Benefit Comic Media to Increase Ability Write Short Story Student In Grade X State Senior High School 2 of Kabanjahe. The purpose of this study was to determine the Benefit use of media comic to Increase Ability Write Short Story in class X State Senior High School 2 of Kabanjahe. The population in this study is a whole class X State Senior High School 2 of Kabanjahe consists of 7 classes. Samples taken in this study are 2 classes taken at random (random class), the class X-2 and X-4. Instrument or collection of data used to determine the ability Write Short Story students is to test directly. The test applied to posttest. From the analysis of the data it is known that there is a difference between the Comic Media And Conventional Technique to Write Short Story class X State Senior High School 2 of Kabanjahe. Calculation results obtained by t-test to more than TTable is 5.78> 2.02 at the 5% significance level. The calculation nil hypothesis test (Ho) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. Morphometric and Phylogenic Analysis of Six Population Indonesian Local Goats

The research objectives were to characterize morphometric and genetic distance between populations of Indonesian local goats. The morphological discriminant and canonical analysis were carried out to estimate the phylogenic relationship and determine the discriminant variable between Benggala goats (n= 96), Marica (n= 60), Jawarandu (n= 94), (Kacang (n= 217), Muara (n= 30) and Samosir (n= 42). Discriminant analysis used to clasify body weight and body measurements. In the analysis of variance showed that body weight and body measurement (body length, height at withers, thorax width, thorax height, hert girth, skull width and height, tail length and width, ear length and width) of Muara goats was higher (P<0.05) compared to the other groups, and the lowest was in Marica goats. The smallest genetic distance was between Marica and Samosir (11.207) and the highest were between Muara and Benggala (255.110). The highest similarity between individual within population was found in Kacang (99.28%) and the lowest in Samosir (82.50%). The canonical analysis showed high correlation on canon circumference, body weight, skull width, skull height, and tail width variables so these six variables can be used as distinguishing variables among population. The result from Mahalonobis distance for phenogram tree and canonical analysis showed that six populations of Indonesian local goats were divided into six breed of goats: the first was Muara, the second was Jawarandu, the third was Kacang, the fourth was Benggala, the fifth was Samosir and the sixth was Marica goats. The diversity of body size and body weight of goats was observed quite large, so the chances of increasing productivity could be made through selection and mating programs

Komodifikasi Agama dalam Ruang Politik di Seberang Kota Jambi

Religion in an ideal concept was understood as guide measure of moral. Religion was the way of life that had doctrines with universal meanings and cross the space and time along with always relevant to be directived in all context, including politic. But this perspectives on the real situation was deviate. So, today, religion was shifted from its position as guidliness become only instrument and could be understood with flexible according to person comprehension who exploitation the religion itself. This research wanted to find the answer (1) what was the motivation of religion put into politic space on Seberang Kota Jambi, (2) how did the kinds of religion commodification in politic space on Seberang Kota Jambi, and (3) what was the implication from the religion commodification phenomenon in politic space on Seberang Kota Jambi. By using the data that took from observation, interview, and documentation, this research found (1) the motivation of majority politicans on Seberang Kota Jambi put religion into politic pace was to get a power, (2) and the forms of religion commodofication in politic space on Seberang Kota Jambi were using Kitab Yāsīn as politic promotion, put religion symbols into politic banner, and using ulama as instrument for increasing politic electability, etc. If this phenomenon allowed as well as, so in future time would bring (3) implication in understanding of religion become superficial and partial. The Quality of Spermatozoa of Gembrong Goats during Cryopreservation Process

Gembrong goat is an Indonesia local goat having specific characteristic that is currently categorized as a breed that is at risk of extinction. In this context, the cryopreservation of gametes is important to support a genome resource bank for storage of gametes for an indefinite period of time. Evaluation of semen and spermatozoa quality was performed to determine the survival of spermatozoa and this information will be used as a reference in the cryopreservation of semen and spermatozoa. The aim of this experiment was to study the characteristics of Gembrong goat’s semen and spermatozoa during cryopreservation process. Once a week, semen from three Gembrong goats (ages about 2-3 years old) was collected using artificial vagina and then frozen with TRIS extender. After freezing, the semen was thawed. Macro- and microscopic parameters of semen and spermatozoa were assessed in fresh and frozen-thawed semen. Results showed that in the fresh semen, the volume was 0.5 mL, sperm abnormalities was 5.74%, sperm concentration was 6731 x 106/mL, the sperm motility was 78.33%, live sperm was 83.17%, and sperm membrane integrity was 78.53%. Correlation between atherogenic index of plasma and national institutes of health stroke scale score in acute ischemic stroke patients at Haji Adam Malik general hospital, Medan

Background: Stroke is the leading cause of morbidity and mortality in Indonesia. Dyslipidemia is one of the main risk factors of ischemic stroke. Atherogenic index of plasma (AIP) is the logarithm of the triglyceride’s plasma ratio concentration to high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) plasma concentration. Previous studies showed that the high AIP at hospital admission was associated with deterioration of neurological deficits in patients with acute ischemic stroke.Methods: This is a cross sectional study with 82 sample of acute ischemic stroke subjects that consecutively collected from the medical records of Haji Adam Malik general hospital Medan from January to December 2019, AIP assessment performed at the 1st day of hospitalization and then at the 7th -onset the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) score assessment was count. Data analysis is conducted with Spearman test.Results: Demographic characteristics showed that most subjects were female (51.2%), at age range between 60 -68 years (30.5%), had high school education level (48.8%), self-employed (35.4%) and Bataknese (68.3%). The mean of AIP was 0.15±0.26 and the mean NIHSS score was 6.70±3.6. There was a positive significant and mild power of correlation between AIP and the NIHSS score (p=0.017; r=0.262).Conclusions: There is a significant relationship between AIP and the NIHSS score. The higher the AIP of acute ischemic stroke patients was associated with the increase in the NIHHS scores.

Internalisasi Pendidikan Karakter dalam Kurikulum Pendidikan Agama Islam

Metode: Penelitian ini adalah adalah penelitian lapangan dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian: Internalisasi pendidikan karakter dalam pembelajaran PAI telah diterapkan pada dokumen perencanaan pembelajaran. Nilai-nilai karakter yang dimasukkan dalam kurikulum pendidikan agama Islam adalah karakter religius, disiplin, tanggungjawab dan bersahabat/ komunikatif. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi internalisasi Pendidikan karakter adalah faktor berlatar belakang pendidikan dan pengalaman mengajar guru, kesiapan, kemampuan, motivasi siswa dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, dan dukungan lingkungan.
