Import 23/08/2017Diplomová práce je zaměřena na hodnocení výkonnosti pobytových sociálních služeb. Cílem práce je provedení analýzy výkonnosti a její zhodnocení zaměřenou na technickou efektivnost vybraných domovů pro seniory působících jako příspěvkové organizace Moravskoslezského kraje za období 2011 – 2015. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na problematiku výkonnosti v sociálních službách a teoretickou charakteristiku sociálních služeb v České republice včetně pojednání o kvalitě a způsobu jejího hodnocení. V praktické části práce je analýza provedena na základě metody obalu dat (DEA), a to v rámci dvou modelů - vstupně orientovaného modelu (Model A) a výstupově orientovaného modelu (Model B), vždy s orientací na konstantní a variabilní výnosy z rozsahu.The thesis focuses on the evaluation of the performance of the social services. The main goal of the thesis is to analyze performance and to evaluate the technical efficiency of the selected retirement homes functioning as funded organizations of Moravian-Silesian Region from the years of 2011 to 2015. The theoretical part of the thesis is then focused on the performance and theoretical characteristics of the social services in the Czech Republic, including a review of quality of the services and description of the system used to evaluate those criteria.
