Applying DMC in a gamified teacher training course on gamification

This paper deals with the Dynamics, Mechanics and Components (DCM) implemented in a gamified language teacher training course on gamification. First, the DMC framework is established and then a description of its design and implementation is included together with the teacher trainees’ perceptions of how the DMC elements were encountered during the online phase of the course. The analysis shows that the dynamic of narrative is central and glues together the gamification elements of the course design, and the mechanic of cooperation predominates throughout the course. En este artículo se analiza, por una parte, cómo se usan en el curso gamificado Gamelex destinado a profesores de lengua extranjera los componentes del juego y las mecánicas competición, colaboración y agrupamiento. Por otra parte, se realiza el mismo análisis sobre 19 propuestas didácticas gamificadas que fueron diseñadas e implementadas por los profesores que participaron en el curso Gamelex

Y en ocasiones el precio de dicha omisión es el fracaso en el logro del objetivo propuesto. En nuestro taller buscamos, a través de situaciones prácticas, experiencias de campo y actividades específicas, que el alumno explore los procesos de comunicación, relaciones interpersonales, el significado del otro, y la orientación al logro desde la perspectiva de la dinámica individual y como parte de un equipo, al enfocarse en el desarrollo de un proyecto conjunto. En este contexto, cada alumno será capaz de reflexionar en torno a sus roles y niveles de desempeño en el trabajo en equipo

Nitroaryl-1,4-dihydropyridines as antioxidants against rat liver microsomes oxidation induced by iron/ascorbate, Nitrofurantoin and naphthalene

1,4-Dihydropyridines (DHPs) used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, are calcium channel antagonists and also antioxidant agents. These drugs are metabolized through cytochrome P-450 oxidative system, majority localized in the hepatic endoplasmic reticulum. Several lipophilic drugs generate oxidative stress to be metabolized by this cellular system. Thus, DHP antioxidant properties may prevent the oxidative stress associated with hepatic biotransformation of drugs. In this work, we tested the antioxidant capacity of several synthetic nitro-phenyl-DHPs. These compounds (I-IV) inhibited the microsomal lipid peroxidation, UDPGT oxidative activation and microsomal thiols oxidation; all phenomena induced by Fe3+/ascorbate, a generator system of oxygen free radicals. As the same manner, these compounds inhibited the oxygen consumption induced by Cu2+/ascorbate in the absence of microsomes. Furthermore, compound III (2,6-dimethyl-4-(4-nitro phenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridin-3,5-ethyldicarboxylate) and compound V (N-ethyl-2,6-dimethyl-4-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,4-dihydropyridin-3,5-methyl-dicarboxylate) inhibited the microsomal lipid peroxidation induced by Nitrofurantoin and naphthalene in the presence of NADPH. Oxidative stress induced on endoplasmic reticulum may alter the biotransformation of drugs, so, modifying their plasmatic concentrations and therapeutic effects. When drugs which are activated by biotransformation are administered together with antioxidant drugs, such as DHPs, oxidative stress induced in situ may be prevented

Este módulo brinda oportunidades al alumno para que se conozca, autoevalúe y se proponga metas de mejora y transformación personal. En su formación como psicólogo, este módulo le dará un espacio para experimentar, en sí mismo, diversos enfoques y métodos terapéuticos antes de estudiarlos teóricamente. El aprendizaje a través de la experiencia le ayudará a evaluar desde su propia vida los beneficios de cada una de las metodologías.
