life cycle assessment, reviewed articles on prospective life cycle assessment both in China and internationally, and used bibliometric methods to explore the status of prospective life cycle assessment research in terms of research trends, objects, and key fields. Considering the four challenges associated with the method, including low comparability, nonlinear scale amplification, limited data availability, and high uncertainty, a comprehensive framework for prospective life cycle assessment has been proposed. This article also discussed the difficulties and challenges of using prospective life cycle assessment in research in China and provides suggestions for future improvement and application prospects. This study provides a reference for the localization application of the method in China, help the development of carbon reduction technology innovation, and coordinate pollution reduction. It can also help us identify product and supply chain hotspots from a systematic perspective, adopt targeted adjustments, avoid the transfer of environmental pollution burden, and achieve the “dual carbon” goals with a lower cost and environmentally friendly path

    Value co-creation in industrial AI: The interactive role of B2B supplier, customer and technology provider

    This research explores the interactive role of supplier, customer and technology company in business-to-business (B2B) marketing when they develop and use industrial artificial intelligence (AI). From a value co-creation perspective and following a service-dominant logic, this study aims to identify essential value types that are created collaboratively by B2B professionals (namely suppliers, customers and AI providers), and critical capabilities that contribute to their value co-creation practices. Nineteen in-depth semi-structured interviews were conducted with three groups of B2B stakeholders in six companies that involved in an industrial AI development and usage project. The data was then analysed using a thematic analysis approach. The results of this research contain a categorisation of four value types and three sets of capabilities, together with the interrelationships between them. This study contributes to the literature of value co-creation, information system and B2B marketing by bridging these three disciplines within the context of industrial AI development and usage

    PANoptosis-related molecular subtype and prognostic model associated with the immune microenvironment and individualized therapy in pancreatic cancer

    BackgroundPANoptosis is an inflammatory type of programmed cell death regulated by PANopotosome. Mounting evidence has shown that PANoptosis could be involved in cancer pathogenesis and the tumor immune microenvironment. Nevertheless, there have been no studies on the mechanism of PANoptosis on pancreatic cancer (PC) pathogenesis.MethodsWe downloaded the data on transcriptomic and clinical features of PC patients from the Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Gene Expression Omnibus databases. Additionally, the data on copy number variation (CNV), methylation and somatic mutations of genes in 33 types of cancers were obtained from TCGA. Next, we identified the PANoptosis-related molecular subtype using the consensus clustering analysis, and constructed and validated the PANoptosis-related prognostic model using LASSO and Cox regression analyses. Moreover, RT-qPCR was performed to determine the expression of genes involved in the model.ResultsWe obtained 66 PANoptosis-related genes (PANRGs) from published studies. Of these, 24 PC-specific prognosis-related genes were identified. Pan-cancer analysis revealed complex genetic changes, including CNV, methylation, and mutation in PANRGs were identified in various cancers. By consensus clustering analysis, PC patients were classified into two PANoptosis-related patterns: PANcluster A and B. In PANcluster A, the patient prognosis was significantly worse compared to PANcluster B. The CIBERSORT algorithm showed a significant increase in the infiltration of CD8+ T cells, monocytes, and naïve B cells, in patients in PANcluster B. Additionally, the infiltration of macrophages, activated mast cells, and dendritic cells were higher in patients in PANcluster A. Patients in PANcluster A were more sensitive to erlotinib, selumetinib and trametinib, whereas patients in PANcluster B were highly sensitive to irinotecan, oxaliplatin and sorafenib. Moreover, we constructed and validated the PANoptosis-related prognostic model to predict the patient’s survival. Finally, the GEPIA and Human Protein Atlas databases were analyzed, and RT-qPCR was performed. Compared to normal tissues, a significant increase in CXCL10 and ITGB6 (associated with the model) expression was observed in PC tissues.ConclusionWe first identified the PANoptosis-related molecular subtypes and established a PANoptosis-related prognostic model for predicting the survival of patients with PC. These results would aid in exploring the mechanisms of PANoptosis in PC pathogenesis

    A modified lumped parameter model of distribution transformer winding

    This work was supported by the National Key Research and Development Plan of China under Grant (2016YFB0900600XXX).The modelling of the distribution transformer winding is the starting point and serves as important basis for the transformer characteristics analysis and the lightning pulse response prediction. A distributed parameters model can depict the winding characteristics accurately, but it requires complex calculations. Lumped parameter model requires less calculations, but its applicable frequency range is not wide. This paper studies the amplitude-frequency characteristics of the lightning wave, compares the transformer modelling methods and finally proposes a modified lumped parameter model, based on the above comparison. The proposed model minimizes the errors provoked by the lumped parameter approximation, and the hyperbolic functions of the distributed parameter model. By this modification it becomes possible to accurately describe the winding characteristics and rapidly obtain the node voltage response. The proposed model can provide theoretical and experimental support to lightning protection of the distribution transformer.publishersversionpublishe

    Safety and efficacy of aspirin after combined cerebral revascularization for ischemic moyamoya disease: A prospective study

    ObjectiveTo analyze the safety and efficacy of regular aspirin use after combined cerebral revascularization in patients with ischemic moyamoya disease.MethodsFrom December 2020 to October 2021, a total of 326 patients diagnosed with ischemic moyamoya disease by global cerebral angiography and undergoing first-time combined cerebral revascularization at the Moyamoya Disease Diagnosis and Treatment Research Center of our hospital were selected. Combined cerebral revascularization: superficial temporal artery-middle cerebral artery (STA-MCA) +encephalo-duro-myo-synangiosis (EDMS).Patients were screened by 2 senior physicians according to established inclusion/exclusion criteria. Patients were divided into aspirin and non-aspirin groups based on whether they received regular oral aspirin after surgery. A total of 133 patients were enrolled in the aspirin group. A total of 71 patients (204 cases) were enrolled in the non-aspirin group. Related data were collected before and 1 year after surgery and statistically analyzed to assess the prognosis of both groups.ResultsIn the two groups, the mRS Score was significantly different after one year (P = 0.023). TIA occurred in 26 patients (19.5%) in the aspirin group and 27 patients (38.0%) in the non-aspirin group within one year after surgery, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P = 0.004). There was no significant difference in cerebral perfusion stage, the improvement rate of cerebral perfusion, Matsushima grading, bypass patency, and other complications within one year after the operation (P &gt; 0.05).ConclusionsIn patients with ischemic moyamoya disease who underwent combined cerebral revascularization, postoperative administration of aspirin can reduce the incidence of TIA without increasing the risk of bleeding, but it can not significantly improve the cerebral perfusion of the operation side, Matsushima grading, and bypass patency

    Extreme long-lifetime self-assembled monolayer for air-stable molecular junctions

    The molecular electronic devices based on self-assembled monolayer (SAM) on metal surfaces demonstrate novel electronic functions for device minimization yet are unable to realize in practical applications, due to their instability against oxidation of the sulfur-metal bond. This paper describes an alternative to the thiolate anchoring group to form stable SAMs on gold by selenides anchoring group. Because of the formation of strong selenium-gold bonds, these stable SAMs allow us to incorporate them in molecular tunnel junctions to yield extremely stable junctions for over 200 days. A detailed structural characterization supported by spectroscopy and first-principles modeling shows that the oxidation process is much slower with the selenium-gold bond than the sulfur-gold bond, and the selenium-gold bond is strong enough to avoid bond breaking even when it is eventually oxidized. This proof of concept demonstrates that the extraordinarily stable SAMs derived from sel-enides are useful for long-lived molecular electronic devices and can possibly become important in many air-stable applications involving SAMs.</p

    Distinguishing two-component anomalous Hall effect from topological Hall effect in magnetic topological insulator MnBi2Te4

    In transport, the topological Hall effect (THE) is widely interpreted as a sign of chiral spin textures, like magnetic skyrmions. However, the co-existence of two anomalous Hall effects (AHE) could give rise to similar non-monotonic features or "humps", making it difficult to distinguish between the two. Here we demonstrate that the "artifact" two-component anomalous Hall effect can be clearly distinguished from the genuine topological Hall effect by three methods: 1. Minor loops 2. Temperature dependence 3. Gate dependence. One of the minor loops is a single loop that cannot fit into the full AHE loop under the assumption of AHE+THE. In addition, by increasing the temperature or tuning the gate bias, the emergence of humps is accompanied by a polarity change of the AHE. Using these three methods, one can find the humps are from another AHE loop with a different polarity. Our material is a magnetic topological insulator MnBi2Te4 grown by molecular beam epitaxy, where the presence of the secondary phase MnTe2 on the surface contributes to the extra positive AHE component. Our work may help future researchers to exercise cautions and use these three methods to examine carefully in order to ascertain genuine topological Hall effect
