L’histoire de la revue et du groupe Interprétation au sein du mouvement psychiatrique et psychanalytique québécois

Cet article reconstitue surtout l'histoire du groupe qui a dirigé la revue Interprétation puisqu'il animait également plusieurs autres activités, séminaires, colloques, réunions du samedi, publications de livres, etc. L'intérêt du groupe était davantage orienté vers les sciences humaines que vers celles de la santé, même si ces dernières furent également couvertes. Mais c'est la psychanalyse qui fut au centre de l'histoire d' Interprétation, histoire mouvementée, riche en couleurs, parsemée d'embûches, d'événements violents; une histoire humble aussi, à la mesure de ses modestes moyens, mais qui aura peut-être contribué, un tant soit peu, au mouvement psychanalytique international.This article reconstitutes especially the history of the group which directed the review Interpretation, since it also animated several other activities, seminars, colloquia, Saturday meetings, book publishings, etc. The group's interest was oriented more towards the human than the health sciences, although the latter were covered as well. But it was psychoanalysis which occupied the center of the history of Interpretation, a lively history, rich in colour, strewn with ambushes, with violent events; a humble history as well, on the scale of its modest means, but one wich perhaps will have contributed to the international psychoanalytic movement

L’exil de soi

Dans ce texte, trois psychotiques, Sarah, Jacob et Jonathan nous poseront la question : D'où ont-ils été exilés? On comprendra que Sarah l'a été de ses origines. Jacob, lui, se voit éjecté de son être. Quant à Jonathan, ce sera pire; il devra s'exiler de son délire, de sa folie, puisqu'il semble s'acheminer vers une véritable guérison. D'où l'autre question : Quelle est la nature de la souffrance des psychotiques? Très étrangement, la déchirure la plus vive surgit lorsque ces patients doivent se sortir de leur folie. Eux, ils savent que rien ne leur est plus facile que de s'y laisser sombrer; les fous sont attirés, comme par un aimant, vers le désert, l'abyssal, le non-être, bref, vers l'exil de soi.In this text, three psychotics, Sarah, Jacob and Jonathan ask us the question : From where were they exiled? We come to understand that Sarah's was from her origins. Jacob sees himself ejected from his own being. As for Jonathan, his will be even worse; he must exile himself from his delusions, from his craziness, because he seems to be heading towards a real cure. Thus the other question : What is the nature of the suffering of psychotics? Very strangely, the most forceful rupture arises when these patients must remove themselves from their craziness. They themselves know that nothing is easier for them than to allow themselves to founder there; the mentally ill are attracted, as to a magnet, to the desert the abyss, the non-being, in short to self-exile

Interchangeability of PD-L1 immunohistochemistry assays: a meta-analysis of diagnostic accuracy

Different clones, protocol conditions, instruments, and scoring/readout methods may pose challenges in introducing different PD-L1 assays for immunotherapy. The diagnostic accuracy of using different PD-L1 assays interchangeably for various purposes is unknown. The primary objective of this meta-analysis was to address PD-L1 assay interchangeability based on assay diagnostic accuracy for established clinical uses/purposes. A systematic search of the MEDLINE database using PubMed platform was conducted using PD-L1 as a search term for 01/01/2015 to 31/08/2018, with limitations English and human. 2,515 abstracts were reviewed to select for original contributions only. 57 studies on comparison of two or more PD-L1 assays were fully reviewed. 22 publications were selected for meta-analysis. Additional data were requested from authors of 20/22 studies in order to enable the meta-analysis. Modified GRADE and QUADAS-2 criteria were used for grading published evidence and designing data abstraction templates for extraction by reviewers. PRISMA was used to guide reporting of systematic review and meta-analysis and STARD 2015 for reporting diagnostic accuracy study. CLSI EP12-A2 was used to guide test comparisons. Data were pooled using random-effects model. The main outcome measure was diagnostic accuracy of various PD-L1 assays. The 22 included studies provided 376 2x2 contingency tables for analyses. Results of our study suggest that, when the testing laboratory is not able to use an Food and Drug Administration-approved companion diagnostic(s) for PD-L1 assessment for its specific clinical purpose(s), it is better to develop a properly validated laboratory developed test for the same purpose(s) as the original PD-L1 Food and Drug Administration-approved immunohistochemistry companion diagnostic, than to replace the original PD-L1 Food and Drug Administration-approved immunohistochemistry companion diagnostic with a another PD-L1 Food and Drug Administration-approved companion diagnostic that was developed for a different purpose
