Profession loss crisis at an old age: Specific features, factors, and mechanisms of coping
This article discusses the specific characteristics of profession loss crisis at an old age. Profession loss crisis is the last normative crisis of personal professional development that is caused by the completion of one's professional biography after reaching a certain age. The research employs a psychobiographic method and a critical events method. These methods are based on the use of a formalized biographical questionnaire worked out by Norakidze V.G. and reconstructed by Zeer E.F. The authors have identified and provided a detailed description of the main factors that cause profession loss crisis: Random events, adverse circumstances while implementing professional plans, etc. The article outlines the main strategies for coping with this crisis: Changing jobs, re-training, the assistance of colleagues and administration, etc. The authors suggest technologies to minimize the effects of these factors and overcome profession loss crisis effectively. Testing of power abilities in high level soccer players: Quantitive and qualitive assessment methods
The aim of the study was to evaluate power in high level soccer players by means of Wingate cycling test and performance analysis for vertical jumps. Thirty-two male professional soccer players (mean age 25.29Β±5.4 years, height 180.22Β±6.63 cm, weight 73.8Β±7.07 kg) underwent Wingate test and jump tests with the use of force plate with ongoing analysis of four types of jumps (countermovement jumps, squat jumps, single leg jumps on the right and left legs, CMJs with arms swing). We found: (i) high-level soccer players' norms are PP>13 W/kg, AP30/kg>11W/kg; (ii) 34.5% of studied athletes demonstrated high level of power; AP30/kg>11W/kg showed only 13.79%; 10.34% showed significant power decrement by 30th second of Wingate-test (βΠ 15/kg-Π 30/kg>4W/kg); (iii) countermovement jump height was 35.94Β±4.2 cm, height of the jump with additional arms swing was 44.72Β±5.04 cm; (iv) motor disbalance of antagonist muscle work of lower extremities; (v) parameter of average power in Wingate test correlated with height (r=.476, P<0.01), flying time (r=.463, P<0.01), maximum force for take-off (r=.393, P<0.05) in countermovement jump with arms swing. Anaerobic Wingate test and performance analysis for vertical jumps allow estimation of athletes' fitness weak aspects and undertaking appropriate timely amendments to trainings. A. Buninβs poetic oeuvre from the point of view of title poetics in order to identify the main patterns and authorβs strategies in working with the title complex. The methodology is based on the correlation of the title with the text, subtext, and metatext of the poem, taking into account textual refinements. In Buninβs principle of working with the title complex, there is a noticeable striving for accuracy and at the same time for a metaphorical semantic comprehensiveness that includes existential, natural, and cultural constants. Thus, the main features of Buninβs poetics of titles are changes in the titles of one text, removal of titles and dedications, repetition of titles in two or more poems, combination of the theme and genre in a number of titles, and the addressing factor. In recurring titles, the researcher finds key images of Buninβs poetry that include him in the Russian poetic tradition. However, a tendency to modernism is also noticeable in Buninβs poetry in the titles of poems that contain Buninβs philosophical and poetical reflection. The titles of such poems refer to the theme of death and often contain the words βgraveβ / βtombβ, but the text of the poem enters into an antinomic relationship with the title, i.e. a person belonging to the βworld of artβ, culture, and tradition (myth and religious tradition) has already ascended over the world and is doomed to immortality. The removal of titles as a strong position in texts on political topics shifts the readerβs attention from the temporary to the eternal and metahistorical, which is found in the text itself and clarifies the authorβs position
Laser Welding in Different Spatial Positions of T-joints of Austenitic Steel
It has been selected the most industry perspective laser welding technological implementations of the welded T-joints made of fine-sheeted heat resisting steel AISI 321 by identifying the influence of technological parameters on formation quality, level of mechanical properties and structural peculiarities of the welded T-joints obtained by laser welding in different spatial positions
