Tras intentar la esterilización de la filosofía política, hoy solo se ha quedado en estéril. Ha habido una traición a la tradición, renunciándose al humanismo y a la cultura, y en su lugar se ha potenciado un cientificismo basado en la combinación de tecnología e ideología (en lugar de la auténtica ciencia), de modo que no hay reflexión real sobre la política y lo público. Au revoir, loi de l´État: El fin del derecho estatal de Bienestar

¿Cuál de las legalidades estatales de las cinco repúblicas francesas es la auténtica? ¿Cuándo cae la URSS también terminan sus farsas? En la década de 1990, parece que empieza a morir la época del Estado-nación, para que nazca en su lugar la aldea global. Sin embargo, las crisis incompletas y su mala gestión por unas elites de poder (inadaptadas a la realidad en curso), sólo dificultan el tránsito, aumentando la desnaturalización del Derecho y la alienación humana. En este estudio se desmontan las mayores mentiras, para liberar de una vez a los operadores jurídicos del s. When the USSR collapsed, did its lies end as well? In the 1990´s, it seemed like the end of the nation State era, and the beginning of the global village. However, because of unfinished crisis by power elites (who have no adapted to current reality), the transition has been unsuccessful, increasing the distortion of the Law and human alienation. El estudio pretende analizar las relaciones entre la inmigración hispana y las diferentes Iglesias. Los indocumentados, especialmente hispanos, han sido un dardo en los procesos electorales en los EE. UU., y han sido sometidos a una permanente inseguridad a ser deportados. Desde hace tiempo las diferentes confesiones son su refugio, pero en las dos últimas décadas estas se han convertido en el principal apoyo y protección. Global environmental changes: setting priorities for Latin American coastal habitats.

There is overwhelming evidence showing that GEC are affecting both the quality and quantity of the goods and services provided by a wide range of marine ecosystems. In order to discuss regional preparedness for global environmental changes, a workshop was held in Ilhabela, Brazil (22- 26 April 2012) entitled "Evaluating the Sensitivity of Central and South American Benthic Communities to Global Environmental Changes" that drew together scientists from ten Latin American and three European countries. © 2013 Blackwell Publishing Ltd

Impact of using new commercial glutathione enriched inactive dry yeast oenological preparations on the aroma and sensory properties of wines

The effect of the addition of a commercial enriched glutathione inactive dry yeast oenological preparation in the volatile and sensory properties of industrially manufactured rosé Grenache wines was evaluated during their shelf-life. In addition, triangle tests were performed at different times during wine aging (among 1 and 9 months) to determine the sensory differences between wines with and without glutathione inactive dry yeast preparations. Descriptive sensory analysis with a trained panel was carried out when sensory differences in the triangle test were noticed. In addition, consumer tests were performed in order to investigate consumers’ acceptability of wines. Results revealed significant sensory differences between control and glutathione inactive dry yeast wines after 9 months of aging. At that time, glutathione inactive dry yeast wines were more intense in fruity aromas (strawberry, banana) and less intense in yeast notes than control wine. The impact of the glutathione inactive dry yeast in the aroma might be the consequence of different effects that these preparations could induce in wine composition: modification of yeast byproducts during fermentation, release of volatile compounds from inactive dry yeast, interaction of wine volatile compounds with yeast macromolecules from inactive dry yeast and a possible antioxidant effect of the glutathione released by the inactive dry yeast preparation on some specific volatile compounds
