The Effect of The Art Education Status of Gifted Students on Their Professional Preferences

This study aims to investigate the effect of gifted students' art education on their professional preferences. The survey model, one of the quantitative research models, was used. A total of 320 students from the Çukurova Science and Art Center art field and general talent field, which were determined by the convenience sampling method, constitute the research sample group. The occupational preference inventory prepared by Atli and Kendal (2017) was used in the research. The inventory comprises six sub-dimensions: investigative, entrepreneurial, artistic, social, realistic, and traditional. Independent Sample t-Test and Anova Test were applied for the analyses, and Cohen's d and Eta Square tests were applied to calculate the effect level in meaningful data. As a result of the research on general talent and art students, it has been determined that there are significant differences in gender, school type, school level, and age

YAYINLANMIŞ KARİKATÜRLER ÜZERİNDEN ÖZEL YETENEKLİ ORTAOKUL ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN KARİKATÜRLERİ ANLAMLANDIRMA BİÇİMLERİ

Araştırmanın amacı, özel yetenekli ortaokul öğrencilerinin yayınlanmış karikatürlere yönelik görüşlerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2021-2022 eğitim-öğretim yılı bahar döneminde iki farklı Bilim ve Sanat Merkezinde öğrenim gören genel yetenek alanından özel yetenek tanısı almış, 42 özel yetenekli ortaokul öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sürecine katılan çalışma grubu, amaçlı örnekleme yönteminden tipik durum örnekleme ile belirlenmiştir. Çalışma kapsamında kullanılmak üzere yayınlanmış beş adet karikatür belirlenerek öğrencilerin bu karikatürleri nasıl anlamlandırdığı üzerine veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden betimsel olgubilimsel desen kullanılmış olup elde edilen verilerin analizinde içerik analizi yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada elde edilen sonuçlarda özel yetenekli ortaokul öğrencilerinin yayınlanmış karikatürlere yönelik; empati, toplumsal farkındalık, adalet gibi evrensel değerler konusunda çoklu bakış açısı geliştirdikleri ortaya çıkmıştır

Secondary 9 grade level of teachers 'perceptions of music achieve the objectives of the curriculum

Sınıf müzik dersi öğretim programının amaçlarına ulaşma düzeyine ilişkin öğretmen görüşlerinin incelenmesi amacıyla yürütülmüştür. Ortaöğretim kurumlarında uygulanmakta olan öğretim programı öğrencilere çeşitli kazanımları edindirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu araştırmada bu amaçlara ne derece ulaşıldığını ölçmek için 43 soruluk bir anket geliştirilmiştir. Seçilen öğretmenlere bu anket uygulanmış, elde edilen veriler SPSS yazılımı yardımıyla değerlendirilmiştir. Araştırmanın evrenini Konya İlindeki devlet liseleri ve özel liseler oluşturmaktadır. Örneklem olarak Konya il merkezinde görev yapan 20 müzik öğretmeni seçilmiştir. Araştırmada var olan durumu olduğu gibi saptamaya çalışmak için betimsel bir araştırma yapılmıştır. Tarama modellerinden genel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Bu araştırma, öğretmenlerin; cinsiyetlerine, yaşlarına, mezun oldukları öğretim programlarına ve hizmet sürelerine göre incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre; öğretmenler programın amaçlarına kısmen ulaştığını düşünmektedirler. Genel olarak araştırma sonuçları incelendiğinde orta öğretim 9. Sınıf müzik dersi öğretim programının amaçlarına kısmen ulaştığı ve bu sonucun öğretmenlerin cinsiyet, yaş, mezun oldukları öğretim programı veya hizmet yıllarına göre farklılaşmadığı görülmektedir.This research, secondary 9 classroom music teachers' views on the level of achieving the objectives of the course curriculum was carried out to investigate. Being applied in the secondary schools, the education curriculum aims to acquire gains to the students. How to measure the achievement of these objectives, this study developed a questionnaire had 43 questions. This questionnaire was applied to the selected teachers and the abtained data was evaluated by the help of SPSS software. State schools and private high schools in Konya is the universe of the study. 20 music teachers in the province of Konya as the sample was selected. A descriptive research has been done to ascertain the existing state of the research. General screening model was used in screening models. This research was examined according to teachers' gender, age, education programs and services, the duration of graduation. According to the results of the study, teachers believe that the program partly received the objectives. According to the results of the research of the secondary education 9 grade level partially achieved the objectives of the course curriculum and classroom music teachers in this outcome gender, age, education program, or service by year of graduation are not differentiated
